为促进和提高我校在校大学生的英语口语水平、营造良好学习氛围、活跃校园文化生活、发现优秀的英语后备人才、提高大学生的综合素质。并为配合我校的本科评估工作，争取以我校大学生优秀的英语口语能力，更好地与评估组领导进行交流，为评估工作贡献一份力量。

活动时间  报名时间：3月9日-3月13日

比赛时间：3月14日下午2：00

活动地点：五教三楼视听室

活动对象：外国语学院全体学生

活动流程：赛前：3月13日下午5点半全体参赛者去五教316抽签以确定出场顺序

赛时：1.主持人阐述活动背景，宣读比赛环节和评分细则

2.比赛环节  每位选手要经过即兴演讲和现场问答两部分考评。分数共计为10分（演讲内容4分；语言表达4分；综合印象2分）。比赛采取现场评分方式，由我院优秀教师组成评委团。

（1）现场抽题  每位选手在自己上台前5分钟抽“即兴演讲”的“topic”。共有四个“topic”。

（2）即兴演讲  选手围绕自己上台前抽到的话题进行即兴演讲，时间为2分钟到3.5分钟。

（3）评委提问  这一环节由一名评委老师给选手提问（评委老师可依据《英语口语话题精选》中的话题进行提问），然后由选手回答，回答时间不应超过1分45秒。

（4）文艺表演  比赛期间穿插由外院文艺部同学带来的精彩才艺表演

（5）评委点评  由评委老师给此次大赛进行点评

（6）主持人宣布比赛结果，比赛结束

一等奖一名，二等奖二名，三等奖三名，优秀奖四名

五.具体工作安排

此次培训实行小班教学。在培训期间，以口语练习为主，兼顾日常生活，文化背景以及英语教学方法的介绍和指导，让我们英语教师在异国历史，文化习俗的氛围下自然的去感受语言，学说语言，掌握其实际应用技巧。我是一名教学经验尚浅的英语教师，我很珍惜这次机会，在整个培训过程中，学习认真刻苦，积极主动的去获取更多的说英语的机会。我非常荣幸能够有这个机会在这里和大家一起分享、交流此次参加英语培训学习的心得。

这短暂的10天的学习是紧张而充实的。

一：有趣的游戏

外教形式多样的游戏教学给我留下了很深的印象，这些游戏在平时的教学中可以运用。比如平时的Warm-up环节可以采用以下游戏：

1.No-stop talking

Teacher gives a topic and Ss in groups keep talking for about 1or 2 minites.eg:A:On Macdonalds farm.There is a pig.B: On Macdonalds farm.There is a pig and a cow.C: On Macdonalds farm.There is a pig , a cow and many carrots.这个活动既考查了学生的上课注意力，又激活了学生已有的关于农场的词汇。

2.Catergories

Teacher lists many kinds of word categories.eg:foods,animanls,jobs... Students write words begining with a certain letter as many as possible.For example:Begin with"t" .Animals:tiger...Foods:toast.这个游戏和第一个游戏有点类似，都作为热身活动，可用于复习已学过的词汇。

Word association，Memory game ,I spy sth with my eyes beginning with letter"..."等都是不错的热身活动。为了增加活动的趣味性，可以用die,ball,stopwatch等辅助游戏。

二： 形式多样的课文阅读

你曾经为学生有气无力的朗读课文而苦恼吗?下面我来介绍下Ben交给了我们几种阅读课文的方式，我们可以在平时的教学中运用。

1.Emotions.学生选择不同的情感去读课文。

2.利用Stopwatch计时读。可以一人一句或一人一词，在读的时候传球，时间到了，拿球的人被“惩罚”。

外教Face to Face，真实情景再现，外教们给我们营造一个纯英语的学习环境，培养我们的英文惯性思维能力，我们在课堂上只讲英语，每天都在一个全英文的环境中实践与提高，这样大脑每天不断在接受纯正、地道的英语的冲击，再加上教师的耐心的指导，培养在与真正的外国人自然交流的过程中形成的语言思维习惯。还有，在外教课堂上，外教的肢体语言和面目表情是值得我们学习的.

My name is Qingtao Wen, a graduate from Guangzhou Xixian Mianhu middle school, I come from Xiaxi, a beautiful place.
