9.8 如因乙原因，产品部分性能指标没能达到合同产品的规定时，机具体情况，乙方须按合同总价_________％予以赔偿，但是，若因甲方原因产品没能达到性能指标时，甲方应按合同规定支付金部金额。

第十条 保密

13.1 签约的任何一方，由于战争、严重水灾、火灾、台风、地震以及双方同意的其他不可抗力事故而无法按期执行合同时，则可延长合同的期限，延长期相当于事故所影响的时间。

13.2 受影响的一方应尽快将发生不可抗力事故的情况以电传或电报通知对方，并于此天内以航空挂号邮件将有关当局出具的证明文件提交另一方确认。

13.3 如不可抗力事故延续到120天以上，双方应通过友好协商尽快解决合同继续执行的问题。

第十四条 仲裁

14.1 因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。如经协商仍达不成协议时，则应提交仲裁解决。

14.2 仲裁将在_________进行，由_________仲裁院根据该院的章程进行仲裁。

14.3 仲裁的裁决是终局的，对双方均具有约束力。

14.4 仲裁费用由败诉方负担。

14.5 若仲裁的内容是合同的部分条款，合同的其他条款在仲裁期间应继续执行。

第十五条 适用法律

本合同的解释和执行以中华人民共和国的法律为依据。

第十六条 合同有效期

16.1 .本合同由双方代表于_________年_________月_________日签，合同签订后，由各方分别向本公司管理机构或本国政府当局申请批准，以最后一方的批准日期为合同生效日期。双方应尽力在60天内获得批准，用电传通知对方，并用邮件确认。若本合同自签字之日起6个月仍不能生效。双方均有权解除合同。

16.2 .本合同效期十年，期满时自动失效。

16.3 .本合同期满时，双方发生的未了债务不受合同期满的影响，债务人应向债权人继续支付未了债务。 本合同有中、英两种文本。当对其中条款的解释产生异议时，以中文本为准。

大家好!

首先感谢大家给我这次竞选的机会，我叫周。我是一名本科生:20xx年我从咱们上石桥高中毕业后，考入河南大学，攻读河南大学文学院的汉语言文学专业。因为我小时候就有做教师的理想，所以在高考填报自愿时，我毫不犹豫就填写了师范类。近日，从咱们学校网站上，我得知咱们校在秋季开学时需要一批新的老师，于是我报名来参加竞聘。我要竞聘的岗位是语文教师。

我之所以竞聘语文教师，是因为我具有以下优势:

首先，我具有扎实的专业知识。我是汉语言文学专业师范类出生，在大一到大三期间，我将所有都放在有关语文教学的理论知识学习上，其中在20xx——20xx年度获得国家励志奖学金，20xx——20xx年度获得河南大学奖学金。大四时，我又将大量精投入教学实践中，上学期，我在开封高中实习，独立讲授了高一的《荷塘月色》、《毛泽东诗两首》、《我若为王》等课时。实习期间，我学到了教学必须提高课堂的效率，培养学生的兴趣，树立差生的自信，强化优生的分数。值得一提的是，下学期，经过激烈竞争，我在我院举行的大四讲课大赛中，荣获了二等奖。

其次，我具有健康体魄与严明纪律性。大学毕业后，我没有马上就业，而是积极响应国家的号召，暂时弃笔从戎，在部队接受了两年的训练。在这两年中，我不仅拥有了一个强健的体魄，还懂得了铁一般的纪律。我知道，健康的体魄是完成教学工作的基础，良好的纪律是教学工作做好的保障。

“一年之计，莫如树谷;十年之计，莫如树林;终身之计，莫如树人。”我深知语文教师在学校教育教学中的地位和作用，明确语文教师的职责、任务与规范，明白语文教师所应必备的素质和要求。假如我能够通过竞争上岗，我会全身心地投入到教学中去，与广大教师打成一片，不重名利，不计较个人得失，认真备好教案，高质量完成教学工作。具体来说，我将从以下几个方面努力:

一，结合语文学科特点和本班学生实际情况，配合学校的方针政策，设计并开展丰富的语文实践活动，进一步拓展学生的视野，培养学生各方面的能力，从而有效的提高学生的语文素养。

二，与各科老师紧密配合，关心学生，爱护学生，教育学生，服务学生。既注重精品学生的培养，又不忘对差生的努力转化，不歧视差生，更不讽刺打击差生，使各个学生的人格和个性得以建康地发展。

四，严于律己，以身作则。学高为师，德高为范，我会以"老老实实做人、勤勤恳恳做事"为信条，严格要求自己，不仅要教会学生如何读书，还以身作则，教会学生如何做人。每天鸡鸣时分，我就会起床与同学们一起早读;月明星稀时刻，我会依然与同学们在一起学习，我愿与大家共创美好未来，迎接上桥高中辉煌灿烂的明天。

爱，可以使寒冷的冬天像春天般温暖。我的普通话不是特别好，但我会笨鸟先飞，我会用通俗的话语，一遍又一遍地为同学们讲解，直到班里的同学都点头为止。领导、老师们，我有信心、有决心搞好语文教学，我将用左肩担着爱我的学生，用我的右肩担着我爱的课堂，执着坚韧地挑起我深爱的老师这一行，为青园的腾飞献出自己的光和热。
