一、加强领导，提高思想认识

我局实行主要领导负责制，确保“学雷锋”活动的有效开展，同时召开专门会议部署该项活动，制定《扬州市江都地方税务局关于开展“学雷锋”活动的实施方案》，由人事教育科具体负责该项活动的指导、推动和督促、检查。进一步明确活动任务，做到一级抓一级，层层抓落实，确保了该项活动的有序开展。另外，我局把“学雷锋”活动与精神礼貌建立、优化纳税服务一并整体推进，保障活动的开展效果。

二、把握脉搏，找准工作切入点

确立与时俱进的志愿者服务主旨，是品牌建立的关键。我们敏锐捕捉活动契机，紧紧把握时代的脉搏，立足学校实际，做到了“三贴近”和“三注重”即：贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近工作和注重实践教育、体验教育、养成教育，让干部在体验中淬炼无私奉献、热心公益、热爱祖国的精神品质。

在志愿服务活动资料的确定上我们遵循：一是继承和创新统一的原则，在结合时代特点和需要的同时，不断继承和发扬民族文化的优秀传统;二是坚持民族性与世界性相结合，立足国情开展环保活动，同时放眼世界;

三是坚持知情统一、知行统一的原则，在主题的选取上，要注重贴进干部的情感体验和生命实践，让志愿服务活动成为实践教育和过程教育。

四、创新形式，提升税收志愿服务活动的品位

(一)举办志愿者税法咨询活动。我局派出20名业务骨干，先后在法制广场、宜陵镇、双沟镇等多个咨询点开展了不一样形式的税收咨询活动，以“税收促进发展，发展为了民生”为主要资料，重点宣传与公民生活密切相关的税收收入、税收政策、税收管理和纳税服务等有关资料，加强了优化纳税服务和整顿、规范税收秩序的宣传。志愿者服务队派发各种税收宣传单1000余份，解答现场咨询，吸引了广大纳税人踊跃参与，取得了良好的社会宣传效应，树立了江都地税的良好形象。

(二)组织开展学雷锋”礼貌交通志愿服务周周行活动，城区六个分局80余名志愿者们利用周六休息时间，统一佩戴志愿者标志到交通要塞维护交通秩序，劝导行人与非机动车礼貌同行，以自身的具体行为，影响和带头身边人，为营造礼貌交通新秩序，做出地税人应尽的贡献。

(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作，透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱，促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识，，广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念，倡导礼貌新风。

(四)组织开展环境维护整治志愿服务活动。区局组织广大团员青年投入到邵伯母亲河的保护活动中，参与了团委组织的植树护绿、清洁家园、环境整治活动，让广大居民了解保护环境的重要性，提高环境整治在群众心中的配合与参与意识。

(五)开展“一帮一”活动，支持和服务新农村发展。志愿者服务队响应区政府的要求，开展了“一帮一”活动，走进农户、走进农民、服务“三农”。在活动中，以办实事、求实效为工作方针，深入开展了思想共建、文化共建、绿色共建、平安共建、和谐共建活动，为新农村建设带给智力支持、致富支持，有效地促进了新农村建设。

虽然我局的“学雷锋”志愿服务活动取得了一些成绩，可是，也存在的一些问题：如在队伍高速发展，志愿者数量增加很快的状况下如何管理;后备队伍骨干如何推选和使用;志愿者的整体素质如何提高，志愿者整体培训如何开展;怎样提高志愿者的宣传服务的用心性，让更多优秀志愿者主动申请报名并推荐加入志愿队;怎样开展更多志愿服务活动，提高队伍凝聚力等等。这些问题与思考也将促动我们在下阶段进一步努力实践。回顾过去，成绩鼓舞人心，展望明天，我们任重道远。接下来，我们将开展更多更丰富多彩的有益活动，围绕深化志愿服务内涵、拓展志愿服务领域、扩大志愿服务队伍、健全完善志愿服务机制等方面不断加强。大力弘扬志愿服务精神，彰显人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间和谐共存、相互关爱的理念，秉承自觉自愿、力所能及的原则，有效动员和整合各类社会资源，共同推进社会发展和提高，广泛动员社会力量参与志愿服务，为建设和谐社会作出应有的贡献!

在这次的志愿服务过程中，我获益良多。先不说丰盛的三餐，__为我们精心安排以外，在这次的活动中，我更是收获了友谊和感动。从__校庆的彩排过程中，我就结交了来自不一样学院，但都热心为校庆服务的志愿者们。从组长们的合理分工，组员之间的相互配合，我更是体会到一个团队的力量。到了正式上岗的那一天，天还没亮就得从床上爬起来，为的只是为校庆出一份微弱的力量。从跃进北步行来到保卫处，看到大家都穿上志愿者的马甲，戴上专用的袖章，我们按照原计划站在指定的岗位上，大家都喜上眉梢。刚开始车流量还不太大，我们尚算应付得来。可是随着时间逐渐地推移，人流量、车流量逐渐增多，我们看到穿着色彩斑斓的校庆志愿服，大家都昂首阔步地向会场迈进。车辆开始陆陆续续地驶入我们负责的3号停车场，我们就按照间隔好的位置指引车辆停好。司机们都很配合，我们也干得很投入。之后我负责指挥的那部车停好了，从车里走出一位高大的外国人，他向我友好地微笑，还向我问__运动场要怎样走，他并没有用英文来问我，而是用了娴熟的普通话。可是，我最终发挥了自我英语专业的优势，用一口流利的英文解答了他的问题。显然，他满意地笑了，我也感到内心的愉悦。

到了11点左右，本来按原本计划是吃饭时间，可是车流量到达了高峰期。每当有车辆驶入，我们都必须跟着车辆跑到停车线，如此一来，我们跑了不明白有几十趟了，并且还要跑到上头的那一层去，基本上是没得休息了。之后，车位满了，我们还需要指引司机走到六一区去停车。向我们问路的校友更是数都数不清，但我都耐心地向他们解答了问题，为校庆出一分力。

早上的志愿服务历时4个多小时才结束，毋庸置疑，这次的志愿服务很考验我的耐力和持久力，看着同伴们这么辛勤地工作，我也不忍心去休息。我想，在她们身上，我真的学到了很多，包括她们坚持不懈的忍耐力和乐于助人的精神。

晚上的站岗时间不是很长，到了休息时候了，我也只能说句不舍，我想再辛苦也是值得的。毕竟华农的百年校庆，就仅有这么一次。能在这次校庆活动中展现当代志愿者的风采，是我们的骄傲。到此刻，每每看到我们交通指挥组的合照，我都十分感动，那是珍贵的友谊，那是一笔宝贵的财富，让我受益无穷。

Good morning! Dear teachers! First, thank you for giving me this opportunity for an interview. I’d like to briefly introduce myself. My name is Liao Chunlan, born in Chongqing, will soon graduate from Sichuan International Studies University, Bachelor of Arts , master’s degree. I have been teaching English while I’ve been studying for postgraduate courses.

Because my major is English language and literature, importantly, my research orientation is theories and practice of English language teaching. The teaching e-perience is very helpful for my study and my job. I have taught oral English in the International E-change Department in Sichuan International Studies University.

And I have taught business English in English Department of this university. Well, I also have the great honor to teach college English in Chongqing Education College.
