正确认知自我，保持阳光健康心态

正确认知自我是实现自身价值的重要前提，唯有正确认知自我，才能为人生轨迹把好向、定好位。基层办公室是重能力、重潜力、重品行的团队，无论此前从事什么岗位，走进办公室，就需要迅速地融入这个团队，尽快地适应岗位环境，从自身实际出发，找准位置。认真地思考：自己能为办公室做什么?只有明确了努力方向，才能脚踏实地、全身心地投入到工作中来。

要重规范、守规矩，耐得住寂寞和清苦，持之以恒地在工作中锻炼自己，提升自己，实现自身价值。切忌不学真本领，没有真本事，却忽忽悠悠，飘飘然。要干一行、爱一行、精一行，钻研业务求深、求精，做行家里手，做专家大家，增长真学识，主动练胆识。要谦和本分，低调做人，高调做事。基层办公室虽然条件简朴，一些办公设备陈旧，有的桌椅甚至一用几十年，但简朴环境更能磨砺意志，更要守住心神，戒浮戒躁。要有阳光的心态，健康的品行。心态决定品行，一个人如果心态摆不正，品行也很难端正。要自觉克服功利思想，端正价值取向，做到淡定自若，宠辱不惊，豁达阳光，珍惜在基层办公室工作的时光。

坚持用心做事，努力超越自我

用心做事是一种态度，是一种境界，是一个人责任心、综合素养的集中体现。基层办公室作为基层机关运转的“中枢”，不仅要领会贯彻领导意图，还要学深学透上级文件政策，统筹把握本地区实际，为领导决策发挥以文辅政、综合协调、后勤保障等参谋助手作用。

可以说，基层办公室每天都站在一个新起点上，每时每刻都要面对新的压力、新的任务，我们必须要做到心神专注，高标准要求自己，对学习、工作、事业专心致志，研究事周密细致，干工作争创一流。要抗得住干扰，经得住考验，经过反复地磨砺、锤炼，使自己变得睿智、聪明、灵透起来。“爱之深责之切。”难得经常有领导、有良师益友面对面地给予批评、教诲，逐步地使自己走向成熟。要善于思考研究工作，这是办公室人员必备的素质，不要当“材料匠”，而要当思想者。办文的过程是一个思想由低到高、由浅入深、去粗取精，逐步完善的过程。一件事只有想得到，才能写出来;只有梳理出脉络来，做事才会有条理、有章法。要立足各自科室职能，经常思考如何干好本职工作，总结具有思想性、指导性、建设性的经验做法，制定具有针对性、可操作性的办法，形成常态化的制度规范。这既是钻研业务、推进工作的内在需要，也是释放潜能、拓展思维的重要途径。
