二、工作所取得成果

(二)、海报背景设计赛成功举行。针对上学期出现海报质量较低，积极性不高，人才短缺的情况，我部在利用寒假的时间策划了海报背景设计赛。海报背景设计赛的目标很明确，一是为高质量的海报打下基础，支持宣传部下学期的宣传工作;二是对法政这个学期的活动进行一个前期的宣传，使法政的同学认识到分团委学生分会的工作是有组织性与计划性。

从法政工作组内有40多份作品提交及作品在商业街展出受到同学们的关注这两点看来，这个活动得到大家支持和积极参与的。在现在看来，这个比赛的举行具有前瞻性和现实意义，例如在毕业生晚会的海报宣传中，我们就采用了比赛获奖者作品，并且在海报绘制中还得到两位获奖者的大力协助!通过海报背景设计赛，我们看到了不少同学是很有创意的，特别是有手绘方面，而电子平面设计方面，则明显缺乏人才。这次比赛的成果也有利于后的宣传工作，但是平面设计方面的比赛毕竟跟我们法政专业特色的关系不大，所以我们在海报设计的内容上与工作组这一学期的活动紧密结合，要求设计着围绕法政工作组学期各种活动进行设计创作。

(三)、校墙报比赛取得可喜佳绩。总结这次的校的墙报比赛，我法政工作组的墙报质量较高，取得总分第三的佳绩，仅次于团委、学会，取得该成绩的原因有：

1、以组队的形式参赛，因为这次的比赛涉及到工作组的荣誉，而根据观察，宣传部的宣传委员并不是都有很高的绘画天份与兴趣，所以为了让这次的作品体现出法政的水平，决定以组队的形式参加比赛，并且一定要根据参赛要求进行设计创作，作品要体现出内涵;

2、海报背景设计赛的助力，因为之前开展过的海报背景设计赛，让我们发现了一些宣传人才，在动员下他们也积极响应了些次活动，为这次的设计出谋献策;

3、副部的高度责任心与队员的辛勤劳动，是取得佳绩的最重要原因。因为这次跟以往的宣传工作不一样，这次关系到法政工作组荣誉的比赛，所以副部的压力更大，在大家开始绘制墙报的时候，我看到大家连续在地上蹲着几个小时绘制墙报，冲冲地吃饭洗澡后又回到那五张纸大的海报继续涂画。由三团所设计的墙报，充满了中国风特色，大气却又不失精细，在大标题内还描绘上了精致的花纹;而四团设计的墙报则充分地体现了立体与平面相结合。

(四)、大型活动的成功现场布置。

这个学期我工作举办和承办的大型活动明显多于上学期，这学期举行的活动有：华韵之星、毕业生晚会、趣味运动会。

华韵之星选拔赛是一个连续性强的比赛，经过了海选赛、40进20、20进8及总决赛，四轮的选拔下来，基本是每个星期举行一次比赛，宣传方面承受了很多的压力，比赛的宣传工作涉及到q群宣传稿、海报、拍摄，以及现场各种装饰的制作，不仅需要大量时间准备，还需要大量的人力与物力的，这既是一个挑战也是一个机遇，它要求宣传部召集班委帮忙，这对工作组与班委比较生疏的关系来说是一个考验，但是我们还是成功地做到了，通过工作的磨合，我们的凝聚力增强了。

跟法政之夜的晚会比起来，感觉这次的活动配合得更加有默契了，在灯光、音响、节目、主持、接待……各方面都比上次要做得好多了，这说明了大家在能力上得到了锻炼，其次，工作组各部门的配合分工明确，开始更高效地运作起来了。感觉很欣慰。

三、个人工作总结和感想

(一)关于宣传方式的思考。由于这个学期的活动较多，所以手绘宣传海报的宣传方式已经不足以满足宣传需要，因此我们应该改变单一、落后的宣传方式，开拓更多的宣传手段，如彩印海报、网络宣传、视频宣传等，以高效、高质的宣传为发展方向，注重培养与发掘人才。

