英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

忘了给大家说了，之前跟一位做国际工程的朋友讨论补充协议和变更怎么翻译，我倾向于合同变更翻译为amendment, 补充协议翻译为addendum.不知道大家什麽意见？不过我自己一般都是不加区分的用amendment的。

4.负责办公室的电话总机的接听，将有价值的信息以及重要的电话内容进行记录;负责总裁办公室信息的传达，尽可能快速的将工作信息传达给相关的部门或个人;负责日常办公的打印、复印、扫描以及收发传真的工作，最大限度的节省纸张，减少不必要的浪费;

5.负责集团内部的日常消耗品的管理工作，定期的检查整理库房，对缺失的物品进行记录，对于耗光的物品要及时采购，避免影响正常的工作进程，同时熟知各个部门所需的消耗品名称以及类型，以便在采购物品时更加快速、准确;

6.协助办公室主任，做好公司内部的宣传工作，包括树立企业员工信心的宣传，传统节日的文化宣传，以及日常工作中的各类通知事项。半来的工作虽然学到了很多知识，工作上取得了一些进步，但是仍存在这很多的不足需要改进和完善。首先，本职工作还不够认真负责，岗位意识还有待进一步提高。其次，不能严格要求自己，工作上有时存在自我放松的情况。作为秘书，要有很好的记忆力，要牢记工作中的每一个细节、每一份文件的归档位置、甚至是一个数字都不可以犯错，因此在这方面，我需要进一步加强，将该记的东西都牢牢的记在心里。

第三，对工作程序掌握不充分，对自身业务熟悉不全面，缺少前瞻性，至使自己在工作会遇到手忙脚乱的情况，甚至会出现一些不该出现的错误，以至于给领导和同事带来不必要的麻烦。第四，办事不够细心谨慎。文秘是一项相对简单但又繁多的工作，要求文秘人员具备良好的专业素质，办事细心，思路缜密。在这方面我做的远远不够，时有粗心大意、做事草率的情况。最后，对于办公室礼仪和社交礼仪的执行度不够，在服务礼仪方面仍有欠缺，往往会造成没有礼貌、不懂规矩的反面影响。

走过了201X，我们即将迎来崭新的201X年，在总结了自己的不足之后，更重要的是不断的提高自己的职业技能和岗位意识，因此我为自己制定了一些要求：

以上产品对最终用户的售前培训、产品安装调试、售后技术服务均由乙方承担。

七、价格保护

甲方的某版本软件降价(统一报价后)，将在三天内对乙方公布，并对此前30天内购买的该版本软件进行价格补偿：

1、遇节假日，不延长保护期;

2、非代理进货和定制软件不予价格补偿;

3、价格补偿仅用于下一次进货。

八、代理商购货信贷额度

乙方与甲方正式签定代理协议后，可以向甲方提出申请购货信贷额度;

1、甲方对乙方提供的购货信贷额度，乙方只能用于订购甲方产品。

2、信贷额度最高时间期限为货发出之日起30天，(甲方发货之日起30天内，乙方必须款到甲方帐户)。

3、在乙方提供购货信贷额度的时间范围内并签定有效订货合同之后，乙方采取先提货后付款的结算方式。这种结算方式，不适用于第一次购货。

4、若乙方取得大订单而资金不足时在常规信贷额度之外，还可以提出临时信贷额度申请，甲方将根据实际情况审批。

5、如果乙方出现提货超额度或者未按期付款的情况，甲方有权暂时停止供货;超期30天，乙方还未归还货款的，甲方有权对乙方提出法律诉讼。

6、乙方的信贷额度申请需填写购货额度申请表，由甲方财务部、销售部联合审核，甲方总经理审批。

九、保密规定

1、合作期间，开始合作前、合作终止后，甲乙双方都有为对方保守经济、技术等商业秘密的责任。包括产品销售收入、客户名单、培训手册、技术手册、技术思路、程序执行代码、源代码等都在保密范围内。

