今年七月，我参加了包河区组织的英语教师口语培训班，为期三周的学习，让我受益匪浅，不仅收获了许多新的知识，锻炼了英语口语，而且也和我区的其他学校的老师有了进一步的交流和沟通。

先谈谈我们的外教，一位是来自加拿大的Tina,一位是来自美国的Kevin, 他们都是来自于以英语为母语的国家，所以他们的英语发音比较纯正，语句的表达十分地道，思维方式也和我们大相径庭，这为我们的英语口语培训塑造了良好的语言环境，我们的课堂真正做到了no Chinese。此外，外教非常友好，总是带着微笑进入课堂，从来不给我们压力或批评，总是鼓励我们多开口说英语，征询我们的想法，即使我们说的不地道，不标准，他们总是“Very good”，“Pretty good”鼓励我们，这样我们都不再害怕错误，各抒己见，踊跃发言。整个课堂气氛比较轻松活跃，我们感觉不是在上课，而是在交流，用英语真正的交流。

外教每天会给我们一个中心话题，如Festivals, Health, Personality, Food, Sports等等，题材和内容都比较丰富，扩展的面也比较广。如在谈论Personality时，外教先让我们自己思考什么是Personality，在她给出详细的解释后，她又让我们分组探讨Personality包含哪些部分，再对每一部分进行讨论，之后又把Personality与各种职业和颜色联系起来，尤其在说到颜色时，外教给了我们一个小测试，我们都觉得非常有趣，她给出五种颜色，黄色、红色、橘色、白色和绿色，让我们心里想一个人，然后用这五种颜色中的一种去定义这个人，当我们说出各自的答案时，她给出了每种颜色所代表的意义。这一心理小测试的插入，让我们注意力都非常集中，都很感兴趣。我当时在想，如果在自己的课堂上运用一些心理小测试，孩子们会不会更感兴趣一点，注意力会不会更集中一些。

除了让我们讨论话题外，外教也会出示一些西方国家的人文图片，向我们介绍他们的文化，生活，娱乐等很多方面，还向我们介绍了很多课堂小游戏，比如21questions, Eye spy, Name game, Blindfolded drawing等等，每介绍完一个游戏，外教总会带我们玩一遍，让我们自己先体会一下，之后还让我们各抒己见，说出自己所熟知的小游戏，和其他老师一起分享，这样我们都学习了很多新的小游戏，相信在今后的英语课堂教学中可以添一些色彩，让孩子们对英语学习更感兴趣。

学习之外，我们也有fun time，外教有时会给我们播放一些美国影片，播放到一部分时，外教会做一些讲解，如某个人物的性格，某一个古语词，某一语句等等，让我们一边在欣赏电影时，一边学习了很多英语口语的表达。电影也是我们了解西方文化的一个视角，从电影人物的生活中，我们也学习了很多，如他们的居住环境，食物，日常生活，问候语，职业特点，幽默方式等等。

三周的学习很快就过去了，我觉得自己收获了很多，不仅获得了很多西方文化的知识，拓展了自己的视野，提高了自己的英语口语水平，而且还和我区其他学校的老师有了充分的交流，这无论对自身修养的提高，还是对今后的教育教学，都有很大的裨益。但是，有些遗憾的是，这次培训的内容大多侧重于英语口语，而对小学英语课堂教学的设计和实施等各方面都没有涉及到，希望今后再有类似的培训时，可以加一些教育教学方面的内容，可能对我们小学英语教师会更有帮助的。不过此次学习还是值得的，我们都有一定的提高，希望以后还能多参加这样的活动。

短短的见习阶段让我在认识了自身的不足的同时也看到自己努力的方向，这段时间所学到的东西每时每刻提醒着我自己——成功，是需要一步一步稳扎实打的努力！seeking knowledge is like planting trees:blossoming in spring and bearing fruits in autumn。求学如种树：春天开花，秋天结果。我感谢学校给了我们这次宝贵的机会，也万分庆幸我们能遇到这位和蔼可亲的指导老师——x老师。在老师的谆谆教导下，我对老师这个职业有了更深的认识。

一、扎实的知识和过硬的技能武装自我，做一位让学生信服的老师。我们都知道小学生是完全听从于老师的权威的，老师在他（她）们的心目中是“万事通”。可想而知如果有一天学生问倒了你，那这种信任要重新建立有多难。孔子说：“师者，传道、授业、解惑者也。”自古以来老师都肩负着将知识、学问传承的责任。老师若没有一桶水的知识，就没法给学生半桶水。

在见习的过程中，我深刻体会到没有足够的广泛的知识是万万不行的。有一次，一个学生手里拿着一枚硬币在玩，突然他叫了我一声“老师”后，问我会不会玩。我当即就跟着他那样把硬币网上抛，可惜落下来没接好。当时那个学生就不屑地发出一声语气词“切~。”为了考考他，也为了让他不至于笑话我，我问他：“你知道这个硬币是哪个国家的硬币吗？”他顿时纳闷的看着我。我把硬币拿过来把玩了一会儿，很高兴的发现在硬币的边缘有一行字“united states of america.”于是我自信的告诉他这是美元，还告诉他我是怎么看出来的。这是他对我的态度可是360°大转弯，还对我竖起了两个大拇指呢。这件事让我现在还记忆犹新，它时刻鞭策着我要博览群书，增长智慧。

二、要用昂扬的激情和充沛的精力包装自我，做一位对学生负责的老师。作为一名老师，每节课当你走上讲台的那一刻，就应该是全心全意面对学生的40分钟，不管那天自己的情绪是伤心、难过还是高兴、愉悦，暂且都放置一边。你给学生的感觉始终应该是昂扬有激情的。心情是会传染的，作为老师我们都希望自己的课堂是生机勃勃，而不是死气沉沉的。所以在每堂课前我们都要调整好自己的心态，呈现一位开朗、昂扬的负责任的老师给自己的学生们。

三、要用赞赏的语言和耐心的态度提升自我，做一位让学生爱戴的老师。我们都知道，小孩子都是喜欢听表扬的话而不是批评的话的。课堂上对表现积极的学生要奖励及时，对反应稍慢的学生要耐心引导，积极鼓励。老师千万不要吝啬赞赏的语言，时不时给学生表扬，这样的课堂才会越上越精彩。

表扬的话不仅要在课堂上说，在批改作业的时候也一定不要忘了那些写在书面上的表扬。见习过程中，司徒老师教我们如何改作业、如何评作业的等级，如何给予同学奖励的印章。小学生主要的作业有两种：活动手册和听写本。批改作业时对于有做错的本子的那一页一定要折起来提醒他（她），因为小孩子都是粗心大意的，只有提醒他（她）们才会去订正。评等级时有四个原则：1.至少要b等级，如果只有一两处错误，就放开手给他（她）a-；2.针对卷面清洁得体、大部分都对的学生给予a+和大印章奖励；3.等级的书写一定要大，因为在学生心目中那是分数，是老师对自己学习成果的肯定；4.印章最好有两类，一个稍小的，一个大一点的。作业的批改无形中拉近了师生关系，所以将来走上工作岗位的我们不仅不能忽视这个环节，而且要好好考究考究这个环节。

人都是在成长中积累经验的，经过懵懂—明了—深化—成功的过程，我想我现在对老师这个职业已经走到了第二步。step by step,by doing i learn.相信有一天我能成为一名合格的教师，甚至一名优秀的人民教师。
