1.1.2 系行政例会制度

我系坚持行政例会制度，负责研究、安排、决定系里的日常行政管理有关工作，讨论、审议和研究重大问题的决策或处理意见。系主任和专业教学部主任参加。

1.1.3 干部值日制度

值日干部从每天16：30到第二天16：30，从学生起床、早操、上课、就餐、唱歌、文化晚餐、晚自习、就寝进行全程管理，并及时处理突发事件。要求详细登记。

1.1.4 干部能严于律已，无私奉献，勤奋工作，率先垂范

我系全体干部在工作中能做到严于律已、独当一面、团结协作。全系只设一个女生干事（同时还兼班主任、每周12节英语课），所有事务都是主任们自己亲自动手。在工作中，全体干部能够相互配合、补位，既分工又协作。

全体干部还承担较重的教育教学任务。张跃副主任还兼任学校财务主管、承担每周2节数学课教学；祝雷副主任兼任09旅宾大专班班主任，每周上课4节，多时达到12节；李运华副主任兼任10旅宾中专班班主任，每周上课12节；曾学明副主任兼课10节。周瑞云老师担任10财会大专班班主任，每周上12节课；方霞老师担任09旅宾中专班班主任，每周上10节课；姚伟才兼任学校学籍管理员，每周上6节课。

教师外出培训、请假，大部分时间都是由系干部代课。

1.1.5 干部的工作作风、服务意识、奉献精神不断增强

系主任向上、副主任祝雷自商贸旅游系成立运行至今，坚持每天学生起床前到校，每晚查寝后回家，不论酷暑严寒，坚持每天近16小时在学校；坚持每周日组织并参加班主任例会。副主任曾学明下到10计算机班，协助班主任进行班级管理，用心解决班级中存在的问题。

系里明确规定，干部除值日表上安排的值日时间，其他加班不能计算报酬，所有干部无私奉献，默默工作，成为老师和学生的楷模。

1.2 教师队伍
