市博物馆先进事迹介绍

淮北市博物馆成立于1976年，一个机构二块牌子，兼负文物管理所的职责。多年来，该馆以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻党的文物工作方针，认真执行文物保护法规，扎扎实实地做好文物工作，一年一个台阶，不断开创文博工作的新局面，为淮北市的经济和社会的全面发展做出了突出的贡献。

一、机构健全、职责落实。淮北市历史悠久，文化遗存丰富，文物工作繁重。而该馆只有十多人。为抓好全市的文博工作，他们首先狠抓了规范化管理和制度建设。设立了保卫部、保管部、群工部、陈列部、考古部及研究室、办公室等机构，做到了分工精细，任务明确。同时，还陆续制定和完善了《劳动纪律》、《奖惩条例》、《岗位责任制》等20多个制度，从而保证了文博工作全面有序地开展。

二、博物馆工作卓有成效。在新馆舍未建前，博物馆根据馆情，充分挖掘自身的潜力，在文物收藏、保护、整理、保管和研究、宣传等方面，全面的展开工作，并取得一定的成效。对馆藏文物都进行了建卡、拍照、绘图、测量、建档等基础工作，做到帐帐相符，帐卡相符，帐实相符。库房管理有严格的制度，文物出入库，人员出入库都有据可查。1999年，我市境内出土发掘了唐代古木船4艘，为保护好这些古船，该馆成立了保护小组，外请了泉州及省博专家制定了保护方案。在近6年的保护工作中，博物馆人员昼夜值班，对古船喷洒药剂，24小时不间断地进行温度、湿度、天气、喷药量、船体变化等数据的监测、记录。由于没有先进经验可借鉴，他们就成立了“古船保护”科研课题组，在专家学者的指导下，科研攻关，多次论证和更新保护方案。现在，古木船已比较成功的完成了脱水，定型、防腐等工作，已移至博物馆内，对外展出。由于保护成效显著，得到专家的赞肯。

There are a lot of lessons which I learn every year. Looking back at my review for , one of the biggest lessons I learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. This realization came after a highly intense period at my job. At that time I was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. It was after a short period of feeling miserable that I realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. I could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or I could take action and make the best out of it. This small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. It made me realize that many of us generate unnecessary baggage with negative situations in life, and it’s all about taking action to create the lives that we want. Happineis truly a choice.

签约须知

1、用人单位和劳动者应保证向对方提供的与履行劳动合同有关的各项信息全面、真实、有效。

2、用人单位与劳动者约定试用期的，劳动合同期限三个月以上不满一年的，试用期不得超过一个月;劳动合同期限一年以上不满三年的，试用期不得超过二个月;三年以上固定期限和无固定期限的劳动合同，试用期不得超过六个月。以完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同或者劳动合同期限不满三个月的，不得约定试用期。试用期包含在劳动合同期限内。劳动合同仅约定试用期的，试用期不成立，该期限为劳动合同期限。

一、劳动合同期限

第一条经甲乙双方协商一致，采取下列第种形式确定劳动合同期限：

(一)固定期限：自年月日起至年月日止。其中试用期自年月日起至年月日止。

(二)无固定期限：自年月日起。其中试用期自年月日起至年月日止。

(三)以完成一定工作任务为期限：自年月日起至

二、工作地点和工作内容

第二条甲乙双方约定劳动合同履行地为。

第三条甲方根据工作岗位实际需要，安排乙方从事

工作。甲方根据工作需要，经双方协商一致，可以调整乙方工作岗位或安排从事临时性工作。调整乙方工作岗位须应当签订变更协议，岗位调整后，不影响本合同的继续履行。

甲乙双方可以签订岗位协议书，约定岗位具体职责和要求。

第四条乙方应按照甲方安排的工作内容及要求，认真履行岗位职责，按时完成工作任务，遵守甲方依法制定的规章制度。

三、工作时间和休息休假

第五条甲方安排乙方执行工时工作制。

(一)标准工时工作制：乙方每日工作不超过八小时，平均每周不超过四十小时。

(二)综合计算工时工作制：平均日和平均周工作时间不超过法定标准工作时间。

(三)不定时工作制：甲方在保障职工身体健康并充分听取职工意见的基础上，采用集中工作，集中休息、轮休调休、弹性工作时间等适当方式，确保职工的休息休假权利和生产、工作任务的完成。

实行综合计算工时或者不定时工作制的，由甲方报劳动保障行政部门批准后实行。

第六条甲方依法保证乙方的休息权利。乙方依法享受法定节假日以及探亲、婚丧、计划生育、带薪年休假等休假权利。

第七条甲方严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫乙方加班。确因生产经营需要，经与工会和乙方协商后可以延长工作时间，一般每日不超过一小时。因特殊原因需延长工作时间的，在保障乙方身体健康的条件下，延长工作时间每日不超过三小时，并且每月不超过三十六小时。

四、劳动报酬

第八条甲方根据本单位的生产经营特点和经济效益，依法确定本单位的工资分配制度和工资支付制度。甲方制定或调整工资分配制度和工资支付制度，应与企业工会或职工代表平等协商，向全体劳动者公布，并向劳动保障行政部门备案。

第九条乙方的工资水平，由甲方遵循同工同酬原则，按照法律法规、国家宏观调控政策和本单位的工资分配制度，结合乙方的劳动岗位、劳动技能、劳动强度、劳动条件、劳动贡献等确定。

