9.8 如因乙原因，产品部分性能指标没能达到合同产品的规定时，机具体情况，乙方须按合同总价_________％予以赔偿，但是，若因甲方原因产品没能达到性能指标时，甲方应按合同规定支付金部金额。

第十条 保密

第十一条 侵权

11.1 乙方保证，它是依本合同条款转让给甲方的专利权的合法所有人，在法律上享有向甲方转让专利权的权利。若发生侵犯任何第三者权利的事件，则乙方应对侵权事件负责，并承担由此而产生的全部法律和经济责任。

11.2 本合同附件一列明乙方关于合同产品的专利和专利申清。合同生效后一个月内，乙方将向甲方提供2份专利证书和专利申请的影印本。

第十二条 税费

12.1 凡因履行本合同而发生在甲方国家以外的一切税费，均由乙方负担。

12.2 乙方因履行本合同而在中国境内获得的收入，必须按中国税法纳税。

第十三条 不可抗力

13.1 签约的任何一方，由于战争、严重水灾、火灾、台风、地震以及双方同意的其他不可抗力事故而无法按期执行合同时，则可延长合同的期限，延长期相当于事故所影响的时间。

13.2 受影响的一方应尽快将发生不可抗力事故的情况以电传或电报通知对方，并于此天内以航空挂号邮件将有关当局出具的证明文件提交另一方确认。

13.3 如不可抗力事故延续到120天以上，双方应通过友好协商尽快解决合同继续执行的问题。

第十四条 仲裁

14.1 因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。如经协商仍达不成协议时，则应提交仲裁解决。

大学生是“天之骄子”，是社会的宠儿可是现在随着高校的扩招，大学生所面临的，将是社会进步所要求的不断提升素质和能力的压力。平时在校园里也时常参加一些诸如拉赞助、对外联谊等活动。但真正到了实习实践，才真正发现自身能力的不足。每个人的经历都因他的唯一性而显得宝贵，经历获得的可能性有赖于机遇，经历获得的多少则取决于一个人力求超越自己的程度，在邹城经济开发区实习是因为心中有梦想，梦想在这个开阔，有朝气的舞台上舞出自己的青春，获得不一般的经历，不仅可以将所学知识运用还可以发现自己的不足。在实习期间我是担任邹城开发区招商引资处翻译秘书工作。这一职位，主要管理文件资料以及接待客商和文件翻译。

初涉工作：招商引资处针对国内外企业进行洽谈引资。对它的接触故对我而言是个全新的领域。刚开始的几天，什么都不知道，只得从头学起，市政府一位投资部成员给了我几本专业参考书，只有加班加点学习了。这一切一切都让我忙不过来。顿时，感到有些茫然，感到无助。突然想起鲁迅先生一句话，“这里本来没有路，只是走的人多了，也便成了路，生活的路呢?生活的路也是人走出来的，每个人一生总要去很多陌生的地方，然后熟识，而接着又要启程去另一个陌生的地方。一星期过去了，渐渐开始适应开发区的环境和文化。也开始能够初步看懂一些图表和数据了。凭着这一信念，经过磨练，使我受益匪浅。此外，对各方面的工作我都有所涉及，有了一定的认识和操作能力。

领导逐渐让我阅读一些英文商业报告。这时才发现，英文到用时方恨少啊!这可不是应付考试，这可是实实在在的阅读理解。在英文字典的帮助下，总算“啃”完了不薄的一叠英文资料。刚松了一口气，公司就提高了要求，要求我翻译两篇外商投项目的文章。那更马虎不得，重要句子一个字一个字的“抠”。这时才发现专业英语应该好好地学。随时在网上查找信息了。每日下午，招商引资处成员都会一齐探讨大盘局势和分析操作策略，这于我而言，是个极好的学习机会，我也不时择机就投资方面的问题请教专家。

在从事日常工作的同时，我做了一些文件翻译工作虽然文件中有不少专业词汇，但在课堂上学到翻译理论和技巧却派上了大用场。保证了文件的准确性，因而多次受到领导的称赞。另外，在和外商洽谈的工作过程中英语口头交谈能力也得到较大提高。