但是在现实工作中，我发现工作组甚至是校区在电子等现代化宣传手段的掌握比较落后，这并不是一种很好的现象，因为电子化的宣传方式在社会上更具有实际的意义，而我校区却更为注重手绘海报这种宣传方式，例如每两周就需要接受一次团委的宣传栏检查。在这里我提出两点思考：1、海报的未来价值。在海报制作的过程中，最具有含金量的是海报的设计，也就是设计的思想。设计的思想包括了排版设计、色彩的搭配、构图、设计的内涵、文案的构思等等，现在很多的海报制作者都没有注意到这些东西，一是因为缺少正确的引导，二是主动学习的积极性低，任务式工作。既然要做那么一样工作，自然就不应该浪费时间在完成任务上，更重要的是掌握这项工作的精髓与核心价值，设计的思想是制作海报过程中最具有价值的，无论是各类创作大赛中，还是日后的工作中都将发挥意义;2、海报形式的转型。相对而言，手绘海报比电子设计海报更难以锻炼人的设计创作思想，因为手绘作品难修改，所花费的时间成本更多，合作的要求更多，例如出一份80*240cm大的海报，需要三到四个人，平均每人花2到3个小时，所用到的材料估计10元;而电子设计的海报一般则需要一个人花4至5小时则可完成，但是打印海报一平方米则需要21元。我校区的宣传方式一直以来以手绘海报为主，原因有是宣传栏太大，电子海报打印成本高，一般海报打印都是控制在10元内，也就是海报打印的规格是60*80，难以填满100*400的宣传栏。因此，海报制作形式需要转型，必须对宣传栏规格进行转型。

4.负责办公室的电话总机的接听，将有价值的信息以及重要的电话内容进行记录;负责总裁办公室信息的传达，尽可能快速的将工作信息传达给相关的部门或个人;负责日常办公的打印、复印、扫描以及收发传真的工作，最大限度的节省纸张，减少不必要的浪费;

5.负责集团内部的日常消耗品的管理工作，定期的检查整理库房，对缺失的物品进行记录，对于耗光的物品要及时采购，避免影响正常的工作进程，同时熟知各个部门所需的消耗品名称以及类型，以便在采购物品时更加快速、准确;

6.协助办公室主任，做好公司内部的宣传工作，包括树立企业员工信心的宣传，传统节日的文化宣传，以及日常工作中的各类通知事项。半来的工作虽然学到了很多知识，工作上取得了一些进步，但是仍存在这很多的不足需要改进和完善。首先，本职工作还不够认真负责，岗位意识还有待进一步提高。其次，不能严格要求自己，工作上有时存在自我放松的情况。作为秘书，要有很好的记忆力，要牢记工作中的每一个细节、每一份文件的归档位置、甚至是一个数字都不可以犯错，因此在这方面，我需要进一步加强，将该记的东西都牢牢的记在心里。

这一周，我们复习了第六单元统计和第七单元数学广角。

在一组数据中，出现次数最多的数，是这组数据的众数，众数能够反映一组数据的集中情况，一组数据中众数可能不止一个，有可能没有众数。

第二部分打电话有很多方法，最慢的方法是一个一个的通知，还有分组的方法。最快的方法是每个人都不休息，每个人都一起通知下面的人。

经过复习和做练习题，找次品时最好是把物品分成3份，不能平均时，只能相差1。

用天平称找次品时，知道所测物的数量时，还有只含有一个次品，知道次品比正品重或轻，有一个规律2至3个要称1次，4至9个要称2次，10至243个要 称5次。根据的规律是要的次数是几，就几个3相乘，这个数就是最多的所测物品。如果不知道次品比正品轻或重是，就要称很多次。

经过复习，有些爱错的题现在也不爱错了，而且印象深了。
