在教学第一课时，我采用猜谜导入课题的方法。我说谜面“有时落在山腰，有时挂在树梢，有时像个圆盘，有时像把镰刀”。一个学生说那是“月亮”。我说：“月亮就是这个谜语的——”“谜底”(学生异口同声地说)，于是我便在黑板上写了“谜底”两字，告诉学生谜底就是谜语的答案，即事物的真相。接着，我把课题补充完整，指名朗读课题《山谷中的谜底》。理解“山谷”一词时，画了一幅简笔画，使学生头脑中有一个山谷的直观形象。然后引导学生从课题质疑，带着“山谷中的谜是什么?谜底又是什么?”这两个问题初读课文。我觉得揭示课题这一环节对整堂课的教学非常重要，“良好的开端是成功的一半”。通过猜谜导入课题，给学生创设了愉快的学习氛围;采用简笔画理解课题给学生一种新鲜感;从课题质疑，使学生在无疑处生疑，激发他们主动去探求知识的欲望，提高初读课文的热情，吸引他们非读下去不可。

初读时，让学生带着质疑时的两个问题充分地读书，使阅读教学过程真正变成学生与文本对话的过程。检查初读时，我设计了这样一个问题：如果用猜字谜来打比方的话，文章的哪一部分是谜面?哪一部分是谜底?这时学生纷纷举手，争着说谜面，猜谜底，课堂上呈现了生生互动的状态，学生成了真正意义上的主体。这样，不仅检查了学生的初读情况(读准字音，读通句子，掌握字形，指导生字“惟”的写法)，还理清了文章的条理。

学生把握了文章的整体结构，发现了作者的写作思路后，再让他们读课文，这时我设计的问题是：仔细阅读课文，画出表示谜面的句子，谜底的句子。然后，从文章的谜底着手，层层剖析，理解山谷东坡只长雪松，而山谷西坡除了长雪松以外还长其它杂树的原因。结合学生的回答，出示片断“当雪积到一定程度时，雪松那富有弹性的枝丫便开始向下弯曲，于是积雪便从树枝上滑落，待压力减轻，刚弯下去的树枝就立即反弹过来，雪松依旧保持那苍翠挺拔的身姿。就这样，反复地积，反复地弯，反复地落，反复地弹……不论雪下得多大，雪松始终完好无损。”这一片断的理解作为本堂课的学习重点。教学时先让学生自主地学习，在主动探究的过程中解除心中的疑惑。接着，我入情入景地范读，让学生心随雪动。而后，让每个学生根据自己的喜爱选择某一个感人的句子去读，让他们在积极主动的学习过程中发挥自己的表达、思考、表演、想象能力，感悟雪松的特征和品格。最后，要求用上“因为……所以……”这组关联词把自己所读懂的内容表达出来。这一环节的设计意在创设实践情境，让学生用心倾诉，真情流露，这样，既是学生心灵的独白，又是他们的个性的张扬，同时加深对课文内容的理解。在学生理解课文的基础上，再指导学生反复朗读，带着对雪松的敬佩之情去读，读出它的傲霜斗雪，读出它的灵活变通，以次丰富课文的内涵。知道雪松在逆境中生存的原因后，再指导学生理解给人启示的话“对于外界的压力，可以通过正面抗争去战胜它，但有时也需要像雪松那样，先弯曲一下，作出适当的让步，以求反弹的机会”。有了前文的铺垫，学生就不难理解，弯曲和倒下并不意味毁灭和失败，而是为了积聚力量，更好地生存和发展下去。最后，我安排了一个练笔：结合自身的生活和学习写一写对“弯曲和倒下并不意味毁灭和失败，而是为了积聚力量，更好地生存和发展下去”这句话的体会。反思：课题的导入调动了学生的学习兴趣，为整堂课的教学打下了一个良好的基础。课题是文章的眉眼，但在朗读文题时蜻蜓点水一带而，没能读出情趣，没能读出滋味，读出感受。指导阅读重点片段时，指导太细，束缚了学生的思维，故学生主动探究不够。语文课上读很重要，但这堂课我没能很好地借助具体的语言环境，为学生创设语言训练的机会不多，朗读指导缺乏深度和力度。安排学生的练笔，学生没有丰富的，足够的语言来表达。其原因是指导学生理解雪松给人的启示不够透彻，在设计练习时，没能很好地分析学生的认知情况，也许这一练笔放在第二课时比较合理。

