首先，将每个单元的重点单词和句型进行全面的串讲与申述，帮助学生构建知识框架。然后把大纲上强调的重点，难点及平时练习中反映出孩子们掌握的的薄弱环节再一步地细化，分解，力求做到复习全面，不留“死角”；之后是强化练习阶段，具体计划是在学生熟练掌握课本上实用的单词与句型后，再穿插练习与测评，对学生在笔试练习与口语问答中出错频率高的题型（包括阅读理解）及句型进行及时，集中的纠正辅导；最后帮助学生再次整合归纳知识结构框架，总结应试和做特定题型的技巧。

二、具体目标与复习重点

1.通过有效的复习，进一步激发学生学习英语的兴趣，巩固本学期所学知识，同时提高自主复习、归纳的能力。

2.掌握四会单词、词组。

3.掌握每个单元的基本句型。

4.掌握日常交际用语及应答。

5.培养良好的书写习惯，能做到书写整洁、规范。

6.加强文化意识的渗透，进一步培养学生的跨文化意识，提高学生的礼仪修养水平。

三、复习策略与措施

第一阶段的复习，主要针对于教材的复习与梳理，把每单元的AB两部分快速地过一遍，通过教材的重现来归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时注意基础单词、词组、句型的过关，让学生对所学的英语知识进行“查漏补缺”。

第二阶段的复习是横向复习。根据各知识点的前后联系，将课本中零散的语言点进行整体归纳、小结，帮助学生构建紧密联系的“知识串”。例如，我们复习Are these/ those..的一般疑问句时就可以和单数形式的Is this/ that…对比起来学习，让学生通过问不同的物品体会单复数，再通过位置的不同区分它们的意思。

这一阶段的复习中我将遵循精讲多练的原则，让学生通过对比进一步加强理性认识，然后通过针对性练习题做到灵活运用。

第三阶段的复习是对各单元做总结，进行书面表达方面的指导。在学生对基础知识已掌握的前提下老师适当引导，鼓励学生运用学过的知识进行“练笔”，然后全班交流，相互学习，共同提高。

第四阶段的复习，有选择性的做一些练习题和模拟题，侧重对做题技巧的讲解和做一些学生易出错的题目，指导学生掌握一些做题的要领。比如做单项选择可以用排除法来做等等，通过分析和操练让学生掌握每题的做题技巧。

当然，在复习的最后阶段，对于重难点、易混淆、易出错的语言点,还应多加复习指导和练习，再拿出来跟学生细嚼，让他们重点消化吸收。对于“学困生”还要倍加关注。

我并没有诗人李白那长河之水天上来，奔流到海不复回的豪迈;也没有绝世伟人毛泽东那数风流人物，还看今朝的气魄。但寸有所长，尺有所短，天生我才必有用，我有年轻作为资本，有激情提供动力，有能力作为保证。

我敢爱敢恨、敢想敢做，我喜欢真心实意，厌恶勾心斗角，我崇尚高度与长度，鄙视懦弱与胆小，我有极大的自尊心、有强烈的责任感、有极强的团队精神与合作意识。小时候，父亲曾对我说过：做事要脚踏实地，一步一个脚印的去做。于是，我从一名中学生到今天走进大学一年级、走上这一神圣的地方，我深感机会的来之不易，需要好好珍惜。

正是由于这种动力，当我站在这里的时候，倍感自信。当然仅仅有自信是不够的，还要有一定的能力。而从小什么都不会到今天能独立策划活动，从不会到会，从不好到好的过程，就是凭借着自信和虚心的态度来认真完成每一件工作的。

在中学，我担任过班长、学生会委员。在工作中，我自觉培养了我的合作与协调能力，我能真诚的与别人合作，并且协调好同学们之间的关系，对不良行为敢于大胆管理，从不姑息纵容，因此，赢得了老师和同学们的好评。