2、代理商不能利用接触甲方技术信息的便利条件，自己或提供便利对甲方的“软件产品”进行反相工程(reverseengineer)、反编译(decompile)或反汇编(disassemble)。

十、其他

(一)甲方有责任向乙方

1)提供优惠的价格，良好的技术支持，和及时周到的服务，以帮助乙方拓展市场;

2)阶段性的提供产品的统一的销售报价，并及时交流有关信息;

3)尽最大努力保障顺畅供货;

4)对乙方在销售甲方产品时的大客户公关;

5)对乙方在销售甲方产品过程中的技术问题提供支持;

6)在易遨软件主页上出现特约代理商名称;

7)在易遨软件站点免费刊登特约代理商简介;

8)在当月易遨所做的媒体广告上刊登上月销售前5名的特约代理商名单。

(二)乙方有责任

1)遵守甲方有关代理协议，承认并严格遵循甲方商标使用的标准;

2)乙方在销售甲方产品过程中保持良好的商业信誉及全力作好维修服务及技术支持工作，维护甲方产品的形象;

3)遵守甲方制定的价格策略及销售代理区域规定和客户分工政策;

4)及时、正确、完整地向甲方提供月度销售报表;

5)合作期间不销售第三方同类型产品。

十一、协议的终止

1、任何一方可提前45天以书面的形式通知对方终止协议，无须提出终止理由，或提前30天以书面形式提出终止理由，通知对方终止本协议。

2、本协议终止后15天内，应结清双方所有的资金，物资和往来帐务。在该期间内未能结清双方又不能达成有效协议的，任何一方均有权提出法律诉讼。

十二、协议的生效

本协议一式两份，双方各执一份，自盖章、签字之日起生效。

未经对方同意，任何一方都不得将对方拥有知识产权的文件公开发表或者转让给第三方。任何一方违约，将支付壹万元违约金给对方。

Self Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

第一条 总则

合同:除非特别说明，“合同”一词均指本合同。

授权代表:甲乙双方各有一至二名授权代表，处理本合同对双方具有法律约束力的事宜。

3、合同修改

为执行本合同所需要通告另一方的信息(如:通知、要求等)都应当以书面形式提供。

本合同的含义和解释，以及各方之间的关系均受中华人民共和国法律约束。

第二条 产品

第三条 付款方式及发货方式、时间

本合同产品货款由甲方一次性支付给乙方。具体支付方式和时间如下:

自本合同签订之日起七个工作日内甲方支付给乙方人民币元整(元)。乙方收到甲方货款后3日内开具合法发票给甲方。

第四条 甲方义务

甲方保证不对乙方所开发的软件进行拷贝、复制、泄露给第三方使用，否则乙方将追究甲方法律责任。

若乙方向甲方出售的产品存在知识产权纠纷和其他任何所有权纠纷，甲方均不承担任何连带责任。

在软件的安装过程中，乙方要全面配合甲方。

第五条 乙方义务

乙方收到甲方合同款后五个工作日内完成甲方系统的安装和功能验证，并通过EMS快件向甲方邮寄软件光盘，光盘内容包括软件系统安装程序、管理员使用手册、用户使用手册。

乙方保证在所出售给甲方的软件产品中没有病毒、木马或其他后门程序。

乙方免费为甲方深圳公司的工程师以及软件使用人员现场培训一次。若甲方需要乙方去外地进行现场培训,甲方需要付给乙方工程师的全部差旅费以及每天贰佰元的培训费、

乙方应该保证提供给甲方的产品能够符合甲方的使用目的，若因为产品质量存在瑕疵导致甲方无法使用，甲方有权利要求乙方承担因此给甲方造成的损失。

第六条 软件服务义务

乙方为软件提供12个月免费升级和网上支持，乙方将开通技术热线和专用邮址为甲方客户提供方便。12个月后若甲方仍需软件升级或技术支持服务每年要向甲方支付800元。

若非因乙方原因造成的产品受损但又必须由乙方提供技术服务的，乙方将收取维护费和服务费。

第七条 争议

甲、乙双方对本合同书的条款在理解上发生争议时，应本着友好协商的态度修改、补充有关条款;双方在履行合同时如发生争议，亦应友好协商解决，如协商不成，双方均可向原告住所地法院提起诉讼。

