时间过得好快，转眼高二年级就又过去一半了，想起下学期完事就高三了，心里有些紧张。

这次期末考试已经结束了，似乎也只有到这个时候，才觉得非常有必要，不能再拖，必须该写博记事了。

这次期末考试，坚总体进步很多，年级第96名，也算是高中以来最好成绩了。最可喜的是语文，这次考了123分，年级组第二;其次是英语，以前总是拖后腿到300名的英语，这次竟然考了年级组第46名，另外化学考得也比较好，年级第49名。生物也进步很多，从原来的400多名，到现在的114名。这次考得最不好的是数学，是356名，糟糕透了，物理也不太理想。总体来说，这次进步跟以往不同的是，有3科成绩都进入前50了，所以，应该还很有潜力，最起码，年级前70的目标还是很有希望的。

回想坚的这学期，也是跌跌撞撞。开学测试，名次将近400名了，开学后的第一次月考排名到200多，然后是期中考试，排名133，看起来似乎可喜，因为一直在进步，但是上学期的期中考试，他的成绩是96名，期末是192名，所以总体来说，真的是很不稳定，纵使进步了，感觉也是喜忧参半。

他的这次成绩，很大程度归功于现在的班主任，现在的班主任是教英语的，坚的英语进步跟她有直接的关系。倒是我，一直对他比较放松。

三、业务能力

1.教学能力

在教学工作中，我首先把好课堂教学关，为了上好每堂课，自己总是认真钻研教学大纲和教材，精心备课，对教学重点、难点了如指掌，经常虚心向别人请教，潜心研究教材教法，为了使学生更好理解所授的课堂知识，我非常注重根据教学内容寻找最佳教学方法，如有时候用多媒体教学的优势，使学生在课堂上保持高度的集中，接受的知识更加的深刻。

其次，注重对学生的课余辅导，强调基础，强调基本知识的落实，不论是任教哪个年级，我都能够既注重尖子学生的培养，又能面向全体，从不歧视后进学生，上课自习时间都注重效率的提高，对学生的要求比较严格，特别是专心听讲和课堂作业这两个方面，当然我也会耐心细致地回答学生提出的问题，指出他们的错误，分析错误的原因，所以一直都能得到学生的好评。

教学能力的提高还得益于在实践中学习，从事高中英语教学已经有了8年的时间，教学能力的提高一直是我的追求，并且始终不渝地坚持向别人学习，包括向刚刚分配工作的年轻人学习，他们有充沛的精力，有活跃的思想，这都是我们学习的地方;还经常性的听课，学有经验的老师对重点的把握和难点的突破，学习他们处理问题的技巧。边学习，边摸索，边体会，边创新，边巩固，形成自己的教学方法。

2.管理能力

去年一年担任高三英语教研组长工作，积极认真完成学校规定的各项任务，努力抓好学生常规工作，牢牢树立“年段工作无小事，事事都育人”的观念，对学生不放弃任何一个教育的细节和机会。在学校领导的重视下我们开了教师和学生的会考动员会，使我们的同学在高三英语学科取得了很好的成绩，这是和我们学校领导的正确引导和年段老师的认真努力是分不开的。同时在每一的考试过后都会组织老师开质量分析，商讨对策，使我们的教学工作有条不紊的进行。

同时我也是认真总结反思，经常撰写心得体会，也促进了我教育能力的迅速提高，对学生科布置的“经验”“计划”“总结”从不打折扣，写作的过程是一个反思、整理、提高的过程，把它上升到理论的高度。

四、不足之处

自己无论的教学还是管理方面还有待于进一步的提高，工作中的急躁是自己最大的缺点，我希望能得到同事和领导们的帮助，让自己在新的一年来有进一步的提高。

题目：高中英语课堂教学模式探索与研究

一、 课题的研究背景:

随着新课改的实施，民族地区落后的英语教学越来越跟不上形式。(1)教学软硬件远远落后于发达地区。(2)老师的教学理念和授课模式相对较为传统，需要根据新课标大刀阔斧进行改革。(3)家庭教育理念和方法与学生的成长和学习日益脱节。众多的问题导致教学质量不理想。在此背景下，一线的老师只有想办法从自己做起，按国家教育部颁布的新标准课程改革的要求，去改变我们课堂教学中僵化，呆板的传统教学理念和模式。传统课程过于注重知识的传授和知识的最终结论。老师讲得过多，学生就是机械地学习，忙于听讲，忙于记笔记，课堂氛围沉闷。教学互动很少，老师很大程度上忽略了学生的主观能动性，教学效果极差。这样的教学模式与新课标的基本理念是背道而驰的。实际上每个教师的课堂模式设计都各有千秋，致使教学效果差异也很大。但肯定地说，如果我们通过对高中教师处理听说读写及语法板块的教学模式进行调查、研究、比对、分析和总结，让更多的老师们了解多种多样的教学模式，并能够取长补短，灵活地根据实际情况选择较好的教学模式去调控自己的教学，那么教学效果一定会大有改观，这个调查研究就没有白做。

二、 课题研究的目标与实际价值:

