最难适应的是学习方式的巨大转变，在大学里，不再会有人像在高中一样敦促你学习，除了你自己以外也没有人能够帮助你，结束了灌输式的学习方式，我有了完全自由的学习时间。然而刚一开始我还是难以适应。甚至有些不知所措的，可是经过一段时间的摸索，我还是适应了这种学习方式。现在我已经能够很好的分配自己的学习时间，在做任何行动之前都会做好计划，用严谨的时间表来控制行动。这样我的学习才慢慢走上正轨。

大学新的生活环境也是需要我重新适应的，如何与宿舍同学和平相处，如何处理与班级同学间的关系，如何适应狭小的住宿空间，如何适应与家乡不同的饮食与作息习惯都成了我新的困难。但是凭借我良好的适应环境的能力，我还是很好的完成了从家里的个人生活到大学集体生活的转变，在所有同学中我相信我是最先适应的一个。

同时我还深深的理解了大学是个小社会。这句话的含义。大学给予了每个人同等的展示自己机会，只要你有实力，有才华，再加上那么一点点勇气。大学就会给你一片天地，给你一个展示自己的舞台。

我正是捉住了这样的机会。有幸在大一的时候担任班级组织委员的职务，并且是班级团支部和班委会的一员，大一的班级工作是紧张的忙碌的。组织工作更是要从头做起。但繁重的工作并没有磨灭我为班级做贡献的决心。相反我为能得到这个更多接触熟悉同学的机会而兴奋。

增强团员意识教育中我积极学习，并且对每次会议和活动做了具体的记录，为班级的总结提供了翔实的资料。在其后的团日活动中我更是积极为活动出谋划策，提供方案。在全班同学的共同努力下活动获得了成功。在大一下学期的校园活动中，为了班级的需要，我更是担任了摄影师的任务，穿梭在校园的各个角落，寻找美丽的瞬间，记录下来，供大家筛选。再由班级的其他同学做成精美的展板，进行展出。最后在全班同学的努力下以上都活动都取得了巨大的成功，作为活动的策划者之一，我获得了极大的成就感，同时我为能在这样优秀的班集体中生活而感到骄傲。在上学期期末，在整个团支部同学的共同努力下。我们的班集体被评为了乙级团支部。这是对我和整个支部成员的最高评价。

但是这一年以来还是存在不少题目，比如一、在学年的开始没有处理好学习与玩乐的关系，将本来应该用于学习的宝贵时间一味的放在了玩乐上，现在想起来觉得十分不值得究竟我们现在还是学生，学习还是我们最大的任务和职责，目前我们唯一的目标就是搞好学习，扩展知识。好在通过自我反省我及时的改正了这一错误使得学习成绩有了一定的进步

二、对待自己不喜欢、学的比较吃力以及一些课时少的课有种厌烦和畏难心理。在学习的困难眼前有时就怕克服困难，比较好懒，以为能胡过就可以了，没有能够熟悉到所有这些课程的设置，都是我们专业以后所必须的一些基础，没有了这些基础以后的一些主要的课就不轻易通过。现在终于知道了，在学习中怕苦是出不了成绩的;三、学习效率不高，固然我是经常往上晚自习的，但是晚自习上的效率有时不是很高。3个小时的自习时间真真在看书的时间只有2个小时1个半小时左右，在这样低的学习效率下，固然花了比较多的时间，但是实际的效果并不是很好的。这些题目我一定会在开学以后改正，进步自己的学习效率和学习成绩。

大一的时光已经过往，有遗憾但更多的是满足，在这个新的学年里，我要吸取大一的经验教训，以更加饱满的热情迎接大二的学习与工作，为大学的生活写下更加绚丽的篇章。

omeone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don’t know who wrote these words, but i’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

大家好!我是高一九班的x。我很想很想加入二中的学生会。因为作为学生会干部，可以锻炼自己的能力，并可以让二中更加卓越。我的意向是生活部。不过也服从调配。

“学生会”在我心中是个神圣的名词，她连接学校与学生，是一个学生自己管理自己的组织。向上，她反映学生们的思想状况和成长历程;向下，她传达学校的规章制度和管理意向;向内，她组织同学参加各种有益身心健康的`文体活动;向外，她联系校际组织参加社会公益活动。

桥梁和纽带的作用是学生会存在的基础;自我锻炼，提升自我素质的意义是学生会不断发展的动力源泉。所以，我向往校学生会组织。能够加入学生会，成为其中一名成员是我一直以来的心愿。