第八条 违约

甲方未按合同规定日期支付软件款时，每延迟一天，甲方应向乙方支付延迟付款部分5‰的滞纳金。本合同的买卖行为系不可撤销之行为，单方撤销的，应支付对方相当于合同总金额5%的违约金。

乙方未按合同规定日期交付软件时，每延迟一天，乙方应向甲方支付未交货物总金额5‰的滞纳金，并赔偿甲方因此而受到之损失。乙方不能履行第五七条之义务，甲方有权退货，并由乙方承担赔偿甲方损失之责任。

因不可抗拒力导致合同无法履行的，甲、乙双方均不承担违约责任，应重新协商并修改合同。

第九条 其他

本合同一式二份，经双方签字盖章后生效，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。传真件同样有效。附件与正本具有同等法律效力。未尽事宜，双方另行友好协商解决。

职责：

1. 根据项目需求, 配合销售人员前往用户现场进行安装,实施;

2. 处理客户的服务请求，配置和修改系统以满足客户要求;

3. 负责公司相关产品的安装调试、演示培训、应用指导等实施上线工作;

4. 解决客户提出的有关产品使用的疑难问题。

5. 收集与分析客户需求，编写需求文档，引导客户需求，对需求变更进行有效控制;

6. 解决系统使用中客户碰到的问题，维护客户关系，提高客户满意度。

7.根据公司要求安排出差或外调其他分公司工作。

如今，高职教育迎来了高速发展的空前大好时机。为了更好地发展高职教育，越来越多的教育工作者开始致力于高职教学改革工作，并取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但与此同时，笔者也发现有些课程的改革方面依然有些滞后，需要引起更多更广泛的关注，高职商务英语翻译实训课程便位列其中。

一、翻译实训课的重要性实训课作为实践性课程的重要组成部分，对高职教育来说自然非常重要。与普通高等教育相比，高职教育更加重视培养实用型、应用型的人才。实训课程即为实现这一培养目标的重要途径之一。杨国祥，丁钢总结了高职课程建设的基本原则，其中即有突出实践教学的原则。同时，高职教育较普通高等教育而言更强调培养学生的动手实践能力，有人也称高职教育为就业教育。因此，尽快缩短学生进入工作角色的周期就成为高职教育的一个重要目标。设置一些实践性的课程，比如实训课，就有助于实现这一目标。翻译课本身即是实践性非常强的课程，如果没有大量的实际操练和训练，就容易偏于理论而失去其应有的实践性意义。相反，只有通过大量的笔译和口译实操，在训练的过程中发现并帮助解决学生存在的问题，同时补充一些做好翻译所必需的方法、技巧，如笔译中长句的断句技巧、主动语态与被动语态的互变、增词译法、减词译法，口译中的顺译技巧、焊接技巧、拆句技巧、合句技巧、耽搁翻译、预判技巧等，才能让高职商务英语专业的学生更快地掌握翻译技巧和方法，提高翻译能力，从而增强其就业竞争力。

二、高职商务英语翻译实训课现状尽管翻译实训课非常重要，但是高职商务英语翻译实训课目前却表现出发展极其不均衡的状况。

1.就重视程度而言，一些院校非常重视，不仅开设翻译实训课，有些还专门建立了翻译实训室。然而，很多高职院校的商务英语专业不重视或不够重视翻译实训课的建设，只是在翻译课中加一些练习。究其原因，一方面可能是财力、物力等方面有所局限;另一方面，则可能是主观上不够重视，有些院校则根本不设置翻译课和翻译实训课。

