一、服务项目及费用

第一条 委托人申请赴新加坡 院校外文名称， (院校中文名称)留学.

第三条 当申请学生签证成功后，委托人向受托人缴付出国留学中介服务费合计为人民币(大写) 元,或者是等值新元。如果在申请学生签证成功后，委托人需要取消留学，需缴纳委托人40%的中介服务费用。

第四条 受托人提供的服务包括：

1 替委托人在指定的学校报名

2 替委托人申请学生签证

3 帮助委托人在新加坡找好住所

4 在委托人来新加坡的时候接飞机

5 帮助委托人熟悉学校环境

6 帮助委托人办理银行卡，易通卡

二、受托人义务

第五条 提供信息

1.受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等，内容真实。

2.受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条 申请入学

1.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

2.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

3受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第七条 办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

第八条 其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

3.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第九条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第十条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

四、违约责任

第十二条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十三条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人不应向委托人收取中介服务费，并协助追回委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十四条 受托人未能为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人。

第十五条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人可以解除合同。

第十六条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人可以解除合同。

第十七条 受托人因自身原因，可以随时要求解除合同,委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人可以自行销毁。

五、不可抗力条款

第十八条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第十九条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起_____日内提供证明。

第二十条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

一、服务项目及费用

二、受托人义务

第四条 提供信息

1. 受托人为委托人提供自费留学咨询服务，介绍拟留学国家教育制度和申请院校的入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

第五条 申请入学

1.受托人帮助和指导委托人填写各类申请表格;协助和指导委托人准备入学申请的相关材料。

2.受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第六条 办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证有关手续。

2.受托人收到委托人按委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，应当在30个工作日内向委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆递交签证申请材料。如该使(领)馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。

3.若委托人签证申请被拒签，委托人需要再次办理签证有关手续，双方协商

达成一致后，受托人可协助委托人再次申请赴拟留学国家留学签证的有关手续,

受托人不另收服务费。

第七条 其他

1.受托人代表委托人与其所申请的学校及拟留学国家使(领)馆或移民局联系所有相关事务，拟留学国家使(领)馆或移民局指定需与委托人本人联系的情况除外;

2.若委托人需要受托人为委托人安排住宿，接机等服务，受托人可为委托人联系。

3.如委托人为18岁以下学生，应委托人及其代理人要求，双方协商一致后，委托人为受托人代为联系在拟留学国家的监护人服务;

4.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第八条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第九条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十条 委托人应当自本合同签订之日起 15_______日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交与受托人;若委托人无法在规定日期内提交，应与受托人协商，确定提交日期。

第十一条 委托人一经选择了相关的专业或学校，不应随意改动;如果委托人坚持更换已选定的专业或学校，由此引起的费用及损失由委托人负担;

第十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人和委托人担保人或家庭成员的地址、单位、收入等发生变化, 须立即通知受托人，以便受托人通知拟留学国家驻华使(领)馆或移民局;

第十三条 在留学申请办理过程中，如拟留学国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

第十四条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人拟留学国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。

四、违约责任

第十五条 委托人履行了合同、协议全部义务而未被所申请院校录取，委托人可凭校方书面通知向受托人主张退费。受托人根据委托人在本协议第二条所选择的类别，退还委托人一次服务费。

第十六条 委托人履行了合同、协议的全部义务却被拟留学国家驻华使(领)馆拒签的，委托人可凭使(领)馆书面通知向受托人主张退费。受托人根据委托人在本协议第二条所选择的类别分别退费：___________(勾出并填写大小写金额)

第十七条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

第十八条 委托人在合同、协议签订后因自身原因，要求解除合同、协议，则应承担全部违约责任，无权要求受托人退还服务费。由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

第十九条 受托人在协助委托人获得拟留学国家院校的录取通知书后，委托人无权要求受托人退还一次服务费;受托人在协助委托人获得拟留学国家驻华使(领)馆签证后，视为合同、协议履行完毕，委托人无权要求受托人退费。