新课程标准的基本理念要求课堂教学必须充分以学生为主体，让每个学生通过自己内心的体验和主动参与去学英语，使学生在课堂教学活动中获得更多的空间和时间。通过此课题的调查和研究，我们一定能发现更多更好的符合新课程标准要求的课堂教学模式。我们的一线教师一定能找到对他们的教学工作有帮助的教学模式，从而共同提高水平和教学成绩。最终目的是：(1)共同提高教师传授知识的能力和灵活调控课堂的策略，优化我们的授课模式;(2)形成教师乐教，学生乐学的课堂教学氛围。(3)让学生形成积极的学习态度，让学生在合作交流的气氛中，主动探究，参与活动，逐步培养学生自主探索知识，探索学习规律的能力。最终培养起使其受益终身的学习兴趣和学习能力。帮他们走上终身学习的人生道路。

三、 课题研究的预想: 对象、目标与内容

1、研究对象：本课题将围绕我校一线高中英语教师的教学模式及我县的其他名优教师的教学模式展开，同时会和学生进行沟通交流，听取他们的意见和建议，进一步去优化相关的模式，为教学服好务。

2、课题研究的预期目标:本小组想通过对此课题的研究，群策群力地找出适应新课改要求，并能优化指导我们教学的课堂教学模式;最终让我们的教学在坚持以学生为主体，教师为主导的基础上，最终达到以下的目的：

(1).研究这一课题，能对实施新课程以后，尤其是“减负增效”政策下农村高中英语课堂教学的提高探索一条可行之路。我们这些处在一线的教师，一边实践，一边研究，一边研究，一边改进，通过调查研究探索出各种有效的模式，为高中英语教师在新课改的教学中提供成长平台，最终促进教学成绩的提高。

(2)通过高效优质的课堂教学，提升我校英语教育质量，保证英语学习顺利进行。

3、研究内容：

(2)高中英语课堂speaking的各种教学模式

(3)高中英语课堂reading的各种教学模式

(4)高中英语课堂writing的各种教学模式

(5)高中英语课堂grammar的各种教学模式

四、实施步骤：

根据课题研究的目标和研究内容，本课题将用两年时间完成，大致分如下几个阶段进行：

第一阶段：准备阶段(XX年6月——XX年10月)

确定研究课题，设计研究方案，明确研究思路。对高中英语课堂教学模式的现状进行调查。

1、组织课题组教师学习新课程理论以及高中课程标准以及有关的其他教育理论，了解国内外教学改革的动态，明确本课题研究的目标、内容以及实施方法，形成浓郁的科研氛围。

2、建立交流研究的信息平台：(1)建立一个公共邮箱;

(2)建立英语课题研究qq群

3、调查师生教学现状，组织研究力量，调查教师的教授模式和学生的学习 模式，以及师生的能力水平，确定研究的起点和平台。了解课堂模式中存在的效率低效果不佳的问题，为我们进行第二阶段的研究确定方向和策略。

第二阶段：组织实施阶段(XX年11月——XX年11月)

1、 建立课题研究组织，明确课题组成员分工，各人制订好自己的研究方案。

2、密切关注新课程实施以来英语高考的各项情况，从而有效的、针对性的指导英语课堂教学模式。理论，策略和方式方法必须和高考动向相结合，也必须和新课改要求一致。

3、定期开展课题研究活动，以听课，评课，研讨，进一步观摩名师相关讲座，用心去思考，改进，反复实验交流，进行深层的研究学习，定期进行阶段性小结。为下一步的研究找策略，并形成阶段性的理论模式。

第三阶段：完善实践阶段：(XX年12月—XX年3月)

(1)将研究成果在本校巩固实施，进一步提高完善。

(2)请上一级教研机构对前期的研究成果提出指导意见，进一步实践。

(3)完成阶段性各个板块的初步论文。

第四阶段：结题阶段(XX年3月——XX年6月)

(1)整理所有的课题资料，撰写该课题论文，做好结题的申请准备工作。

(2)申请结题验收和研究成果的鉴定。

五、课题相关说明

说明：由程晋梅组织组员选题、规划并制订实施方案，至始至终共同完成研究工作，不光负责好自己专长的板块研究工作，还要共同帮助，出谋划策，群策群力做好各个板块的协调工作。最后顺利圆满结题。贡献出一份有价值，有意义的参考性和指导性文献。

我叫，今年XX岁。X年X月我从师范学校艺师美术专业计划内自费毕业。由于从XX年起国家不再对自费生包分配，使我与“太阳底下最光辉的职业”失之交臂。幸好，当时河西马厂完小师资不足，经人介绍，我在该完小担任了一年的临时代课教师。

回想起那段时光真是既甜蜜又完美，虽然代课工资很低，但听着同学们围在身旁“老师”、“老师”的叫个不停，看着那一双双充满信任的眼睛，那一张张稚气的小脸，生活中的所有不快都顿时烟消云散了。我原想，即使不能转正，只要学校需要，就是当一辈子代课教师我也心甘情愿。不料，XX年起国家开始清退临时工和代课教师，接到了学校的口头通知后，我怀着恋恋不舍的情绪，悄悄地离开了学校。

这天，我想透过此次考试重新走上讲坛的愿望是那样迫切!我家共有三姊妹，两个姐姐在外打工，为了照顾已上了年纪的父母，我一向留在他们身边。我曾开过铺子，先是经营工艺品，后又经营服装。但不论生意做得如何得心应手，当一名光荣的人民教师始终是我心向往之并愿倾尽毕生心血去追求的事业。我曾多次参加考试，但都由于各种原因而未能实现梦想，但我暗下决心，只要有机会，我就一向考下去，直到理想实现为止。

如今的我，历经生活的考验，比起我的竞争对手在年龄上我已不再有优势，但是我比他们更多了一份对孩子的爱心、耐心和职责心，更多了一份成熟和自信。