2.在开设了翻译实训课的院校中，也存在着各种各样的问题。(1)师资问题教授翻译实训课的教师必须要有翻译知识背景，要了解基本的翻译理论、技巧、方法等，同时最好有商务实践背景。现实情况却是，有些院校的商务翻译实训课是由纯语言学背景但无翻译背景的教师来教授的，有些则由有实践经验但缺乏必需的翻译理论、方法、技巧的教师任教。结果自然都无法令人满意。(2)翻译实训课的课时不足有些院校也开设翻译实训课，但课时却严重不足，导致的结果是教师的讲授和学生的练习均无法达到令人满意的效果。(3)缺乏好的翻译实训课教材教材对教学活动的重要性不言而喻。实训教材包括实训教学大纲、实训指导书、实训教学文字材料、实训教学软件、实训教学音像材料等。市面上缺乏此类翻译实训课教材，因此在教授翻译实训课时只能选择一些翻译教程为教材。如此一来，教学效果肯定会受到很大影响。(4)实训室和实训基地缺乏或数量不足实训室和实训基地对于实训教学的重要性不言而喻，商务英语翻译实训亦是如此。但现实情况却是很多院校根本没有商务英语翻译实训室和实训基地。(5)校企联合、产学研开展不够在实训教学中，校企联合、产学研等都起着举足轻重的作用。据笔者较为详尽的调查，这一块的现状总体也无法令人满意。

三、高职商务英语翻译实训课的改革翻译作为语言的五大基本技能之一，对高职商务英语教学而言，其作用显而易见。商务英语翻译实训课更是商务英语教学中的核心课程之一。据笔者较为详实的调查，广州番禺职业技术学院应用外语系近几年的毕业生有55%左右从事翻译工作或与翻译密切相关的工作。笔者这几年也一直跟踪该系毕业生的情况，给相当多的毕业生修改过翻译任务，归纳了他们所面临的最主要的困难和问题：广告的翻译、商务信函的翻译、合同的翻译、产品说明书的翻译、公司简介的翻译等。这些都为笔者进行的商务翻译实训课程的改革提供了资料和数据支持。以下，将探讨高职商务英语翻译实训课的改革问题。1.重视商务英语翻译实训课的核心地位和作用翻译能力为语言的基本五大技能之一，实训课又是高职教育的特点和亮点，因此高职商务英语翻译实训课的核心地位和作用勿庸置疑。我院应用外语系已将其列为专业必修课。在总结为期一周的商务英语翻译实训课的时候，很多同学都认为通过这一周的实训课，所学的知识几乎超越一学期的翻译课。这其中当然有夸张的成分，并且我们的实训课是在翻译课上完以后开始的，自然离不开翻译课上所学的知识和技巧、方法，但也在一定程度上说明了实训课的重要作用。

2.认真制定实训教学文件，开发实训教材教学文件和教材对于教学活动而言非常重要，我们一定要重视其制定和开发。笔者认为，应当重视专业指导委员会的重要作用，让委员成员们参与到教学文件的制定和实训教材的开发中来。同时，还应当邀请其他的从事翻译工作的企业人士参与其中。只有这样，制定出的教学文件和开发出的教材才能在培养优秀的翻译人才过程中发挥重要作用。

3.做好翻译实训课的师资培训工作教师在教学活动中的重要作用尽人皆知。为了更好地开展翻译实训课的教学工作，一定要重视师资和师资培训问题。(1)可以输送有商务背景但无翻译背景的教师去相关院校培训翻译的相关知识。(2)可以输送有翻译背景但无商务背景的教师去相关院校培养商务知识。(3)邀请专业指导委员会的委员和其他企业界人士前来授课。

六、保证金：

6.1 为确保出租房屋及其设施之安全并完好及租赁期内相关费用之如期结算，乙方同意于签订合同10天内支付给甲方贰个月租金的租赁押金计__________________人民币作为乙方确保合同履行之保证金。乙方搬入后十天内付壹个与租金计______________人民币。

6.2 除合同另有约定之外，甲方应于租赁期满或此合同提前终止之期且乙方透空、点清并付清所有应付费用后，当天将保证金全额无息退还乙方，如保证金以人民币支付，届时也应以人民币形式退还。

七、其他费用：

other charges:

乙方应承担租赁期内实际使用而产生的水、电、液化气费、电话费并按单自行如期交纳所属管理公司或有关机构。

during the term of tenancy,party b is responsible for paying the charges in relation to water, electricity, gas,telephone charges on the basis of the amount of such utilities party b uses. such charges shall be paid when due according to the invoice therefore received by party b from the management company or relevant authority every month.