第二十条 委托人通过受托人申请院校、办理签证过程中向所申请院校、驻华使(领)馆或政府部门交纳的费用，由委托人按照相关主体的退费规定向相关主体主张退费。受托人可以协助委托人进行有关的退费追索，但不负任何责任。

第二十一条 受托人在收到委托人退款所需资料(具体包括本合同和交纳服务费单据原件、校方或拟留学国家驻华使(领)馆的拒绝证明、委托人退费申请书)后，7_______个工作日内按本合同相关规定退费。委托人可以亲自办理退费手续，也可出具有委托人正式签字的委托书委托其他人代为办理退款，委托人必需在委托书中详细注明受委托人的姓名、性别、年龄、职业、与委托人的关系以及授予他(她)的权利等。受托人将通过银行汇款或以现金方式向委托人退款，并解除合同。所需银行汇款手续费由委托人负担。如委托人未在本合同有效期内提出退款要求，即视为委托人放弃。

五、不可抗力条款

第二十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如遇任何不可抗力(如战争、外交纠纷、签证政策变化等)的影响，导致申请学校及办理签证延误或停止，受托人将不承担相关责任。但受托人可为委托人顺延办理。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱、签证政策变化等。

第二十三条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。本合同对不可抗力事件，以及委托人及受托人双方影响范围之外的情况不负责，如由中国政府、中国大学、拟前往国大使馆、拟前往国政府、拟前往国院校等机构决定的事项。

六、适用的法律及争议解决方法

第二十四条 本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

第二十五条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。协商不成，双方均可依法向相关人民法院提起诉讼。

七、合同的补充、变更、修改

第二十六条 对本合同的任何补充、变更、修改应采用书面补充合同形式。补充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等法律效力。

第二十七条 委托人所签订的表明委托人欲申请的院校、专业等意愿的书面意见，经受托人书面确认后，视为本协议的一部分，与本协议具有同等法律效力。一方未经对方书面同意，不得单方变更。

第二十八条 本协议所称"合同"是《自费出国留学中介服务委托合同》、"协议"是双方补充协议。

八、 其他

第二十九条 若委托人在合同、协议签订之日未满18周岁，则不具备完全民事行为能力，须由法定代理人或监护人在合同、协议上签字认可后生效。

第三十条 本合同由委托人及其代理人、受托人、受托人法定代表人签署，自签字、盖章之日起方可生效。

第三十一条 申请出国留学属委托人自愿，委托人在申请过程中发生的本合同没有提及的任何费用，如在此期间发生的生活费及由此产生的误工费、误学费等费用，在任何情况下都应由委托人自行负担，与受托人无关;若属于退款情况，则执行上述退款条例，委托人不再提出任何索赔要求。

如何办理经济担保

经济担保：即资助单位或个人为申请留学者赴海外留学期间提供经济上的资助。

由于自费出国留学在学费、生活费、住宿费等各种费用十分昂贵，申请留学者必须证明自己有足够能力支付这些费用。经济来源方式有自筹资金、亲友资助、获取奖学金助学金等方式。因而，足够的经济担保是各国普遍的要求。许多国家均对经济担保人的资格、担保金额作出明确的规定。若留学生能获取较高的奖学金、助学金，可以不要经济担保。

经济担保书就是经济担保人表明其经济收入，愿意承担自费留学人员留学期间所需的一切费用(常包括学费、生活费和交通费等)并注明与留学人员关系的函件。经济担保书一般使用英文书写。经济担保书的正本则需提供给大使馆审核，如果学校也要求你出示只需将复印件上缴即可。

经济担保应注意的问题

经济担保人提交经济担保书及银行存款证明后，不必冻结其银行存款。但通常各国使领馆要求该存款的存期在三个月或半年以上并可能向银行查对存款以防弄虚作假的欺骗行为。

国外担保人在留学学生就读学校的国家，可到当地律师事务所申请担保人资产公证，并向所在国移民厅出具公证文件(公证应包括与被担保人的亲属关系)。

◇制定本次出国留学计划的背景

近年来国际上多酸化学的相关研究进展极快，无论从设计思想、研究领域还是在研究手段方面的创新性都迅速提高。我们多酸化学研究所也是一样，近年来成果倍出，得到学校的高度重视，通过二期211工程给予了大力支持，并已得到教育部批准建设教育部重点实验室，成为国际上多酸化学研究中心之一。作为多酸化学研究所的博士生导师，为了更好地与国际先进水平接轨，本人非常希望能够得到国家留学基金的资助，到美国的多酸化学研究中心进行合作研究，以迅速提升我们的科学研究水平。

