英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

言归正传，给大家分享一个我起草的比较简单的补充协议。

忘了给大家说了，之前跟一位做国际工程的朋友讨论补充协议和变更怎么翻译，我倾向于合同变更翻译为amendment, 补充协议翻译为addendum.不知道大家什麽意见？不过我自己一般都是不加区分的用amendment的。

There are a lot of lessons which I learn every year. Looking back at my review for , one of the biggest lessons I learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. This realization came after a highly intense period at my job. At that time I was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. It was after a short period of feeling miserable that I realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. I could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or I could take action and make the best out of it. This small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. It made me realize that many of us generate unnecessary baggage with negative situations in life, and it’s all about taking action to create the lives that we want. Happineis truly a choice.

每年我都能学到很多。现在回头看看我xx年的总结，我学到的最重要的一课是“我们对生活环境的反应是一种选择”，取决于我们如何解决遇到的情况。这种感悟是在我的工作经历了一段高度紧张的阶段之后得出的。其实那时候我是个很积极向上的人，但是当时的情况完全不在我的掌控下，让我也变得消极了。有那么一小段时间，我觉得很痛苦，然后我就意识到，生活就是这样，如何做到最好取决于我自己，我可以选择干坐在那里抱怨牢骚，但这根本对改变现状一点帮助都不起;我也可以选择采取行动做到最好。

After working for a few years, you’d find that the years sort of just start to blend into each other. Soon it’s hard to tell one year apart from the next. First I think`40 days left`But grow up more and more friends， Philippine Korean staff are friendly to me . Before came this camp I fear， because Seoul grade school students are study well. I dissatisfy with wake up time. And this swimming teachers are good， so my swim skill is more grow. First I feel hot， study is boring and wake up time is terrible. But after I feel better. And my favorite experience is S M， because it is very big and good ， In there I don`t miss shopping with my friends. In this camp， I learned many things， for example English skill.
