一、基础语音练习

二、商务英语情景练习

这次实训，老师给我们复印了一些资料，里面包含了各种商务英语情景练习的实训内容。一般老师都是在每堂课教完了发音之后再教我们商务英语情景练习。interview这一节包括的内容主要是能够流利、准确的说出选择一份工作的原因，在面试是最重要的是什么，在面试时应做的准备工作，包括：面试前、面试中、面试后。通过面试的口语对话练习，让我了解到面试时的常用语。reception and visit这一部分的学习的内容主要是如何向外宾致欢迎词，如何与外商进行对话，以及与外商讨论公司合作的有关事宜。通过学习这一部分的知识，使客人更好地了解我们的公司，相信我们的公司，才能更好地进行交流合作。

三、考核

考核的主要方式是自己做二到三分钟的英语心得体会。同学们可以自己做ppt。也可以不做ppt。在说的过程中，不能出现语音错误。只要说错了两个单词，那么这门课程就会不及格。虽然老师的规则有点严厉，但是我知道老师是为了我们好，所以才会这样做。

实训是走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，也对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。在短暂两周的实训过程中，通过语音练习，短语练习、对话练习等，让我进一步的掌握了口语表达的有效技巧。培养了我用英语朗读各种题材书面材料的能力，培养了我在没有文字凭借的情况下用英语表达自己的观点的能力，清楚而用逻辑的论证自己的观点的能力。总的来说，这次实训是一个非常愉快的经验。通过这次实训，我也找到了学习英语的好方法，希望以后我的英语不管在哪一方面都能更上一层楼。

实习心得体会：

两个月的实习.让我学到了很多在书本上没学过的东西.也让我对这个社会有了更多深入的了解.我认为学我们这个专业或者说在做总经理助理这个工作时应当具备以下几种能力：

(一)交际能力：

善于与他人交往是做这项工作应具备的首要能力.说到底.助理其实也是一种服务人员.而服务人员就必须懂得如何与他人接触.“他人”既包括外部的客户.也包括内部的同事和领导.我们必须要学会如何与他人建立和维持关系.学会倾听别人的意见表达自己的想法.注重交往艺术.能够区别不同性别.不同场合.不同年龄.不同文化背景的人应采取交往方式.对自己一定要有正确的定位.才能在工作中提供优质的服务.

(二)合作能力：

(四)教育、说服能力：

在工作过程中.助理往往会成为经理和其他工作人员之间的“传声筒”.负责着将上级的指示传达给下级.将下级意见反馈给上级的任务.如何给有效的促进二者之间的交流.助理就必须通过语言去吸引人.打动人.说服人的能力.懂得清晰.简洁.明了的表达中心思想.为上下级提供准确易懂的信息.也就是说.在这样一个信息沟通的过程中.个人沟通能力直接影响着沟通的结果.

(八)管理能力：

我们在工作过程中.需要与别人建立联系.管理别人.激励别人.处理冲突.控制情绪等等.这一切都与管理能力有关.对于大部分学生来说.会认为对这一能力的要求往往是针对决策层或管理层而言的.但是市场导向的管理体制中.企业组织从“金字塔”型组织结构转变为“倒金字塔”型组织结构.服务工作的决策权也从管理部门和职能部门转移到服务工作第一线.所以说.管理能力不再是高层管理人员的“专利”而是我们刚步入社会的大学生要具备的必要的能力.

对外语系实习的就业建议：

经过这次实习.我深切的感受到了平常系领导和老师们所说的我们的专业优势：商务知识和语言的结合.这使得我们在用人单位招聘时有了一些优势.但我同时也感觉我们也应当在一些方面改进一下：

(一)加强对口语的训练：

口语是我们在应聘的时候必过的一关.只要招我们这个专业毕业生的用人单位.首先要检验的就是我们的口语.虽然我们系里请来了外教.安排了许多的口语课.但我们开口的机会其实很少.而且其中有些外交也是名不副实的.口语课其实成了花架子.希望系里能够找到更切实有效的方法来解决这个问题.毕竟.一口流利的口语是许多学生所追求的.这也是我们的“门面”.

(二)多增加学会实习的次数.增强学生的实际动手能力：

我们学习的知识偏重于理论.实际运用到的技能往往和我们所学的有很大的差距.动手能力差是我们的普遍特点.我刚到实习单位的时候甚至连复印机、传真机都不会用.我们日常所学的课程中.像《外贸函电》这类实用价值非常大.但实际运用起来有些时候与书本也是有差距的.所以.我认为我们应当多开一些实习课.让学生有更多的机会走出去.刚毕业的大学生既然没有什么工作经验.那么就应该在实习经历上为自己加分.