◇本次出国留学目的

本次出国留学拟去美国Emory大学化学系进行访问学习和合作研究。具体研究方向为多酸绿色催化剂的研究。多酸的一个重要应用领域是作酸碱和氧化还原双功能催化剂。因为许多多酸化合物具有可以调制的酸碱性和可逆的氧化还原性，参加催化反应后可以再生利用。美国Emory大学化学系Hill教授的科研组与多家国际研究机构和企业合作，开展了多酸化合物催化降解木质素漂白纸浆的研究，他们采取氧气/空气法再生多酸催化剂，开拓了取代造纸工业中传统的氯漂工艺的前景。近年来我组也进行了多酸催化剂催化氧化降解木质素的研究，采用的是电化学再生法。虽然已于20xx年末申报了“多金属氧酸盐电化学漂白化学纸浆和纤维的技术”中国专利，但是其推广应用受到技术条件的限制。本次出国留学是希望能有机会与Hill教授学习和合作，进一步研究多酸催化剂的催化和再生机理，共同推进多酸催化剂应用于绿色催化氧化的研究。

◇选择拟进入的学校或研究机构的名称及选择的原因

Hill教授研究组在无机催化和纳米材料及相关领域的研究成绩卓著，特别是在多金属氧酸盐化学研究领域独树一帜，在化学评论(Chemical Reviews)1998年第1期的多金属氧酸盐专刊中Hill教授曾作为特邀编辑。他也是诺贝尔化学奖的提名人。尤其是在将多酸催化剂应用于绿色催化氧化和木质素降解的研究中取得重要成果，在著名的Nature期刊相继发表相关论文(1999年、20xx年)，处于国际领先地位。本人带着研究过程中存在的尚未解决的问题有目的的进行学习，有充分信心在较短的时间里完成留学计划，达到本次出国留学目的。

俄罗斯日本应急管理考察报告

20xx**年10月15日至29日，国务院办公厅赴俄、日应急管理考察团对俄罗斯、日本的应急管理工作进行了考察。俄罗斯、日本都是灾害多发国家，应急管理工作起步较早。特别是上世纪80年代以来，两国均多次经历伤亡重大、影响深远的特别重大突发公共事件，并在处置过程中逐步完善了应急体制、机制和法律体系，基本形成了符合各自国情的突发公共事件应对体系，积累了许多成功的经验，值得我们学习和借鉴。

一、两国应急管理主要做法

（一）统一指挥、分级负责的应急管理体制。

俄罗斯实行以紧急状态部为核心，其他有关部门协调配合的垂直管理体制。前苏联解体后，在政治和社会经济剧烈动荡、国内民族矛盾不断激化的背景下，疲于应付各类突发事件的俄罗斯联邦政府承受着空前压力。1994年1月10日，俄罗斯建立了直接对总统负责的“民防、紧急状态和消除自然灾害后果部”（简称为紧急状态部），主要负责自然灾害、技术性突发事件和灾难类突发公共事件的预防和救援工作。紧急状态部是俄应对突发公共事件的中枢机构，内务部、国防部或者内卫部队协助紧急状态部处置突发事件。紧急状态部直辖40万人的应急救援部队及装备。该部队作为独立警种，按部队建制，统一制服，统一警衔。在纵向上，俄联邦、联邦主体（州、直辖市、共和国、边疆区等）、城市和基层村镇四级政府设置了垂直领导的紧急状态机构。同时，为强化应急管理机构的权威性和中央的统一领导，在俄联邦和联邦主体之间设立了六个区域中心，每个区域中心管理下属的联邦主体紧急状态局，全俄形成了五级应急管理机构逐级负责的垂直管理模式。联邦、区域、联邦主体和城市紧急状态机构（部、中心、总局、局）下设指挥中心、救援队、信息中心、培训基地等管理和技术支撑机构，保证了紧急状态部有能力发挥中枢协调作用。紧急状态部成立以来，虽然俄政坛几经变化，但紧急状态部的职能和地位不但没有被削弱，反而不断得到加强，在处理国内外各类复发公共事件中发挥了重要作用。

