人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在秘书这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而秘书在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：[1]与上司沟通不好;[2]上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任;[3]对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;[4]与上司发生争执;[5]情感方面。
