本年度，紧紧围绕学校教务处确定的教育教学工作目标和任务，立足本校实际，坚持做好常规教学，坚持教研教改，全面推进“洋思”教学模式。坚持以教学质量为本，积极推进英语教学质量的提高。

二、教研组工作重点

1、抓好政治理论学习，提高教师的政治素质和业务水平。

组织全组教师加强政治理论学习，与时俱进地重点学习党的方针政策，学习义务教育法等法律法规，重温关于教师职业道德的若干规定等内容，并认真做好政治理论学习笔记。通过学习，要提高教师的政治素质和理论水平，顺应时代要求，更好地为教学服务。

利用多种渠道，提高各位教师的业务水平和自身素质。自学和组织学习相结合，本年度重点学习和探索“洋思”教学模式，要求全组成员做好理论学习笔记，经常写读书笔记及心得，定期讨论和研究，从而提高我组成员的理论水平，为更好地搞好教学工作奠定基础。

2、认真落实教学常规，进一步落实，提高课堂教学质量。

在英语教学上，教研组要注重重点抓好教学常规的落实。课堂教学是学校工作的重中之重，教学质量高低直接决定了本学科教育教学的声誉甚至是学校工作的成败。在全面推进素质教育和提倡学生全面发展的今天，老师们意识到必须提高课堂教学的质量和效益，而提高课堂教学的质量最基本的方面就是要重视抓好常规教学。

本年度，我们将按照上级教育部门和学校的要求，进一步积极探索和全面实践“洋思”教学模式。在备课过程中，能充分发挥教师合作作用，要求老师们能心往一处想，劲往一处使，认真备好每一堂课，认真上好每一节课。教学过程中，坚持备课、上课、作业批改、课后辅导、计划总结，教学常规的每一个环节争取做到一丝不苟。

3、坚持听评课活动不动摇，积极推进“洋思”教学模式。

听课、评课将是英语组经常性的教研活动。经常性开展听课，说课，评课的公开教学活动。每个教师的课堂教学方法、教学艺术各有特色。坚持听课、评课能相互学习，取长补短。要尽可能多的开展公开课和观摩教学活动，给年轻教师搭建观摩学习和汇报展示的平台，使老教师的经验和长处得以传授和发挥，让年轻教师从中模仿学习，提高他们的业务水平和教学能力，教学相长，后继有人，共同提高。

实行老教师上示范课，新教师上观摩课的方式；既保证老教师的示范带头作用，又积极推进年轻教师脱颖而出并向骨干迈进，优化了教师结构。按照学校的要求，教研组长每学期听课不少于15节，组员每学期听课不少于10节。本年度，教研组将进一步推行落实“洋思”教学模式，观摩课活动将更频繁，更重要。要求人人参与，每个人每学期至少上一堂观摩课，人人参与听课和评课，从中达到相互学习，相互交流，共同提高的目的。

4、积极开展课题研究活动。

强化科研与教研意识，促使教师努力成为教学的研究者、反思者和实践者。突出教研活动的实效性和针对性，善于总结教学成果和教学经验，撰写教育教学论文，积极推进校本教研。围绕教研组确定的课题开展研究，坚持做好各类资料和教学成果的积累和整理，注意经验的积累、交流与分享，不断提高课题研究水平，以教研促教学。同时教研组要求老师每学期应该至少写一篇教研论文，若干篇教学反思和优秀教案，作为教学研究成果和经验。

5、利用课余时间积极培优补差，提高教学质量。

提倡教师吃苦奉献。利用课余时间，对学有余力的同学，要辅导他们另有提高，鼓励他们参加各类竞赛；对后进生绝不放弃，要以良好的心态接纳他们，给他们以更多的关心和指导。要求教师对差生要多鼓励，多表扬，每时每刻尽量发现他们的闪光点，树立他们学习的信心和勇气。对差生实行课内补差和课外补差相结合。相信每一个学生都能学到自己适合的知识，让他们在英语学习上有所进步，以提高学校的英语成绩合格率。

6、开展丰富多彩的课外活动，激发学生的学习兴趣。