日本建立了以内阁府为中枢，通过中央防灾会议决策，突发事件牵头部门相对集中管理的应急体制。1995年阪神大地震后，日本政府进一步强化了政府纵向集权应急职能。实行中央、都（道、府、县）、市（町、村）三级防救灾组织管理体制。在中央一级，平时由内阁总理大臣召集相关部门和提供公共服务的单位（如银行、红十字会、电信电话株式会社、广播协会等）负责人共同参与中央防灾会议。该会议是日常应急管理最高决策机构，负责制定防灾基本计划与防灾业务计划；在地方一级。地方首长和相关人士共同参与地区性的防灾会议，制定地区性防灾计划。当重大灾害发生时，内阁总理大臣征询中央防灾会议的意见，在内阁府成立“非常灾害对策本部”（类似于我国突发公共事件应急处置临时指挥部）进行统筹调度，另外在灾区设立“非常灾害现场对策本部”以便就近管理指挥。同时，将国土交通省的防灾局提升至内阁府内，并专设防灾大臣（又称防灾担当相）。日本政府内阁仅设二十个大臣，设立防灾大臣这个职位充分体现了日本对防救灾工作的重视。内阁府作为中枢，汇总、分析日常预防预警信息（核、工业事故、环保事件除外），制订防灾和减灾政策，以及承办中央防灾会议日常工作等。各类突发公共事件的预防和处置，由各牵头部门相对集中管理。内阁府牵头负责地震、台风、暴雨等自然灾害以及没有明确部门管理事件的应急救援工作，总务省消防厅牵头负责火灾、化学品等工业事故应急救援工作，文部科学省牵头负责核事故应急救援工作，经济产业省牵头负责生产事故应急救援工作，海上保安厅和环保署牵头负责防治海洋污染及海上灾害工作。

（二）运转高效、全社会共同参与的应急机制。

1.反应灵敏、功能强大的信息报告体系。

俄罗斯紧急状态部下设危机控制中心，负责整理、分析每天来自各地区、各部门的信息，提出处理建议，视情况上报总统，并分送有关部门和地方。危机控制中心内设信息中心，建立了信息自动收集分析系统、指挥系统和全天候值班系统，2分钟内可以将有关情况传至其他相关部门。当重大事件发生时，有关部门负责人到达信息中心，进行统一的协调和指挥。目前，俄紧急状态部正准备将涉及交通事故、医疗救护和刑事案件的报警电话，全部统一到消防报警电话，以进一步加强应急管理的综合性和统一性。在基层，全俄境内每个村、居民点建立了信息员制度，信息员主要责任是将灾害情况及时通过网络报告紧急状态部门。俄十分重视信息的国际交流，比如与美国签订协议，两国共享国际灾害方面的卫星图像信息。

1.婚谈

在韩国的传统婚礼举办前，男女双方家人都要通过媒人 互相了解对方的家庭状况、学识以及人品等。如果互相有好感的话就先要父母们相见 ，所以有的时候本人结婚前并没有看到过对方。互相同意结婚后，一般男方 先把请婚书 送给女方。女方 如果有结婚的想法就把许婚书 送给男方，然后议婚成立。

2.纳采

收到 许婚书后 ，男方家会写上纳采文和四柱 ，用红布裹装 送给新娘家。

收到四柱的新娘家 就会认真参考将要举办婚礼的新郎和新娘的出生年月 ，选择婚礼的日期和时间 ，然后在白纸上 写出涓吉 再送给新郎家 .

