大学是人生的关键阶段。大一新生 进入大学是第一次放下高考的重担，开始追逐自己的理想、兴趣;也是他们第一次离开家庭生活，独立参与团体和社会生活;更是第一次可以有机会在学习理论的同 时亲身实践;脱离被动，有足够的自由处置生活和学习中遇到的各类问题，支配所有属于自己的时间的初步阶段。对大学生活还有一些的不适应。我想通过自己在校 一年的体会帮助他们尽快的加入属于我们的行列。 引导他们做一个积极向上的适合国家发展的新一代的大学生。所以我想成为20xx级的领路人，带领他们适应他们的大学生活。 入学以来，不断的尝试，不算的挑战，使我的综合能力得到了较大的提升。在班级里，我团结同学，积极配合班委，积极参加学院举办的活动如跳绳比赛，拔河比 赛。参加20xx校级运动会，在4X100中得奖，并在运动会中争当志愿者。
加入了PC社团和其他兴趣社团，在社团中学到很多知识，参加PPT制作大赛和电脑组装大赛，提高了动手能力。培养了团队意识，我会带领班级组成一个强大的团队。在生活中，假期打过工，周日做过兼职，从中得到了磨练，积极向上，乐于助人，热爱生活，永不言弃。
开学伊始，我就成功的入选了学院的外联部，在部门得到了锻炼，帮助部长工作，认真负责，做事一丝不苟，在三院联谊活动中负责和旅馆学院的沟通，提出自己的创 意，成功举办了活动。参与的20xx春季运动会赞助的全过程，负责和移动人员的全部联系，现在联系还在继续、负责海报的张贴，条幅的挂绑、在此提 升了我的协调、应变能力，活跃了思维，积累了一些交涉经验，形成了把握事态发展的大局观。

自学能力强是我的另外一个优点。在校期间我通过了国家大学英语四级考试。并通过了全国计算机等级考试（三级网络技术），并自学使用Office、Photoshop、flash等软件进行图文处理、表格设计等工作，为此我得到老师信任，曾在大三大四两年间管理班级的多媒体设备，将自学的理论知识与实践结合起来，为老师和同学们服务，也为日后的工作、学习、提高工作效率创造了良好条件。
