「自我评价」以及为什么要写好「自我评价」的原因分析

筛简历是 HR 必做的工作，每天可能有成百上千的简历需要查看，平均分给每份简历的时间可能只有 30 秒到 1 分钟。这件事情有些求职者不知道，有些求职者知道而且会考虑如何抓住 HR 的眼球，但却没有再进一步的思考。

有很多求职者为了凸显自己，让 HR 能看到自己的简历与众不同，把自己的简历设计的非常「绚丽」，或者把经历写了很多页、放证书扫描件、做成 PPT 、专门制作简历首页等等。

但是这些求职者却没有想到，既然分配给每份简历的时间如此有限，求职者把简历做的越花哨，结构越不同于一般的简历，就越让 HR 不容易抓到你想表达的重要信息。

而简历既然是要给别人看的(很像商品的宣传单，而商品就是求职者)，就不能只是我想怎么写就怎么写，因为要考虑阅读者的用户体验(潜在购买用户的阅读习惯是怎样的，最希望在什么地方看到什么信息，最希望看到什么信息，例如打折，这个信息我能不能提供，等等)，从简历的撰写情况也能看出求职者有没有换位思考和深入思考的习惯。