八、甲方的责任：

party a’s obligations:

8.1 甲方须按时将出租房屋及其家私家具用品与其设施以良好状态交付乙方使用。

party a shall deliver on schedule to party bvacant possession of the leased property including the furniture,furnishing and appliances and the related facilities for party b’s use(furniture,furnishing and appliances to be detailed in appendisl.)

8.2 租赁期内甲方不得收回出租房屋(除非本合同另有规定)，甲方保证乙方可不受干扰的享用该物业。

party a shall not repossess the leased property during the term of party a disturb of interfere with party b’s quiet enjoyment of the leased property.

8.3 在乙方遵守本合同的条款及支付租金的前提下，乙方有权于租赁期内拒绝甲方或其他人骚扰而安静享用出租房屋。

proviede that party b pays the rent and performs and observes party b’s terms and conditions in accordavce with this agreement, party b shall be entitled to hold and enjoy the leased property throughout the term of this tenancy without any interruption by party a or any other person.

8.4 租赁期内出租房屋的结构，进出物业的排水、上下管道、电路等处于良好使用状态。

party a agrees to repair and maintain the structure,drains, pipes and cables, etc.leading in to or from the leased property at all times in good and tenable repair during the term of this tenancy.

九、乙方的责任：

party b’s obligations:

9.1 乙方应按合同的规定，按时支付租金，保证金及其他各项应付费用。

party b shall promptly pay all rent ,security deposit and other charges payable by it in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

9.2 乙方应爱护使用出租房屋，如因乙方的过失或过错致使房屋设施及屋内用具和饰品受到损坏(正常损耗除外)，乙方应负赔偿责任。

paryt b shall treat the leased property with care. if as a result of party b’s negligence or misconduct, the leased property and the related facilities and accessorties suffer any damage(fair wear and tear excepted ),party b shall be responsible for compensating party a for such damages.

9.3 乙方应按本合同的约定合法使用出租房屋，不得擅自改变使用性质，不应存放中华人民共和国法律下所禁止的危险物品，如因此发生损害，乙方应承担全部责任。

party b shall use the leased property legally as agreed in this agreement and may not change such use on its own…party b shall not store any dangerous items which are prohibited by the laws in the people’s republic of china in the leased property and shall be fully responsible for any admages of losses as result thereof.

9.4 未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得将出租房屋转租或租给其他的第三者。

without party a’s prior written consent ,party b may not assign the tenancy or sublet the leased property to a third party.

十、违约处理：

breach of agreement :

10.1 甲、乙任何一方如未按本合同的条款履行，构成违约，应承担相应的违约责任。双方同意违约方应赔偿守约方之直接损失人民币____________元。

if either party a or party b fails to perform its obligations hereunder ,it shall constitute a breach of this agreement and the defaulting party shall be liable for the liabilities resulting from such breach. the parties agree that the party in breach shall pay the other party compensation ____________________for the direct loss and damage suffered by the other party as result of such breach .

10.2 乙方有下列行为之一的，甲方有权终止本合同，收回出租房屋，并且保证金不予返还;

party a shall have the right to terminage this agreement ,repossess the leased property and forfeit the security deposit if party b commits one of the following:

a.未得甲方书面书面同意，将出租房屋擅自转租;

sublets the leased property without party a’s written consent;

b.未得甲方同意将出租房擅自拆改结构或改变用途的：

alters the structure of the leased property or uses the leased property other than for the purpose started herein without party a’s consent;

c.无故拖欠租金超过三天(除双方就本合同存在争议除外)。

fails to pay rent without any reason for more than thirty (30)days after the due date except where there is a dispute in respect of this agreement.

十一、适用法律：

applicable law:

本合同的成立，其有效性、结实、签署和解决与其他有关的一切纠纷均应受中国法律的管辖并依据中国法律解释。

the formation of this agreement ,its validity,interpretation,executiong and settlement of any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the people’s republic of china.