注：

四柱：按着六十甲子的干支，纪录出生年月和出生时间的信。

纳采文：对许婚的感谢文章和让对方选出结婚日期和时间的问候。

涓吉：在传统婚礼上接受四柱单子的新娘家把择日单子送给新郎家的事，并请男方告诉女方在举行婚礼时新郎要穿的服装号码(大小)的信。

3.纳币

新郎家 从新娘家收到信(涓吉)后，把新娘在婚礼时要穿的采缎和婚书 用婚书箱 送到新娘家。

其中，采缎 一般是在婚礼前一个月 送。

举行婚礼之前把币物和 婚书 以及封采 装在一起跟物品目录 一起送去，这叫做函 。

新娘会一辈子诚心的保管 结婚时需要的物品以及费用和一起收到的婚书、纳采、四柱，表示自己对丈夫的一片丹心，直到人生走到尽头时，这些东西会陪伴她进棺材。

注：

纳币：婚姻时四柱单子交换结束后，证明订婚的聘礼，新郎家把礼物送给新娘家。

采缎：在纳币时新郎家送给新娘家的礼物，主要装有蓝色和红色的绸缎，因此叫采缎。

封采：一般家庭条件富裕的话多装一些别的衣料，这叫封采。

币物：送给新娘的礼物。

婚书：婚姻时新郎家跟礼单一起送给新娘家的信。

函：婚书和礼单装在箱子里送给新娘家。各地风俗各有不同，大部分叫纳币或者封采。背上函(箱子)去新娘家的人一般是年纪较大、有子有女的多福之人。收到函(箱子)的新娘母亲要先保管婚书，直到出嫁的女儿生了孩子，恭敬公公和婆婆，觉得女儿不会回到娘家时才会把婚书送给女儿。

4.醮子礼

准新郎 按着传统对两家的礼节活动结束后，在 举行婚礼的当天 ，新郎要早起床 ，如果有祠堂 的话要先到那儿，如果没有的话要让父母坐定 ，郑重地给他们磕头 。磕头结束后，新郎要跪在父母面前感谢 父母养育之恩，并说要迎接新人 (妻子)好好的认真生活，向父母的恩惠表示感谢 ，然后来到婚礼厅 。

准新娘 也要在举行结婚的当天早晨 向父母磕头 表示感谢 ，然后去婚礼厅 。

I don’t know what kindof chocolate life will give me, but I believe I can achieve my target if I workhard with my unwavering belief and persevering efforts like Forrest Gump. As astudent of Mechanical Engineering, I have just finished my undergraduate studysince July. Next what I have to face is to choose the new chocolate which I haveyearned for all long. With four-year study of M.E. in China, I would like toscale higher intellectual heights by undertaking advanced studies in __University, as I believe its rich learning environment and free academicatmosphere will open my eyes to new realities and influence me to confront thesituation back home.

My strong interest in research was born during the undergraduate years at_University. During my undergraduatecareer, I have grasped every chance to do some researching work. I used toparticipate in at least six projects including the intern work in the factory,mechanical designs and graduate design.

Especially during the period from September to November of 20__, I readmany books and journals in the field of mechanical engineering such as “Handbookof Practical Gear Design” (Written by __). In these books, I did intensivereading on the theory of the speed reducer. I investigated and discussed with myteacher on how to apply the theory into the practice. Then according to myteacher’s advice, I tried to organize a team consisting of five members to makea harmonic gear reducer. As a team leader, I should not only take charge of thewhole arrangement of project but also make every member of the team cooperatewith each other harmoniously. Before starting the program, I, together with myteam, made a detailed plan covering the schedule, materials, and equipment. Thefirst step of our work is the design of the reducer. The design plan is asfollows: (1) Set down the blue print. (2) Complete 3-D solid model with Pro/Esoftware. (3) Finite-element analysis with ANSYS software. (4) Assemblingsimulation by using Pro/E. (5) Complete the 2-D draft of part and assembly.After two-week design work, we stepped to the next work, manufacture of theproduct. With the aid of the technique of computer, we plan the manufacturingprocess of every part. And then, all parts were made with various machine toolssuch as C lathe, wire electrical discharge machine, vertical machining center,and so on. Finally, we had toassembly all parts to the harmonic gear reducer,and test-drove it for many times. With five-week unremitting efforts, wesucceeded in the project of harmonic gear reducer and obtained the highestpraise. This special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and practice. Textbooks couldhardly cover everything, therefore, if we want to learn more, we should pursueevery opportunity to have practices. Meanwhile, I experienced the importance andmightiness of cooperation. In the project, we divided ourselves into severalparts, not only doing one’s own work well, but also cooperating with each otherharmoniously.

