作文评语五要求

事实上，学生的阅读面越广，对生活的观察和思考越深入，他的思想情感就会越丰富复杂，作文的立意也往往有独到之处，甚至呈多元化倾向。而且阅读和写作经验丰富的学生又往往会排斥表意的直露化倾向，不自觉地追求表意的含蓄和运用适当的技巧。如果学生能做到这些，就说明他已经达到或接近创作的境界了，还怕写不出创新作文吗

一、少写评语打好分数

每接一届高三，我都把作文教学分为三个时段:第一学期为一个写作时段，主要是激发学生的作文兴趣，把握各类文体的写作规律，解放手脚，活跃文思;第二学期又分为两个时段，前期按高考标准继续强化，后期则减少作文数量，重在指导。第一学期至少每周一篇作文，这样要篇篇批阅几乎是不可能的。因此笔者采用打分制，用分数给学生以评价鼓励。第一学期按百分制，且给分普遍较高，以激发学生的写作欲望。第二学期按高考给分标准60分记分。这样，学生在高考后就能够比较准确地估分。每次讲评作文时，笔者都要具体说明每个分数段的给分依据，从内容，选材，构思等方面确立分数档次，同档次的又以语言表达，书写好坏等来区分分数高低。这样，即使教师没有写出评语，学生也能意识到自己作文的成败，甚至能发现自己作文中存在的问题。

二、善挑毛病个别指导

对于高三学生的作文，过多的赞扬鼓励已不是当务之急了。学生固然需要老师的肯定，表扬，然而，无谓的表扬并不能真正解决问题。所以我采取的批阅方法是发现问题法。通常做法是从两个方面指出问题:一是本次作文出现的问题，告诉学生如何处理比较合适，给学生指明思维的路径，同时尽可能地不把自己的思维习惯，思维方式强加给学生，以免束缚学生的手脚，禁锢学生的思想。二是总结发现学生作文总的特点，指出他作文中最突出的问题。每个学生的作文都带有鲜明的个性特点，有的擅长记叙，有的擅长议论，有的擅长抒情，有的思维活跃一写便汪洋恣肆，也有的逻辑严密却拓展不开，这就需要教师指点，既要肯定其作文的优势，又要帮助他解决问题，跃上新的台阶。笔者通常采取面批的方式，把学生的作文收集3-5篇，放在一起比较分析，问题往往能一目了然，写法，选材，结构，思维等单一的问题，不用教师多说，通过比较，学生自己也能清楚地发现。

三、分类练习集中评讲

高三作文训练一定要有计划，有序列，既要紧跟高考的指挥棒，又要加强基础训练。只有打好了基础，学生才能应付自如。高考作文大多离不开社会热点，因此平时训练，在分专题对不同文体进行训练的基础上，无论命题作文还是材料作文，都要有一定的前瞻性，都要紧紧把握时代的脉搏，随着时代的旋律跳动。这样既能培养学生观察社会了解社会的能力，使学生关注人生关注社会，也容易使学生有话可说。因为大量的鲜活的时代内容是学生取之不尽用之不竭的材料。讲评时可选用一篇具有一定代表性的作文，印出来人手一份，集中讲评。讲评课上重点引导学生发现问题，鼓励学生大胆发表自己的看法，以激发创新思维，拓展思维的延展空间。

四、评析结合启发文思

每次作文之前，我不作任何指导，完全放开由学生尽情去写。在讲评时，才发动学生讨论，启发学生发表自己的见解，提出尽可能多的思想观点，提出尽可能多的写作思路，从而拓展学生的思维空间。为配合这一训练，我常常穿插一些典型的巧妙构思的例子。如宋代画院招考画工，用"踏花归来马蹄香""野渡无人舟自横""山中古刹"等类似的题目，以及齐白石构思的"蛙声十里出山泉"等极富创意的构思。课堂上穿插分析一些此类的例子，让学生更好地理解构思对于作文的意义。

五、巧用名句作批语

每每看到学生以不屑的眼光浏览过教师煞费苦心的批语后，漫不经心地将作文本塞进抽屉，个中滋味，只有语文老师才能体会出来。曾几何时，我尝试着用经典名句或把其略作修改后给学生下批语。没料到，这无意插柳的短小批语竟给学生带来了全新的感受，激起了他们对写作的极大兴趣。于是，在以后的作文批改中，我就尽可能多地用诗词名句写批语，以使学生更多地关注批语，从而激发他们对写作产生更大的兴趣。

写批语如同看自己的孩子，总要带着欣赏的眼光，用赞赏激励的口吻去写。当看到一篇篇立意高远，构思巧妙，字字珠玑，句句锦绣的佳作时，我会兴奋地来写上:"春色满园关不住!"有些文章，开头并不怎么好，可越往后读，越觉得妙，我会情不自禁地批上:"山穷水尽疑无路，柳暗花明又一村!"有的学生能及时发现并讴歌新人新事新风尚，我赞赏地写下:"春江水暖鸭先知!"而对一些不同于世俗的高论，我会奖励一句:"听唱新翻杨柳枝!"读到一些语言清新质朴的文章，我忍不住送上李白的"清水出芙蓉，天然去雕饰"。就是对那些整体水平不高但不时还有三两句精彩句子的作文，我也会以欣赏的口吻写上:"’一枝红杏出墙来’，多想看’春色满园关不住’。"一切景语皆情语，对于学生作文中的景物描写，我多半会批上"一枝一叶总关情"。我总是以发展的眼光来看待学生作文中的点滴进步。每当看到学生在我的激励下写出比较满意的文章时，我总会欣赏赞道:"’不知细叶谁裁出’，用心写作似春风!"或干脆来一句:"’小荷才露尖尖角’，更盼荷花一遍香。"这些赞美，欣赏和激励性的批语，使学生耳目一新，很多学生都带着欣喜，带着骄傲去阅读，去感受，去欣赏批语，结果学生不仅对诗词名句感兴趣了，而且对写作文也感兴趣了。这样写作文时也就更认真了。

风险提示： 合同中应明确双方当事人的权利、义务，以利于受委托人在权利范围内完全履行义务，顺利完成委托事项，如果在合同履行期间内发生争议，双方当事人也有清楚的尺度衡量自己行为得失，便于争议的解决。

六、委托人义务

1、委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

2、委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

3、委托人应当自本合同签订之日起日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交与受托人。

4、在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

5、在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。

七、违约责任

1、受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

2、受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币(大写)__________元，并在年月前，负责追回(或先行给付)委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

3、受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的_________%的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。

八、不可抗力条款
