一、就业协议书怎么用 应届高校毕业生与用人单位达成就业意向后，须签订由学校发放的就业协议书。该协议书是转递毕业生档案和户口关系，办理报到落户手续的依据，学校凭毕业生已签订的就业协议书派遣毕业生的档案、户口等关系。如果不签订就业协议书，毕业生毕业后的人事档案、户口等关系就可能会被派回到生源地。因此，毕业生在找到合适的工作单位后，就可与单位签订就业协议书。就业协议书上除了用人单位盖章外，还需由用人单位上级人事主管部门盖章。 毕业生到民营企业、三资企业、乡镇企业等单位工作时会碰到一个具体问题——这些法人实体没有上级人事主管部门。这就需要用人单位到各地的人才交流中心办理人事代理手续，来解决该单位接收毕业生人事关系的问题。只要用人单位持营业执照和公章到有关人才交流中心免费办理人事代理开户手续，就业协议书的鉴证、档案的接收、进榕落户、党组织关系、甚至驾驶员安全组关系等，都可由有关人才交流中心来为用人单位接收和办理。

二、离职别忘了解除就业协议 就业协议书除了作为学校转递毕业生人事关系的依据外，对毕业生和用人单位也具有一定的约束力，毕业生应比较慎重。在对用人单位有一定了解，确定要留下来工作后再与用人单位签订就业协议书。 毕业生小李，在去年5月份找到一份工作，他见很多同学都签订了就业协议书，就不假思索地与公司签订了就业协议书，并把协议书反馈到了毕业学校。在公司工作了一个月，小李觉得自己不适合这份工作，没有办理任何手续就不去上班了。8月份当小李找到一份新工作时，新单位提出要与他签订就业协议书，此时，小李遇到了麻烦，学校已根据就业协议书将档案、户口等关系转到了小李的原公司，该公司要求他支付一笔不小的违约金。 由此提醒毕业生，如果与用人单位签订了就业协议书，后又觉得不适合这份工作，必须与原单位解除就业协议，并持证明回到学校办理相关手续，找到新单位，可到其所在地的人才交流中心办理改派手续，把自己的档案、户口等人事关系改派到新的用人单位。