Another case worthy mentioning is my design project for graduation,“Manufacturing and Performance of Electroplated CBN Tools”. The main objectiveof this project is the manufacturing of the electroplated CBN (Cubic BoronNitride) wheels and the research of its performance when grinding theheat-resisted steel. I had completed three steps of task. Firstly, I took chargeof the manufacturing of electroplated CBN wheels, covering the following work:selecting electroplating solution, computing various electroplating parameterssuch as electrical current and temperature, adhering CBN to the tool base byelectroplating a nickel layer. After these basic preparations, I had to do thesecond part of the research work to compare grinding abilities of electroplatedCBN wheels with those of other wheels such as SiC wheels, Al2O3 wheels etc. Thispart of the work needs the researcher’s highly particularity and staidness. Idid the detailed work as follows: (1) Grind heat-resisted steel with variouswheels in the same grinding conditions. (2) Record data and compute the grindingratio of various wheels. (3) Measure the surface roughness of the heat-resistedsteel ground by various wheels. (4) Observe dulling and pullout of abrasivegrains of various wheels by using optical microscope. In this part, we canconclude that electroplated wheels have far better grinding abilities than otherwheels, by comparing parameters, such as grinding ratio, surface roughness etc.The final assignment of the project is to find out the most suitable parametersof grinding heat-resisted steel with electroplated CBN wheels, through comparingthe grinding ratio and surface roughness of heat-resisted steel ground indifferent grinding parameters. By investigating the attributes of electroplatedCBN wheels and concluding their practical grinding parameters, this project isvery important in promoting the application of them.

China’s unique advantage of labor force predicts the resplendent future ofits Mechanical Engineering, especially the manufacture, and it is our beliefthat this day will come soon. On the other hand, there are so many experiencedtechnicians in China, however, with the absence of advanced experts manyadvanced producing method cannot be used in practical yield. 甲、乙双方本着“不成功、不_____”的原则为明确责任和义务，经协商，达成如下协议：

甲方同意按照以下协议接受乙方委托，帮助其办理赴__________国之留学和申请学生签证事宜。?乙方所申请学校及专业的名称：__________________________________________