我在初中阶段就有了丰富的工作经验，曾担任过纪律委员，副班长，最重要的是我也曾光荣的加入初中学校的学生会，担任了纪检部副部长。在任期间，我工作十分的努力，在学生会里十分活跃。受到了学校领导和同学的好评。最重要的是，它让我拥有了十分宝贵的学生会工作经验。

在刚结束不久的军训中，我获得了军训标兵的光荣称号，在军训期间的文艺晚会上，我代表咱们班上台表决心，临场发挥，却做了最最有有趣，最最深情，引起全场最大轰动的演讲，可以充分展示我的口才。

刚刚开学的一个星期里，我就担任了体育委员和值日班长的职务。我是值日班长的那天刚好是开学第一天，我监督同学认真打扫卫生，全天卫生没有扣一分，要知道，当天只有3个班级卫生没扣分哦!我没有辜负老师，为班级争了一小光。

而在星期三，我作为体育委员。就完成了一项非常有挑战性的任务。二中的体育是要分班教学的。每个同学想参加自己喜欢的项目，可以每种名额都少得可怜。热门科目，像篮球限报名12个，我们班却报了18个。这是考验个人能力的时候了，面对一个个抱着宁死都要报篮球的同学，我可是伤透了脑筋，但是凭借班里的人际关系，和超级厚脸皮。做通了同学们的思想工作。既压缩了人数，还选出了最佳人员。我很不错吧!是不是很厉害啊!

对我是否有能力作为学生会秘书处成员这个问题相信是不用解释了吧!下面我来简单说一说如果我真加入了学生会秘书处以后，我的工作计划!

在我理解，秘书处的作用就是管理和丰富同学们的生活。我会组织很多的活动，比如说寝室3v3篮球赛，评选生活老师免查寝室，9点15到9点40之间的寝室广播点歌系统，寝室规则知识竞赛等等。可以举办的活动还有很多很多，我也会在每一栋寝室楼中设立建议箱，征求和听取广大同学的意见。并加强秘书处和各个部门之间的联系，让同学的住校生活丰富多彩。把寝室打造成同学的最最温馨的家。把秘书处的工作做得民主，丰富和精彩。

我知道再多灿烂的话语也只不过是一瞬间的智慧和激情，朴实的行动才是在成功路上的鲜花。我想我当选的话一定言必行，行必果。这是我今日的承诺，行动是用来证明一切的最佳方法。

拿破仑曾说过：“不愿当将军的士兵不是好士兵”。我立志成为一名优秀的将军，希望同学老师给我这个锻炼自己的机会，给我这个服务大家的机会。

大家好!我是来自XX级X班的，我的名字叫杨文封。我在高中时曾经参加过校学生会，在班上也是一个班干部，所以我也非常喜欢社团活动。今天很高兴能有这个机会参加该社团的竞选，这让我感到很荣幸，同时也要感谢学校给了我这个锻炼自己的平台，这不但使我增长了见识，更让我积累了许多宝贵的经验。

我非常希望自己能有机会参加本社团的活动。我今天正是抱着竞选的态度来的。我想竞选万联部部长。首先我以自己的经验为大家介绍一下万联部的性质。万联部：它是一个与社会联系的组织机构，它的主要目的是向社会拉赞助。有效的进行一些有意义的社会公益活动，去帮助社会。

我希望大家能给我一次机会，让我在能够锻炼自己的基础上去为社团服务，帮助更多的人。如果大家相信我的话，就为我投上一票。

我们的大学生活应该是很有意义的，只有不断的使自己得到锻炼，我们才会不断的发展。不管这次我是否能够入选万联部的某一个职位，我都会为你加油。因为，一个人不管成功与失败都应该学会去为自己的竞争对手加油，我们的立场虽然是竞争对手，但是，如果你比我更适合在这个位置上，这只能证明你比我更优秀，你的成功也恰好证明了我所存在的不足，这不但让我知道了自己存在的不足，也让我知道应该怎样去弥补自己的不足。

我非常感谢大家给我这个机会参加这次竞选，如果我失败了，那么我希望你能够将我们的社团发展的更好，我会一直为你加油，默默的支持你，同时我更希望，如果因为我的存在而导致你的失败后，你也会同样的去支持我。正因为有失败才会有成功。不论成王败寇，我们都应该再接再厉，为社团明天新的发展做出自己的努力。