在这期间，我还参加了许多会议对内部运作流程有了清楚认识，同时使自身具备了一些处理应急事件的能力。而在与客商的交往中，学会了处事规则。开发区招商引资处在渐渐了解的情况下归纳了一下工作步骤：(1 )签协议(2)广泛地宣传推介了邹城。如在厦门招商月活动中，以泉州、厦门为中心，辐射福州、晋江、石狮、浙江等地。活动期间，各参会单位分赴上述地市开展走访活动，广泛深入企业开展洽谈，共交换名片200余张，发放宣传资料200余份，发出邀请函30余张，进一步提高了我市在上述地区的知名度和影响力。(3)部分客商将于近期来邹考察。应我市邀请，部分客商将于近期来邹实地考察，参加即将举办的中国国际孔子文化节。

招商引资处得主要做法(一)做好前期准备工作。1提前制定工作方案。2提前开展联络筹备工作提前介入，各参加活动单位按照邹，提前搜集目标地区的客商和投资合作线索，并根据搜集到的线索，精心筛选包装了对接洽谈项目，进一步增强了项目对接针对性，提高了项目洽谈成功率。3做好与济宁市外经贸局联系联络工作。(二)采取主动出击、登门拜访与举办洽谈会、参加重点活动相结合的方式，突出了小、灵、快的特点，取得了较好的效果。主动出击，有针对性、有目的地与客商开展对接洽谈。充分的前期准备和富有成效的对接洽谈为合作项目的签约奠定了坚实的基础

另外做好以会招商文章。详细推介了邹城市基本市情与发展优势、对外合作与发展重点以及对外合作优惠政策，利用多媒体向参会嘉宾进一步介绍了我市的投资优势和发展前景。尤其是做好以企招商文章。例如厦门招商月活动期间，邹城市三合玻璃厂、山东邹城市金科机电有限公司等企业的负责人分别与香港嘉鑫企业有限公司、厦门宝龙工贸有限公司直接开展对接洽谈，并达成合作协议。还要做好跟踪走访文章。进一步考察相关企业，开展对接洽谈。最后是严格督导调度。市外经贸局对各单位联系联络客商、项目对接洽谈及签约等情况进行了严格的督导、调度，并将工作进展情况及时汇总，做到活动进展日调度、工作开展日总结，发现问题及时上报带队领导，第一时间研究解决，保障了活动期间各项工作扎实有序地推进。

一个月的亲身体验中，我总结出了个人在以下几个方面的心得：

(1)英语的重要性。

较大的投资项目和国际上的企业第一手资料都是以英文形式率先公布的，为抢得先机，以后的英语学习，要主要着重于英语实际阅读能力的提高。在公司期间，我参与多次外商见面洽谈会，在今后这个国际一体花的社会里，我们与外商直接交流和贸易的机会必将大大增多，这就对我们的听说能力提出了更高的要求。

(2)专业知识的重要性。

很多专业术语和操作包括整个行业对我而言都比较陌生。使得自己花了不少时间在熟悉行业上，这直接影响了社会实践的进程和效果。所以需要我们更深更广的了解所学专业知识。“面”要广，“点”要专。

(3)学习能力的重要性。

现在的社会日新月异，新事物，新观点层出不穷，必须具备快速学习的能力，并要以一种终身学习的心态来积极吸收新知识和新观念，以开放的姿态面对未来的变革。同时，要注意理论学习和实践能力的结合。找准个人定位，及时充电，更快更好地适应新工作发展的需要。

(4)交际适应能力的重要性。

在一个月中，我和同事等相处的都不错，大家也都比较照顾我这个新来的“子弟兵”，在这一个月中，我对招商引资处各岗位特点、能力需要有了初步的认识，并能帮助公司翻译一些资料以供决策层参考，短短一个月能为公司作出一些菲薄的贡献，还是一件值得高兴的事!

我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解。总之，这一个月的实践锻炼，是我们大学生接触社会，了解社会的第一步，为我们今后踏入社会打下了良好的基础。在此，还是要感谢所有成员对我的大力帮助和热心照顾，没有大家的关心和帮助，这次活动不会如此顺利。

为了不断提高未成年人的思想道德素质，响应长沙市20xx年十一期间组织开展的“向国旗敬礼，做有道德的人”网上签名寄语活动的通知，涂新社区组织了未成年人上绿网进行网上签名，并在广大未成年人中广泛开展道德实践活动。现将活动开展情况总结如下:

一、广泛宣传，明确思想。涂新社区通过张贴通知、广播，联系小学中学等多种形式广泛宣传此次活动的目的及意义，要求各校要把开展爱国主义教育活动作为加强未成年人思想道德建设的重要内容，倡议全校学生登录中国网、央视网等参加到“向国旗敬礼，做有道德的人”的签名留言活动中来，引导广大未成年人主动参与爱国主义教育活动，增强爱国认识。

