进餐与午睡是幼儿园重要的活动环节。课时孩子由于刚入园，挑食现象严重。对此我们常用“小动物请客的形式来激发他们的食欲。以小动物的口吻介绍菜的名称。一个月下来，孩子们主动进餐的多了，掉米粒的现象得到了明显的改善。在午睡的管理中，孩子们睡前将自己的衣裤鞋叠放的非常整齐。入睡时听15分钟的故事，30分钟后大部分幼儿都能独自入睡了。

总之，在这个月中，我感悟了很多。也知道存在着一些不足的地方。这些都有但于在今后的工作，探索更好的方法来解决。
