1、备课深入细致。平时认真研究教材，多方参阅各种资料，力求深入理解教材，准确把握难重点。在制定教学目的时，非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真，并不断归纳总结经验教训。

2、注重课堂教学效果。针对学生特点，以愉快式教学为主，不搞满堂灌，坚持学生为主体，教师为主导、教学为主线，注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点，突破难点。

3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，提高自己的教学水平。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次，自己执教两节公开课，尤其本学期，自己执教的公开课得到了学校领导和教师们的肯定，同时也给我提出了不少宝贵的建议，使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后语文课该怎么教和怎么讲。本年度在校内听课六十多节。

4、在作业批改上，认真及时，力求做到全批全改，重在订正，及时了解学生的学习情况，以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。

二、做好后进生转化工作

作为教师，应该明白任何学生都会同时存在优点和缺点两方面，对优生的优点是显而易见的，对后进生则易于发现其缺点，尤其是在学习上后进的学生，往往得不到老师的肯定，而后进生转化成功与否，直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以，一年来，我一直注重从以下几方面抓好后进生转化工作：

1、用进展的观点看学生。应当纵向地看到：后进生的今天比他的昨天好，即使不然，也应相信他的明天会比今天好。

2、因势利导，化消极因素为积极因素。首先帮助后进生找到优、缺点，以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以平常的心态对待：后进生也是学生，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，他们应该享有同其它学生同样的平等和民主，也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。

3、真正做到晓之以理，动之以情。首先做到"真诚"二字，即教师不应有丝毫虚伪与欺哄，一旦学生发现"有假"，那么教师所做的一切都会被看作是在"演戏"。其次做到"接受"，即能感受后进生在学习过程中的各种心理表现和看法，如对学习的畏惧、犹豫、满足、冷漠，错误的想法和指责等，信任他们，鼓舞他们自由讨论。最后做到"理解"二字，即通过学生的眼睛看事物。因为做到了以上几点，所以我在后进生转化工作上，效果还是明显的。

教育工作，是一项常做常新，永无止境的工作。 一份春华，一份秋实，在教书育人的道路上我付出的是辛勤的汗水和真挚的泪水，然而我收获的却是那一份份充实，那沉甸甸的情感。我用我的心去教诲我的学生，我用我的情去培育我的学生，我无愧于我心，我无悔于我的事业。让我把一生矢志教育的心愿化为热爱学生的一团火，将自己最珍贵的爱奉献给孩子们，相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾，明日一定能盛开绚丽的花朵。

参加工作的这几年，我听过不少老师的示范课：有的教师讲得井井有条，知识分析透彻，算理演绎清晰，学生听得轻轻松松，似乎明明白白，但稍遇变式和实际问题却往往束手无策；有的教师设计了许多细碎的问题，师生之间一问一答，频率很高，表面上看十分流畅，但结果检测学生知识的掌握和能力的形成却并不理想；有的教师注重精讲知识，留出大量的时间练习各式各样的习题，虽然学生解题能力尚可，但却抑制了学生的创新思维和创造潜能；有的教师让少数优等生在课堂上唱主角，操作、演示、活动、汇报……表面上看热热闹闹，实际上多数学生作陪客旁观，个别学困生更如雾里看花，不知其所以然。这些课在平时的听课活动和观摩教学中并不少见。众所周知，评价具有很强的导向功能。我认为，如果不对好课的标准进行重新认识，势必会影响素质教育的深入实施。我认为一堂好课可以从以下四个方面着手考虑。

“一个都不少”——面向全体学生

班级授课制的课堂教学，以统一化的集体教学为特点，强调教学要求、教学内容、教学进度、教学检测等方面的一致性。它以假设的全班学生知识基础和学习能力的一致性为前提，教学中就容易“一刀切”。一堂好课，首先应真正做到面向全体学生，让每个学生都在原有基础上得到可能的发展。面向全体学生，就意味着承认差异，因材施教。学生所处的文化环境、家庭背景和自身思维方式制约着学习的结果，由此而产生的差异将导致不同的学生表现出不同的数学学习倾向。承认学生的差异性，并不意味着搞“填平补齐”，而是在致力于绝大多数中等水平学生发展的同时，还要使那些在数学方面学有余力的优生脱颖而出，学有困难的学生学有所得，达到基本要求。

真正做到面向全体学生，应依据教学内容的特点和班级学生的实际，改变以教师为中心的教师与学生个体或教师与学生群体的单一课堂交往模式，形成师生之间、生生之间多向交流、多边互动的立体结构；应有效地采用活动化、探索性的学习方式，通过合作、讨论、交流，发挥“学习共同体”的作用；应在练习层次上“上不封顶，下要保底”；应对某些特殊学生（特优或学困）给予特殊政策；应使课堂成为每一位学生充分发挥自己能力的舞台。