二、高度重视，用心组织。社区工作人员高度重视，用心组织，以此次活动为契机，将网上签名寄语活动作为开展“十一”国庆活动的一项重要内容。并要求各校成立专门的领导小组，严密组织，确保本次活动有序开展。

三、拓展渠道，确保导向。本次活动除了网上签名之外，社区联合各小学中学拓展活动渠道，利用班队会、升旗仪式等多种途径，开展“做一个有道德的人”主题教育活动，着力深化拓展活动的思想内涵，激发学生增强爱国之情，树立报国之志。引导广大学生从热爱家庭、建设家乡做起，从立志成才、报效祖国做起，在平凡小事、点滴细节上培养自我高尚的道德情操和深厚的爱国情感。

本次活动大大加强了爱国主义精神在校园的传播，激发了学生们的爱国热度，为提高小学中学生的思想道德品德起了主动的推动作用。

第四篇：开展向国旗敬礼网上签名寄语活动总结

20xx年10月1日是中国成立67周年，根据上级要求，我校认真组织开展了“向国旗敬礼”活动，加强了学生们的爱国主义教育，增进了爱党爱国爱社会主义的情感。现将我校活动情况小结如下：

1、学校重视，认真组织落实。

“向国旗敬礼”活动是喜迎国庆的一项重要任务。接到通知后，学校结合实际制定了活动实施的具体方案，并召开教师大会进行安排部署，抓好活动的推进落实。

2、 同学们积极踊跃参与网上寄语活动，激发了学生的爱国热情。

低年级学生由班主任收集学生们的寄语，以班级为单位进行留言;三四年级学生利用信息技术课时间，在老师的指导下在老师的指导下登陆中国文明网、央视网发表寄语。同时，各班班主任通过打电话等方式告知学生家长，使有条件的学生可以在家参与活动。我校学生以个人、小组、班级、家庭为单位，积极参与网上签名寄语活动。参与面广，积极性高。据不完全统计，截止20xx年10月11日，我校参加网上签名寄语的学生人数已逾100人。

让学生面向国旗签字寄语，激发了全体学生的爱国主义热情，使学生受到了一次很好的爱国教育，学生们在寄语中，语言朴实、风格清新、感情真挚，充分展示了我校学生对伟大祖国的热爱，增强爱国之情，坚定报国之志。

3、学校组织各班开展以“向国旗敬礼”为主题的队会、“迎国庆诗文朗诵会”。

教师英文自我介绍

when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. in 1997, i participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof. wang’s lab. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. in 1998, i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

in 1999, i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments, too. in the second semester, i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently, i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.

Three years to hone university, so they have married into a unity innovation and encourage each other to explore the collective sense of team spirit and King Kong music industry, along with a strong ability to solve problems independently. I have always been to improve their overall quality as the goal, efforts to develop a comprehensive self-direction, to establish a correct outlook on life, values and world view.Respect for teachers disciplined, concerned about the collective, good moral character, learning the right attitude.

11.甲方权利与义务

11.4、乙方应尽量避免翻译的偏差。因乙方翻译失误而引起损失，甲方有权追究其责任。因甲方提供材料失当导致的翻译错误应有甲方全权承担，因由乙方自身翻译失误所带来的经济损失由乙方承担印刷部分经济责任，并且甲方应当提供与印刷商合作的相关价目详表。

11.5、甲方有权在任何时间要求乙方提供已累积翻译字数，并给予核实。

12.乙方权利与义务

12.1、乙方有权要求甲方无偿提供相关背景资料。

12.2、乙方出于保密起见只负责保存原文和译文至发生款项付清为止,此后不得保留译稿和磁盘。

12.3、不管甲方的商业利润如何，乙方均有权获得翻译费。

12.4、乙方应该根据甲方要求，以下面的任何方式提供交稿文件： 打印稿、电脑光盘、移动硬盘、E-mail。乙方翻译样稿所花费的纸质消费应由甲方承担。

12.5、乙方应按甲方要求的时间(不排除法定假日)提供翻译稿件，如乙方未能在指定时间完成翻译任务，甲方有权不支付任何价款，并有权追究因翻译延误给甲方造成的损失。

13.原稿修改与补充： 如甲方原稿修改，而需乙方对译文作相应修改，根据修改程度酌量收取改稿费，或在收取原稿翻译费后，对修改稿按单价重新计费。如补充翻译，则另行收费。

14.交稿方式： 乙方可根据具体需要，采取以下交稿方式中的任一种来交稿： 打印稿、电脑软盘、传真、电子邮件。