一、甲方的责任和义务

3.如需要，甲方可帮助取得学生签证的乙方代买机票、安排接机、住宿，除联系费用由甲方负担外，其它所发生的费用由乙方承担；

4.甲方应与乙方保持畅通的通讯联络，甲方收到任何与乙方申请有关的文件应及时通知乙方。甲方有责任对乙方的留学资料保密。

二、乙方的责任和义务

1.乙方需按照甲方要求配合甲方进行各项准备工作，如一些证明材料的盖章等；

2.乙方需接受甲乙双方已协商好的专业和学校，不得随意改动，否则视为违约；

3.乙方自行承担相关公证、办理护照、体检、使馆审理费用。

三、经济条款

1.乙方签约时向甲方交付留学办理押金总额人民币___________元，签约时一次性支付，一旦学生通过签证后，全部留学办理押金自动转为办理费用，不予退还；

2.学生获得通知书时，应立即付甲方入学保证押金___________元。学生在向学校付清第一年学术课程和学前英语的学费后，甲方退回全部入学保证押金；

3.?如远程办理，合同生效以甲方收据或者乙方向甲方汇款（邮寄或电汇等）的有效回单为生效条件。

四、退费原则

1.如甲方未能成功帮助乙方获得入学录取通知书，则留学办理押金于两周内凭收据退还乙方；

2.若甲方未能成功帮助乙方获得学生签证，则留学办理押金和入学保证押金金凭收据于两周内退还乙方；

3.甲方帮助乙方获得学生签证后，无论何种原因，不能如期入学者，甲方不予退费。

五、违约责任

1.除申请录取通知书失败或签证失败以外的任何原因，乙方不得中途终止协议。如乙方执意要终止协议，乙方将无权要求甲方退回留学办理押金；

2.如乙方违约，甲方有权停止继续履行本协议，并扣留乙方所交之款项；

3.甲方对乙方的赔偿，以退回所收乙方的所有费用为最大限额。

六、特别说明

1.学校对乙方的承诺（包括各项费用：学费、生活费等），应以校方录取通知书为准；

2.乙方通过签证后，需将签证的复印件交甲方；

3.留学办理过程中，经甲方修改后的材料，属于甲方所有，乙方无权要求取回或查看。

七、本协议一式两份，具有同等效力，甲、乙双方各持一份，自双方签订之日起生效，有效期一年，至学生正式入学为止。本协议未尽事宜，由双方友好协商解决。若发生争执，且协商无法解决者，由________市_____机构_____。

Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies，economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its globalposition. Though more and more companies built， management of companies cannotcatch up with the development of the companies. Management is a burgeoning fieldin China， so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management inEngland. The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to mychildhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modernentrepreneurs. As a young girl， it was inspirational hearing about his businessventures， and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. Mymother was also involved in business as an accountant， helping him with simplecalculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I， also， would somedaybe able to enter the realm of business.

With the time of growing up， I preferred reading books to satisfy mycuriosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered.Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and myknowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasingrapidly.

As a high school student in China， I had to concentrate on the CollegeEntrance Examination (CEE)， even so， books not related to the exams were neverexcluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June， 20__， Iwas so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I enrolled in thedepartment of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional ChineseMedicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be afailure at the beginning of my college life. After several terms， I realizedthat I would never be interested in being a programmer or an engineer. At thatmoment， I lost my direction and objectives.

My persistence in reading saved me from the dark situation. As a matter offact， I enjoyed reading the books included Encyclopedia American， and some booksabout management by Peter F.Drucker. I began to notice something interesting：Why some companies can produce more than others? Why some company can sell morethan others? Why some companies can build up but others cannot when facing thesame difficulties?

With the questions in my mind， I started to read many relevant books. I waslucky to read the book “Jack： Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch， in Which JohnA. Byrne makes a clear illustration that the management is important for acompany. When I was a junior， I ran a bookshop by myself near my school. Ishould manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shopeven made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the runthe shop. From this， my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business hasbeen greatly developed， definitely I was increasingly interested in what I wasdoing. By December， 20__， I had finally determined to take business managementas my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge， I strived togain more practical work experience in some big companies.

Fortunately， as a senior， I began by conducting an internship in theArchitecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months， I worked as anassistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship between the differentdepartments in this company and to draft some management system， which broadenedmy perspective of management conditions and business performance in differentindustries. The experience showed me that management is much more important thanthat of I thought in big companies. After graduation， I continued my work inthis company. 二、乙方应具备下列进驻条件

1.企业已取得法人资格，产权明晰、自主经营、自负盈亏、运行机制好，其经济性质为_________，执照号_________;

4.项目或产品来源清晰，真实，有完整的手续，其商品化，产业化和市场前景好;

三、乙方的权力和义务

1.享受开发区和创业中心的优惠政策;

3.遵守国家法纪法规，合法经营;履行合同和孵化协议;遵守留学人员创业园管理等规程，严格执行安全条例;

4.按时缴纳各项服务费用;

5.按要求报送有关统计报表;

6.积极配合甲方工作并参与甲方组织的活动。

四、甲乙双方仅为服务与被服务关系

甲方提供的服务与乙方的经营活动没有任何经济的或法律连带责任。在孵化期间，乙方若违反甲方条约，甲方有权提出解除孵化关系，中止合同，并办理有关手续。

五、有关收费标准及收取办法

1.物业管理收费标准及收取办法，按孵化场地合同和物业管理协议中规定为准;

2.其他有偿服务的费用根据实际发生情况确定。