“在活动中学数学”——关注学习过程

“数学是人们在对客观世界定性把握和定量刻画的基础上，逐步抽象概括、形成方法和理论，并进行应用的过程，这一过程充满着探索与创造”。学生的数学学习过程不能只是接受现成的数学知识，而是一个以学生已有的知识和经验为基础的主动建构的过程。许多东西是教师难以教会的，要靠学生在活动中去领会。只有学生主动参与到学习活动中，才是有效的学习。一堂好的数学课，教师应十分关注学生的学习过程，向学生展示知识的发生发展过程，引导学生参与概念、法则的形成过程，暴露学生学习知识的思维过程。具体说，教学时应抓住新旧知识的连接点，从学生的生活经验和已有的知识背景出发，帮助学生获得新知学习的必要经验和预备知识（奥苏贝尔称之为“先行组织者”），从而为新知学习提供认知固定点，提高学习者认知结构中适当观念的可利用性；应启发学生从原有认知结构中找准新知的生长点，不仅要考虑学生学习新知识所需要的基础，而且充分考虑学生对将要学习的新知识已了解多少，从而确定新知学习的起点（维果茨基称之为“最近发展区”）；应突出新旧知识的不同点，在比较中发现矛盾，引发认知冲突，使学生达到“愤悱”的状态，为学习新知创设情景，激发学习兴趣，保持学习动机，帮助学生建构当前所学知识的意义。

关注学生的学习过程，应向他们提供充分的从事数学活动和交流的机会，帮助他们在自主探索的过程中真正理解和掌握基本的数学知识和技能、数学思想和方法。在这一过程中，凡是能让学生自己学会的，让学生去亲自体验，决不去教；凡是能让学生自己去做的，让学生亲自动手，决不替他做；凡是能让学生自己去说的，让学生自己动口，决不代他讲。为学生多创造一点思考的时间，多一些活动的空间，多一点表现自我的机会，多一点体尝成功的愉快，真正做到“学生是数学学习的主人，而教师则是数学学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。”

“数学的生命在于应用”——注重学用结合

数学是一门应用性很强的学科，数学的应用业已渗透到社会的方方面面。不少专家指出，数学教学不能“掐头去尾烧中段”，要重视数学模型的建立和数学在实际生活中的应用。一堂好课，不仅要让学生建构知识的意义，还应使他们懂得知识的来源和实际应用，“使学生初步学会运用所学的数学知识和方法解决一些简单的实际问题”（引自《小学数学教学大纲》试用修订版）。一方面，数学课本中有许多知识的教学都有利于培养学生的应用意识，特别是几何初步知识、统计知识及一些应用题的学习，都是从实际出发，经过分析整理编成数学问题的；另一方面，由于课本的容量有限，使得许多学生熟悉的喜闻乐见的生活事例未能进入课本。因此，教师应处理好数学的学与用的关系，注重学用结合，进一步认识和体会数学的应用价值。

注重学用结合，应在课堂上充分挖掘教材中蕴涵的数学应用性因素，坚持从学生的生活经验和知识积累出发；应尽可能地利用学生生活中的情景和数据编制数学问题，体现数学与生活相伴；应在教学内容的呈现方式上，改变封闭式的单向结构为开放性的多向结构；应尽可能地创造机会，让学生运用所学知识探索和解决一些简单的实际问题。使学生在实践和应用中体会数学与自然及人类社会的密切联系，了解数学的价值，增进对数学的理解和应用数学的信心，学会运用数学的思维方式去观察、分析现实社会，去解决日常生活中和其他学科学习中的问题，形成勇于探索、勇于创新的科学精神。

“让课堂焕发出生命活力”——着眼全面发展

叶澜教授说过：“课堂教学应被看做是师生人生中一段重要的生命经历，是他们生命的、有意义的构成部分。”

在数学课上，学生们除了学习数学知识，发展智能，还带着自身的情感、动机、需要等一并投入课堂；学生们除了与教师交往外还与同伴之间进行相互交往；学生们除了认知、情意方面的发展，还包含群体合作能力、行为习惯及交往意识与能力等多方面的发展。诚然，这一系列目标不是一节课所能完成的，但却必须通过每节课来实现，渗透在课堂教学的全过程中。在每一节数学课上，每个学生都是把整个生命投入课堂的，我们所进行的都应是“完整的人的教育”。

着眼学生的全面发展，应在数学课上营造生动、活泼、和谐的课堂氛围，无论是课堂的引入、新知的展开、结论的获得、技能的形成、情意的发展、个性的展现……课堂的每一分钟都能像磁石一样紧紧地吸引着学生的注意力；应创设一些具有一定思考性、探索性、思想性、趣味性的问题情景与任务目标，让学生主动地从事观察、实验、猜测、验证、推理和交流等数学活动，有效地实现师生、生生之间的互助互动；应充分挖掘数学的形式美与内在美，体现数学的文化价值和育人功能，使学生在学数学的过程中经常伴有轻松感、快乐感和成功感，让每一个学生都体验学习数学的乐趣，享受成功的快乐。

新时代的课堂教学，已经进入以培养学生创新意识和实践能力为重要目标的新阶段。通过对目前小学数学课堂教学评价标准的反思，认为，一堂好课不同于一台好戏。演戏是按照固定的剧本，依据既定的程序，演绎着不变的情节。而上课面对的是一个个活生生的个体，这些个体有着不同的生活经验和知识背景，有着不同的思维方式和学习习惯，有着不同的学习能力和丰富情感。因此，我们所上的每一课都是的、不可重复的、丰富而具体的综合。一堂好课，不是讲授得多么滴水不漏，环节上的天衣无缝，细节上的精雕细琢，而是应该建立在实际学情的基础上，面对全体学生，关注学习过程，让学生真正成为学习的主人。