我经常从同学的角度来看待我们班干部的问题。在平时多与同学们谈心、沟通、交流，了解他们的性格、思想、爱好，倾听他们的心声，充分的听取他们的建议和意见。

我曾从他们的角度来组织活动，这样班级活动也总是开展得热火朝天。但人非圣贤，孰能无过，我也犯过错，但我敢于面对自己的错误，从同学与老师的帮助中虚心的接受批评，并改正错误，而且决不充许自己第二次在同一地方跌倒。

今天我之所以在这里参加竞选。我希望把我们班建立成为学校领导与学生之间心灵的桥梁，成为师生的一条纽带，成为一个真正的为同学服务，同学们真正爱它的团体，同时也想锻炼一下自己的能力，给自己一个展示能力的舞台。

与他人相比，我觉得自己多了一份自信，因为我是一个不服输的人，我有着一颗不折不扣的责任心和对我们班的满腔热情。当然，我如果没有当选，我将一如继往的认真工作，并且会做的更好，全力支持新一届班委的工作。因为我爱这个团体，因为爱，所以我要竭尽全力的去做。

如果我有幸当选，我将实事求是的为同学服务，并将与风华正茂的同学，团结协作，与时俱进，大胆改革，充分发挥我们我们班应有的作用，让它成为名副其实的团体。

最后我还想说：这次参加竞选班长本身就是对我的锻炼和考验，如果我当选为班长，我愿当一名同学们的勤务员，尽职尽责地为同学们服务。在课余时间组织各类文艺活动，丰富同学们的校园生活。我只想有个机会，用爱使我们的校园生活变的更加美好，请大家支持我，请记住我的名字。

我个人认为：人一生的时间的有限的，时间不等人，因为这是我初中生涯的最后一段时间，我不会放过从我身边飞过的每一寸光阴，挣取把握好身边的每分每秒。除经过了初中两年半的学习，我想我对于初中的学习已经积累了很多的经验，在这两年的学习生活中我也改掉了很多不好的习惯，也学会了不少，最大的一点就是开始知道什么才算得上是认真学习。

我认为，学习中不可忽略的一点就是要学会分析自己的学习特点，像我——学习和理解能力还算可以，老师讲的东西不是不懂，但却总出错(用家长们的话说就是不认真，粗心)，而且对于一些死记硬背才能学会的东西总觉得不耐烦，因此，在这点上，我希望自己能在新学期里对待学习更认真，更有耐心。

我觉得，在学习中，确定学习目标也是很重要的，学习目标是学生学习努力的方向，正确的学习目标更是能催人奋进。反之，没有目标的学习，就是对时光一种极大的浪费。我在新学期为自己定制了我自己的目标，已经深埋在我心中，我会按着这个目标努力，发奋图强，争取有新收获。

最关键的一点，就是要科学合理地安排时间。没有合理的安排，再好的计划也会付之东流。所以，在新学期里，我要合理安排学习、休息的时间，要把每一点一滴宝贵的时间都抓紧。虽说是初三，但必要的休息与锻炼还是必不可少的。我希望能在体育上不增加今后考试的心理负担，所以，加强体育锻炼迫在眉睫，也是最近几十天的一大艰巨的任务。

在具体的学习上，我认为，我应当注意薄弱环节，查漏补缺。我觉得首先应该做到的是认真听课，将老师课上所讲内容完全消化，让思维与老师同步。一般先以课本为先，书上的内容是基础。

在掌握的基础上，做专项训练，按层次补缺和提高。我还需要建立一本错题集，将在练习中做错的题目和尚未弄懂的题目及时记录下来，逐一解决，形成巩固。

在复习中应该提倡务实精神，也应该重视规范化和格式化，要养成科学，严谨的态度。因为任何一次不规范的答题都有可能造成失分。

计划写完了，我想，按照惯例，似乎还应该加上几句鼓励的话，但我觉得，有一句话会胜过许许多多鼓励的语言，那么，我就以它作为我学习计划的结尾吧，那就是——我行，一定行。
