3.5 甲方依据本合同的专利许可，销售的合同产品一经付款则视为货已售出。

3.6 若在交付专利权使用费后，已售合同产品被退回或折价，甲方有权在以后支付的专利权使用费中扣除因此而多支付的专利权使用费。

（2）乙方在合同有效期内分两次派遣技术人员赴甲方进行技术服务，共_________人日。
