一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教unit3的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到“quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是“quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? it’s…”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，如果我没有认真备课的，那课堂将会气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

一个老师告诉我：备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实;教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。

In my spare time, I like to read novels. I think reading could enlarge my knowledge. As for novels, I could imagine whatever I like such as a well-known scientist or a kung-fu master. In addition to reading, I also like to play PC games. A lot of grownups think playing PC games hinders the students from learning. 高一(X)班.担任实习班主任工作的班级是高一(7)班,高一年级两个理科班之一,与我那时的理科班大为不同,现在理科班的学生不像我们那时那么沉闷,就像班主任唐老师所说,对于老师来说是喜忧参半吧,毕竟调皮的学生太多,比较不容易控制.一进教室就看到教室后的墙壁上贴满了奖状,看的出来这个班级在学校里也是相当活跃的,学校里评选的各个之星,几乎7班也每个都有份.班上同学的性格很活泼,几天相处下来,就建立起了不错的关系,谈谈班级同学,日常琐事,甚至也有同学会来找我解答问题,谈谈理想,也让自己渐渐有了的确是个老师了的觉悟.

听课.实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级.高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,尽管自己以前高中时也上过牛津的教材,现在的教学要求又有新的变化,也因老师的不同,教学方法上有很大的差异.带教的王老师教态相当严谨,备课很充分,听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课规划的很好,让学生知道这节课要完成的内容,就算有突发状况的发生,也能自行控制好时间等等.学校规定的听课是10节左右,自己基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式,都是值得学习的地方.大学里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少教学方法,光纸上谈兵当然不行,真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,可以老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象,对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如: ‘Do you think there is something else?”, “I appreciate your answer”, “I think you must have a lot to say.”还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题来让他们集中注意力,板书的排布也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明僚…这些都是书本上很难学到的东西.一周的听课下来,我们几个实习生进行了小小的交流,感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是 “Sit down, please.”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方.
