一.与他人和睦相处，加强和同事以及他人之间的沟通

1、甲方职责：

(2)提供门前施工防护网、工程建设用水、220V电、火砖、钢材、水泥、石灰、沙子、石渣等建筑材料，并运到xx街28号门前，由乙方自行上料，费用由乙方自理。

2、乙方职责：

(1)负责建设过程中所有的模板顶筒及一切施工工具和辅助材料;施工门前、门面天井上搭建好防护楼，防止建筑材料掉落打伤人或打坏物品，便于今后批烫和建筑垃圾的清理。

(2)认真看好图纸，按图纸说明施工，有疑问的地方应和甲方商量清楚后再施工，保证工程建设有条不紊的进行。

(3)建设过程中用到的建筑材料，应提前3天通知甲方，以便提前准备，避免延误工期。

(4)要严格按照国家建筑施工标准和规范进行施工，倒柱要求笔直、不得歪斜，砌砖要砖路平整、灰浆满缝、不得歪斜，搭架装模要平整牢固，扎龙布尺寸要均匀、每一格都要绑牢，倒模用的石渣、水泥、沙浆要按标准配方、准确下料、搅拌均匀，灌浆倒模要均匀饱满、振动平整，每层倒天面后至少保养7天后才能上料砌砖，至少保养22天后才能拆模板，以保证质量。

(5)负责主体室内、楼梯间及三层楼房后面房间留下来的墙基全批烫，要求结实平整，过2cm压尺;做好厨房案板、洗池、卫生间及便池的安装;做好厨房、卫生间排污管、天面排水管、门和窗框等的安装和预埋;做好四层和五层楼房天面四周压墙并批烫;做好天面防水围。

(6)隐藏工程必须经甲方检查合格后，方可进行下一道工序。

(7)每倒置一层天面的当天，乙方必须要安排好时间，倒置当天要一次性倒置完毕，不得隔日倒置，倒置完毕后要及时过面，施工场地要及时清理干净。工程完工后，要清理室内垃圾，清除地板上干结的灰浆，把垃圾搬放到底层楼门前指定地点。

(8)乙方应具有资质，在承包主体工程项目的同时必须承担主体工程外的项目，按标准合理收取人工费，倒柱等包焊接钢筋每个烫每平米元;天面天井四周砌围墙，不搭架砌砖，每 块元;门前镶瓷砖每平米元。在工程建设中，乙方应为甲方着想，从节约的角度出发，在保证质量的前提下，计划好、用好建筑材料，避免浪费。

(9)本工程建设必须是签约乙方来完成，不得转让或者卖，甲方不承认第三方。倒置天面的当天，甲方应按实到上工人数发给乙方招待费，中餐每人元。

(10)凡因不按甲方要求或不按施工标准，造成工程质量不合格，乙方要承担所有责任。

(11)在施工中，要确保安全，杜绝安全事故的发生，工程期间的安全责任由乙方全部负责。

(12)在施工过程中，如果出现工程质量、安全等方面的问题，甲方有权要求乙方停工整改，若因此影响到工程进度或者造成经济损失由乙方承担。

七、工程款的结标，按工程进度支付，主体每层完成合格后付给乙方每层工程款的70%，工程全部完工后，五天内经验收合格后付清余款。

八、施工期限：20xx年5月28日上午8时开工至20xx年月

九、工程验收合格后，半年内出现质量问题，乙方有责任免费修理，如需要返工的，乙方承担所有费用。

一、教学目标

二年级是高中的重要阶段，又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此，让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识；培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力；发展智力，培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高，缩小与上学期期末考试时平均分排在我们前面的几个理科班的差距。

二、教学资源分析

本学期教材是选修七和选修八，共十个单元，词汇量较大，以阅读为主，提高学生的阅读能力，扩大词汇量。

三、学生基本情况分析

本学期我所任教高二（2）（6）两个班级为理科，虽然他们的成绩还不拔尖，与其他有些学生的成绩还有距离，但他们在这一年的学习过程中，还是有着很大的进步，特别是那些已有将来明确目标的同学。但也有极个别学生上课效率低，作业马虎、不交，课外时间全部放在休闲娱乐上，课堂上打瞌睡的现象时有发生。还有一些学生则是由于缺乏坚持不懈的顽强毅力，害怕背诵、记忆，只满足于课堂上听听课，课后没有复习、预习等学习环节，导致英语成绩提高缓慢。

四、教学方法设计

1、钻研并创造性地利用教材，灵活使用，发挥教材特点。

2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关，反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤，抓重点，搞强化，在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功，坚持默写单词及重点句型。

3、本学期仍要坚持训练学生的听力和并开展任务型写作教学。扎实写作常用句型的同时，要求向句群篇章背诵过渡，培养良好的学习习惯和写作基础。

4、培养学生的阅读能力，并以这些材料为基础，扩充学生词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材，扩展学生阅读量，努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、检测。

5、加大基础写作训练的力度，大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完整的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇的写作训练，鼓励运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作能力。

6、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练习，主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容，间或分块测试，习题的训练在于精而不在于多。在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲，让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉，学会思考、整理和归纳。

omeone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don’t know who wrote these words, but i’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

we are young. “how to spend the youth?” it is a meaningful question. to answer it, first i have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. it’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it’s the matter of the will. it’s the freshneof the deep spring of life.
