在接手高三年级教育教学工作的半年多以来，在校领导的领导和关怀下，学校各处室的支持和帮助下，全体高三师生牢固树立目标意识和质量意识，突出重点，讲求效益，协同作战，不懈追求，已使本届高三年级学生的思想、行为都有了较大的转变，为即将到来的一模考试和最终的高考做好了铺垫。

回顾半年的高三工作，我们更加深切地体会到了目标意识团队意识是高三教育教学的根本。不求招招新，但求招招实，围绕“人、课、题”，我们主要做了以下工作：

一、充分挖掘人的潜力，形成教与学的合力。

1、弘扬敬业精神，激发高三教师的干劲。本届高三教师的年龄结构偏于年轻、教学经验参差不齐，针对以上特点，我们认为，虽然有劣势，但更有许多积极的因素，能否干出成绩，关键在于敬业的精神。于是，我们把工作的着力点放在了教师敬业精神的培养上。通过各种途径与手段使年轻老师懂得目前工作与将来成才的关系，以老带新，以新促老。

2、强化目标管理，形成奋发向上的动力。学校和高三年级将目标渗透到平时的教育教学的每个环节。在分解目标的同时，帮助高三教师分析目标达成的可能性，寻找目标达成的最佳途径，"第一范文网"并且通过一系列的机制加以强化，极大地增强了全体高三师生责任感和内驱力。每次大型考试下来，高三年级都将各班达标率和每个教师的学科成绩与高考目标对照，并在年级会议上通报。由于目标明确，措施到位，到目前为止，绝大多数班级都取得了不同程度的进步 。

3、加强沟通交流，建构和谐协作的关系。教育的实质是心与心的碰撞，学校和高三年级组十分重视凝聚人心的工作，始终保持与高三师生的密切接触，发现苗头性问题，便帮助其认真剖析原因，耐心细致地做好说服教育工作，既最大程度地钝化了矛盾，又增进了干群之间、师生之间的彼此理解与信任。尽管竞争的压力很大、很强，但整个高三年级始终是一个和谐的群体。人心齐，泰山移，和谐所生发出的生产力是难以估量的。

二、努力提高课的质量，追求复习的最大效益。

1、严格执行课程计划，确保教学进度的严肃性。高三年级在明确学期教学计划的基础上，从高三起始阶段即实行备课组周备课制、教学案一体化，将长计划和短安排有机结合，既体现了学期教学的连贯性，又体现了阶段教学的灵活性。

2、准确定位复习难度，提高课堂复习的针对性。我们把临界生这个群体作为高考复习的主要对象，根据临界生的知识结构、能力层次来设计课堂教学，不片面地追求“高、难、尖”，而是在夯实基础的前提下，逐步提高能力要求，从而突出重点，突破难点。

3、不断优化课堂结构，力促课堂质量的有效性。首先，我们针对复习课特点，明确复习思路，构建了复习“四合一”的课堂模式：能力训练+试卷讲评+整理消化+纠错巩固。能力训练做到在复习的基础上，排查出学生的考点缺陷，有针对性地进行强化训练;试卷讲评做到在错误率统计和错误原因分析的基础上进行讲评，讲评的对象明确定位为中等成绩学生，评讲效果的衡量标准就是看中等程度学生有没有真正搞懂;整理消化首先确保各学科当堂消化的时间;错误率较高的题目在一定的时间长度内，以变形的形式进行纠错巩固训练，同时在各学科的周练中予以体现。

其次，严格规范课堂教学行为，努力提高课堂效益。一方面，我们将教研室的指导性意见和有关要求细化落实，并形成年级内部的课堂教学规范;另一方面，加大听课力度，实行课堂质量考评制度。

4、狠抓集体备课，增强教学流程的协作性。我们大力倡导组内合作，强力推行教学资源网络共享制。一方面，我们牢牢抓住集体备课这一基础环节，将备课组的集体智慧与教师个人的刻苦钻研有机地结合，通过示范课、研究课、组内互听课等形式，引导高三教师取长补短，共同提高;另一方面，我们依托学校现有的现代化教学设备，要求每一位老师做到教学资源信息化、公开化，从而在很大程度上解决了青年教师经验不足的问题，既提高了教学质量，又缩短了青年教师的成长周期。

三、切实做好题的文章，发挥训练的最大功能。

1、实行“下水上岸”制，提高练习质量。学校和年级部明确要求每位高三教师每周必须完成规定的下水作业量。“下水”是为了“上岸”，教师做题是为了选题，为此，我们加强对选题工作的管理，明确规定练习材料不得拿来就用，必须经过专人筛选、备课组集体研讨而成;要先改造，后使用，力求做到选题精当，符合学情。

2、有效监控训练过程，确保训练效度。训练上，我们特别重视训练的计划性，明确要求各备课组每周制订一份书面训练计划。认真统计分析，对于重点学生更是要求面批到位。我们还十分重视错题档案的建立，指导学生进行自我纠错，并定期进行纠错训练。此外，对考试这一环节，我们严格考试流程，狠抓考风考纪，重视考试心理的调适、答题规范化的指导和应试技能的培养，努力消除非智力因素失分。及时、认真地做好每次考试的质量分析，并使分析结果迅速、直接地指导后面的复习工作。

3、强化基础过关，实施分层推进。针对学生基础相对薄弱的现状，我们实施基础题过关的方法，各备课组明确专人负责基础过关题的编制，年级安排专门时间进行检查、测试。在夯实基础的前提下，普通班做好基础训练，重点班在此基础上适当提升训练难度和训练量。这一举措对学生成绩的提高取得了良好的效果。