国际专利许可合同(附英文译本)

6.3 在每批技术资料发运后24小时内，乙方应将合同号、空运提单号、空运报单日期、资料项目、件数、重量、航班号和预计抵达日期用电报或电传通知甲方。同时将空运提单和技术资料详细清单各一式2份寄给甲方。

6.4 若技术资料在空运中丢失、损坏、短缺，乙方应在收到甲方书面通知后30天内，免费外寄或重寄给甲方。在甲方收到技术资料后60天内，如果没有以书面形式提出资料不全或增补要求，则视为甲方验收。

6.5 技术资料采用英文，计量单位以公制表示。

第七条 考核与验收

7.1 合同产品的第一台样机，由甲、乙双方组成的联合考核小组，按附件七规定的时间和内容进行考核。如果符合附件一规定的技术要求，即可验收，并由双方代表签署合同产品考核验收合格证书一式4份，双方各执两份。

7.2 如果合同产品的技术性能达不到规定的技术标准，双方应友好协商，共同研究，分析原因，采取措施，消除缺陷，进行第二次性能考核。考核合格后，双方签署考核合格证书。

7.3 如果第一次考核不合格是乙方责任，乙方应自费再次派遣技术人员进特第二次考核。

7.4 经过第二次考核仍不能合格验收，若责任在于乙方，刚乙方须赔偿甲方遭受的直接损失。并采取措施艄除缺陷，进行第三次考核。

7.5 经过第三次考核仍不合格，如系乙方责任，则甲方有权终止合同，并接第九条的规定处理。若系甲方责任，则由双方协商合同进一步执行的问题。

第八条 技术改进

8.1 乙方提供的技术资料，如有不适合甲方生产条件的（如设计标准、原材料、外购配件及共他生产设备等一，乙方有责任帮助甲方修改技术资料，闪加以确认。在不影响合同产品性能情况下，应采用中国产的原材料、配套元器件和设备。

8.2 在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

8.3 改进或创新的技术所有权属于改进或创新一方，另一方不得对其申请专利或将其转让给第三者。

第九条 保证和索赔

9.1 乙方保证所提供的技术资料是乙方经过实际使用的最新技术资料，并保证向甲方及时提供任何改进和发明的技术资料。

9.2 乙方保证所提供的技术资料是完整的、正确的、清晰的，并保证按时交付。

9.3 如果乙方提供的技术资料不符合第六条规定，乙方必须在收到甲方书面通知后30天内免费将所缺的技术资料，或清晰、正确的资料寄给甲方。

9.4 如乙方的技术资料不能按本合同附件二规定的时间交付，乙方则须按下列比例支付罚款给甲方：

（1）迟交1至4周，罚款为合同总价的_________％；

（2）迟交5至8周，罚款为合同总价的_________％；

（3）迟交超过8周，罚款为合同总价的_________％；

9.5 乙方按本条规定被罚款时，并不解除其继续交付技术资料的义务。

9.6 如果动方迟交技术资料6个月以上，甲方有权终止合同。乙方须将甲方已给交付的全部金额，并加年利_________％的利息，一并退还甲方。

9.7 由于乙方责任，验收不合格，造成甲方有能正常投产而终止合同时，乙方应退还甲方已经支付给乙方的全部金额，并加年利_________％的利息。

Everybody is good! Im from the department of economics -- -- -- -- --.
