一、考试期间的安排和要求。

二、考试过程中的注意事项。

(一)考试前

从发准考证到进入考场，虽然只有那么短的时间，但要预防准考证的丢失或找不到的情况。所以，准考证要拿在手上。到了考点，主要是熟悉考点环境，通过考点平面图关注三个地点并实地考察。这三个地方是：考场、厕所、临时集结点。

(二)考试中

拿到考卷，题目匆匆一看，往往会产生两种可能：一种是题目全会，信心百倍;另一种是一部分或大部分不会，紧张万分，出现开考心理慌张、难题挡路引起的心理波动等怯场现象。但这些现象都是考试过程中的正常现象。我们可以先搁下试卷，轻揉面部，深呼吸，花半分钟时间闭目养神，全面放松。

(三)考试时

要综观全局，2-3分钟还不能解决的题目，一定要舍得放弃。遇到容易题，千万不要因侥幸而粗心，要想到：人易我易，我不大意。遇到难题，要想到人难我难，我不畏难。只要做到这些，我们就能正常发挥。

(四)考试后

1.填写信息、稳定情绪、总览全卷，区别难易。

试卷一发下来，立即忙于答题是不科学的，应先填写信息，如在答题卡上涂清“试卷类型”，写清姓名和准考证号码等，这样做是考试的要求，更是一剂稳定情绪的“良药”。打开试卷，看看哪些是基础题，哪些是中档题，哪些是难题或压轴题，按先易后难的原则，确定解题顺序，逐题解答。力争做到“巧做低档题，全部做对;稳做中档题，一分不浪费;尽力冲击高档题，做错也无悔。”刚进入考场，心情一般比较紧张，记忆、思维未达到最佳状态。采用先易后难的策略，先做容易的题目，不仅有利于顺利地拿到基本分，而且因为“顺利”还会给自己增添信心、稳定情绪，使智力活动恢复正常，从而使自己的水平得到充分的发挥。如果不顾自己的实际情况，先从难题入手，往往会出现思维”卡壳”现象，使自己有”开局不利”之感，从而加剧自己的情绪冲动，还会白白挤掉做容易题的时间。

2.认真审题、过程清晰，稳中求快。

审题要做到：一不漏掉题，二不看错题，三要审准题，四要看全题目的条件和结论。

做题要做到：一要书写清晰，速度略快;二要一次成功;三要提高答题速度;四要科学使用草稿纸;五要力求准确，防止欲速不达。

3.调节心理，沉着冷静，自信从容。

考试中，要克服满不在乎的自负心理，要抛弃“在此一举”的负重心理，要克服畏首畏尾的胆怯心理。高考是一种要调动多种积极因素的复杂劳动，也是对考生的思想、作风、毅力的考查，更需要在情绪稳定的前提下有条不紊地进行。高考中必然会有困难，遇到长题、难题、生题，要有充分的心理准备，要能够从陌生中找熟悉，因为面对困难的时候，常常比的是谁更自信，谁更能以“平常心”对待。“我难，别人亦难，不要紧张”;”“我感到生疏的别人也会感到生疏”;“我易，别人亦易，不可大意”，有些考生见到生题紧张、害怕，有时一道题做不出，越想越紧张，影响一门学科的考试，有的甚至因一门学科考砸了而影响整个高考。而另一些考生见到熟题却因掉以轻心，粗枝大叶，不加思索而铸成大错。应做到“难题冷静，易题细心，战略藐视，战术重视”。

4.遇到易题，格外小心、思路断电，学会变通。

易题，容易使人轻视，不注意题目的细微变化，不费思索顺手写来，可能铸成大错，所以有“容易题，容易错”的说法。要知道，题目对你容易，对别人也容易;考试时，熟知的知识、方法突然想不起来，这时要学会变通。一是换个角度或思路，从与题目有关的项目开始回想;二是有效利用试卷中其他题目中的信息;三是暂时放弃，换另一道题做，等情绪稳定、再回过头来做。“跳过拦路虎，再杀回马枪”，结果可能会有意外的收获。。

5.尽量多做、每分必争。

高考评分，理科是按步骤、按知识点给分;文科是按要点给分。考生在答题时，要会多少答多少，在时间允许的情况下，哪怕是一条辅助线，一个符号，一小段文字，都可写上，千万不能留空白。即使个别没有把握的也要敢于写，千万不要将不能完全做出或答案算不出的题提前放弃不做。

6.答题规范、整洁美观。

整洁美观是一种自信、是对自已劳动的珍惜，是把优秀当习惯。要知道，工整的书写、整洁的卷面很可能使阅卷老师“一见钟情”。所以，书写时要注意耐住性子，尽量整齐美观。特别是涂改时应轻划一斜杠。不要一改就是一个墨疙瘩，很影响卷面的整体效果。高考主观题阅卷是一项十分艰巨的任务。天气热、时间紧、工作量大、难度高。连光电阅读机也会因答题卡填涂不当而出现故障，何况是人呢!阅卷老师在这种高强度、枯燥、单调的批改过程中，难免会产生一种疲劳、厌烦的心态。大家知道主观题是“采点给分”，且给分的限度还有一定的弹性。若试卷涂涂改改，不堪入目，阅卷老师自然无法始终如一地在“杂草丛生”中披沙沥金、苦苦搜寻给分点。而阅卷老师突然发现一份字迹清楚、布局和-谐、整洁美观、文理兼通的试卷，顿时会眼睛一亮，精神为之振奋。这样的试卷，不仅能得到客观上应得的分数，还能得到阅卷老师弹性限度内的“感情分”。假如两个考生的两道试题的得分点大致相同，而因卷面整洁与否而造成的分数“落差”，至少有2-5分。试想，若将整份试卷的各题、高考的各科累加起来，当是蔚为大观、令人震撼的。

7.注意检查、减少失误、合理取舍。

争取有一定的时间检查答卷，主要是检查题目是否遗漏，是否弄错了题意，是否抄错了什么，涂卡是否漏涂、是否错位，从而尽量减少失误。对一些“疑似”答案，一定要利用好草稿纸，进一步检查——检查思路，检查步骤，检查结果，检查试题要求等。考试结束前，如果还有难题做不出来，已做好的答题又需要检查，这时应采取舍“难”而取”易”、弃”少”而求”多”的策略，用这段宝贵的时间先来检查已做好的答题，保证答题正确，减少失误。

8.合理分配，适时涂卡。

机读卡填涂最易出现的问题是填图不规范，以致在机器阅卷中产生误差。克服这类问题的简单办法是要把铅笔削好。铅笔不能削尖削细，而应相对粗些，且应把铅笔尖削磨成马蹄状或者直接把铅笔削成方形，这样一个答案信息点最多只要涂两笔就可以涂好，既快又标准。