第十条经双方协商，甲方按下列第种形式支付乙方工资。

(一)计时工资。乙方的工资标准为元/月(周)，绩效工资(奖金)依据甲方经济效益和乙方实际劳动贡献确定。

(二)计件工资。乙方的劳动定额为，计件单价为。

(三)按照甲方依法制定的工资分配制度和工资支付制度确定。具体办法和标准是。

第十一条双方约定试用期的，乙方试用期期间的工资标准为元或执行甲方依法制定的工资分配办法确定的试用期工资标准。

第十二条甲方于每月日前以货币或转账形式足额支付乙方工资。如遇节假日或休息日，应提前至最近的工作日支付。

甲方应书面记录支付乙方工资的时间、数额、工作天数、签字等情况留存备查，并向乙方提供工资清单。

第十三条甲方安排乙方延长工作时间或者在休息日工作的，应依法安排乙方补休或者按照国家相关规定向乙方支付加班工资。

国家和省规定应由甲方支付的艰苦岗位津贴、中夜班补贴等津贴、补贴，由甲方在约定的工资标准以外向乙方另行支付。

第十四条本合同签订后，根据本单位经济效益变动状况，参照政府发布的工资指导线、劳动力市场工资指导价位以及地区、行业人工成本和工资水平、物价增长等因素，甲方、代表乙方的工会或职工代表均可提出对本单位工资水平进行调整的方案和意见。经甲方与工会或职工代表平等协商、达成一致，公示或告知劳动者后，可对乙方工资标准和工资水平进行调整。

乙方工作岗位变更的，甲方可按工资分配制度规定对乙方工资标准进行相应调整。

第十五条经双方协商一致确定对乙方工资标准或劳动定额、计件单价进行调整的，应及时将调整后的标准和数额载入本合同附表，甲方签章、乙方签字后生效。

第十六条甲方生产工作任务不足，不能提供工作岗位使乙方待工的，甲方应按月支付乙方生活费。

五、社会保险和福利待遇

第十七条甲乙双方必须按照国家和地方有关社会保险的法律、法规和政策规定参加基本养老、基本医疗、失业、工伤和生育保险，依法缴纳各项社会保险费。其中，乙方个人缴纳部分由甲方代扣代缴。第十七条乙方在合同期内，休息休假、患病或负伤、患职业病或因工负伤、生育、死亡等待遇，以及医疗期、孕期、产期、哺乳期的期限及待遇，按相关法律、法规的规定执行。

第十八条甲方为乙方提供以下补充保险和福利待遇：。

六、劳动保护、劳动条件和职业危害防护

第十九条甲方建立健全操作规程、工作规范和劳动安全卫生、职业危害防护制度，并对乙方进行必要的培训。乙方在劳动过程中应严格遵守各项制度规范和操作规程。

第二十条甲方为乙方提供符合国家规定的劳动安全卫生条件和必要的劳动防护用品。安排乙方从事有职业危害作业的，定期为乙方进行健康检查。

第二十一条甲方对可能产生职业病危害的岗位，应当向乙方履行如实告知的义务，并对乙方进行劳动安全卫生教育，预防劳动过程中的事故的发生，减少职业危害。

第二十二条甲方违章指挥、强令冒险作业，危及乙方人身安全的，乙方有权拒绝。乙方对危害生命安全和身体健康的劳动条件，有权对用人单位提出批评、检举和控告。

七、劳动合同的履行、变更

第二十三条甲乙双方按照本合同的约定，依法、全面履行各自的义务。

第二十四条甲方变更名称、法定代表人、主要负责人或者投资人等事项，不影响本合同的履行。

第二十五条甲方发生合并或者分立等情况，本合同继续有效，由承继甲方权利和义务的单位继续履行。

第二十六条经甲乙双方协商一致，可以变更本合同约定的内容，并以书面形式确定。

八、劳动合同的解除、终止

第二十七条甲乙双方解除、终止本合同，应当按照《劳动合同法》第三十六条、第三十七条、第三十八条、第三十九条、第四十条、第四十一条、第四十二条、第四十三、第四十四条的规定进行。

第二十八条甲乙双方解除、终止本合同，符合《劳动合同法》第四十六条规定情形的，甲方应依法向乙方支付经济补偿。

第二十九条甲方违法解除或者终止本合同，乙方要求继续履行本合同的，甲方应当继续履行;乙方不要求继续履行本合同或者本合同已经不能继续覆行的，甲方应当依法按照经济补偿金标准的二倍向乙方支付赔偿金。

乙方违法解除劳动合同，给甲方造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。

第三十条解除、终止本合同时，甲方应当依据有关法律法规等规定出具解除、终止劳动合同的证明，并在十五日内为乙方办理档案和社会保险、党团等关系转移手续。

乙方应当按照双方约定，办理工作交接。甲方应当支付经济补偿的，在办结工作交接时支付。

甲方对已经解除或者终止劳动合同的文本，至少保存二年备查。

九、其他事项

第三十一条甲方为乙方提供专项培训费用，对其进行专业技术培训，双方可以订立专项协议，约定服务期。

乙方违反服务期约定的，应当按照约定支付违约金。

第三十二条乙方负有保密义务的，双方可以订立专项协议，约定竞业限制条款。

乙方违反竞业限制约定的，应当按照约定支付违约金。给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。

第三十三条以下协议作为本合同的附件：

第三十四条双方约定的其它事项：

第三十五条甲乙双方因履行本合同发生劳动争议，可以协商解决。协商不成的，可以依法申请仲裁、提起诉讼。
