临床的实习是对理论学习阶段的巩固与加强，也是对临床技能操作的培养和锻炼，同时也是我们就业岗前的最佳训练。尽管这段时间很短，但对我们每个人都很重要。我们倍偿珍惜这段时间，珍惜每一天的锻炼和自我提高的机会，珍惜与老师们这段难得的师徒之情。

刚进入病房，总有一种茫然的感觉，对于临床的工作处于比较陌生的状态，也对于自己在这样的新环境中能够做的事还是没有一种成型的概念。庆幸的是，我们有老师为我们介绍各科室的情况，介绍一些规章制度、各级医师的职责等，带教老师们的丰富经验，让我们可以较快地适应医院各科临床工作。能够尽快地适应医院环境，为在医院实习和工作打下了良好的基础，这应该算的上是实习阶段的一个收获：学会适应，学会在新的环境中成长和生存。

到病房实习，接触最多的是病人，了解甚深的是各种疾病，掌握透彻的是各项基础技能操作。实习的最大及最终目的是培养良好的各项操作技能及提高各种诊疗技能。所以在带教老师“放手不放眼，放眼不放心”的带教原则下，我们积极努力的争取每一次的锻炼机会，同时还不断丰富临床理论知识，积极主动地思考各类问题，对于不懂的问题虚心的向带教老师或其它老师请教，做好知识笔记。遇到老师没空解答时，我们会在工作之余查找书籍，或向老师及更多的人请教，以更好的加强理论知识与临床的结合。按照学校和医院的要求我们积极主动地完成了病历的书写，教学查房，病例讨论，这些培养了我们书写、组织、表达等各方面的能力。

在医院实习期间，我们所做的一切都以病人的身体健康，疾病转归为目的，我们严格遵守医院的各项规章制度，所有操作都严格遵循无菌原则。我们在内、外、妇、儿各个科室里，都是认真细心的做好各项工作，在带教老师的指导下，对各种常见病，多发病能较正确地进行预防、诊断和处理。比较熟练的掌握了临床常用诊疗技能。本着三基、三严的精神，培养和提高了我们独立思考和独立工作的能力。

为了提高自己的业务水平和能力，我参加了201X年的成人高考，考取了河北工程大学的水利水电建筑工程专业，于是开始了三年的学习。通过学习，本人各方面都有了较大的提高。本人在本科函授学习阶段，思想进步，认真学习，努力钻研专业知识，毕业之际，回顾三年来的学习、工作以及生活，自我鉴定如下：

(三)收获和体会

平时不常读书，函授学习使我感受到自身文学修养的欠缺，并促使我研读各种文学书籍，并把它与平时的教学工作相结合。教学上取得了良好的效果，个人素质也得到了很大提高。

(四)工作与学习的处理上

在工作期间，我一边尽力做好自己的本职工作，一边不忘老师的嘱咐。充分利用自己的闲暇时间，把函授期间不能作具体解说的书本知识理解消化。一份耕耘，一份收获。学习上的毫不懈怠使我能从容面对每一次考试，并取得不错的成绩。

(五)存在问题及努力方向

虽说是三年的函授学习，实际上面授只有三个月左右。虽说函授教师备课认真负责，学员真正能从老师那学到的东西并不多。大部分的知识还得靠自己的积累和教学实践中的领悟。在以后的学习工作中，我将以此为基础，不断的研究学习，提升自己。
