8.2.在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

(13)不可抗力：由于人力不可抗力的原由发生在制造，装载或运输的过程中导致卖方延期交货或不

能交货者，卖方可免除责任,在不可抗力发生后，卖方须立即电告买方及在14天内以

空邮方式向买方提供事故发生的证明文件，在上述情况下，卖方仍须负责采取措施尽

快发货。

force majeure :

the sellers shall not be held responsible for the delay in shipment or non-deli-very of the goods due to force majeure, which might occur during the process of manufacturing or in the course of loading or transit. the sellers shall advise the buyers immediately of the occurrence mentioned above the within fourteen days there after . the sellers shall send by airmail to the buyers for their acceptancea certificate of the accident. under such circumstances the sellers, however, are still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the deliveryof the goods.

前面同学有人谈到专科和本科的关系，并引经据典，阐述观点。这令我想起清人龚定庵的一句话，是科以人重科亦重,人以科传人可知。科，就是科举，高考前身。举个例子，我刘长清是烟大的轮机专科，以后我厉害了，烟大的名气也高了。(笑鼓掌)一个人什么没有，只好对别人说，自己是烟大的本科生。这样的人我们都知道他是什么样的人。来到烟大，我很喜欢这个校园。轮机，好。我在浏览信息时看到这个专业，觉得很好，很适合自己。我来自农村，虽然很胖，家里也不富裕，所以应该能吃苦。

我来此求学，希望能得到师长和同学的教诲。我要让自己的大学生活很充实，不要空虚和无聊;我要时刻保持一种饥渴感，对知识的饥渴，对生活的饥渴。

我认为出海有个很好的好处，可以给我一个空间，让我静下来，读书。我不知道能不能带些书到船上。但我曾幻想，自己在海风中看书，在海浪边写日记。我比较喜欢看文学方面的书，感觉这样的生活很理想。

Good morning. I am glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is ×××, 24. I come from ×××,the capital of ×××Province.