十二、争议的解决：

dispute resolution:

凡因执行本合同所产生的或与本合同有关的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决;协商不成，应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，按其仲裁规则和中华人民共和国仲裁法进行仲裁。仲裁解决是终局的，对双方都有约束力。

in the case of disputes arising over this agreement of any matters related hereto ,the parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve such disputes.if such negotiation fails, the parties shall submit the dispute to arbitration by the china international economic and trade arbitration commission in accordance with its arbitration rules and the arbitration law of the people’s republic of china.the decision of the arbitration body is final and shall be binding on the parties hereto.

十三、其他

13.1 本合同如有未尽事宜，由甲、乙双方洽谈解决。

本学期我们重点学习了广联达图形算量软件和钢筋抽样软件。通过对广联达软件的培训学习，不仅提高了我的识图能力，还提升了我对有关工程软件操作的热爱。

在学习广联达软件之前，我们重点学习了AutoCAD制图软件，并简单地学习了解了PKPM计价软件。通过对三种软件的学习和比较，我觉得在绘图速度方面，广联达图形算量软件和PKPM计价软件更为优秀。因为这两种软件可以直接建立轴网，在画门窗时也不需要创建块慢慢插入，只要定义好构件直接画就好了。但是，两种软件毕竟不是专门的制图软件，对比AutoCAD制图软件来说，它们在绘图上做不到足够的精确细致。

广联达图形算量软件GCL8.0操作起来比较简单，基本上只要按照图纸设定好各个构件的信息属性就行。但是，在操作过程中若不小心弄错层就不好处理了了，而这一点是它不如GCL20xx之处。很遗憾，因为没有对GCL20xx软件的集中学习，对于它在处理错层方面还是不大了解。

在我看来，广联达软件中的三维显示功能是非常实用的。三维显示使我们所绘制的图形立体画，能从不同的角度观察图形从而清晰地了解建筑物的一部分构造，这对提高我们的空间想象能力是大有帮助的。而识图最大的障碍就是空间想象能力不佳。

画图过程中，我觉得在设置“工程信息”方面有必要认真、严谨。一定要把各个信息(如基础形式、檐高、结构标高等)确定好，以免影响后续的作业。对于主体结构，应该注意是否需要偏移。确定好了，再做梁、柱、钢筋等工程时才不会出现算量错误。

我觉得广联达的钢筋抽样软件是广联达公司最有特色的软件。它最大限度开放了各类钢筋的计算方法并能自动考虑构件之间的关联和扣减，因此我们只需完成绘图即可实现钢筋量计算。

在钢筋编辑中设置的计算规则可以修改，而计算结果能直观显示每根钢筋的形状、计算过程、搭接形式、计算公式，这样便于查看和控制钢筋绘制以便满足多种算量需求。

在软件学习中，资源共享应该是个比较值得提倡的问题。广联达钢筋抽样软件与图形算量软件GCL8.0实现统一平台，并且不用安装CAD就能直接将CAD图导入，很好地节省了算量时间。

在使用软件过程中，我觉得应该注意的问题：

在工程设置时，结构类型、设防烈度、檐高、抗震等级的输入不正确，会影响计算结果。 绘制板时，单边标注板负筋长度不含支座宽时，即使在计算设置里设了“单边标注负筋长度到支座内边线”，除负筋在墙处能计算正确外(墙不是板的支座)，在有梁(梁为板支座)处的板负筋，软件在计算时会扣除1/2支座宽，计算有误。为避免此类问题发生，需在有墙的地方布置。单边标注板负筋时应选择“按墙布置”，同理有梁时选“按梁布置”，在有连梁的地方选“按板边布置”或“画线布置”。

在绘制柱时，框架柱在画完构件后，顶层柱应自动判断边角柱，顶层柱不可在“全部纵筋”处输入钢筋信息，应分别在“角筋、H一边纵筋、B一边纵筋”处分别输入，否则，即使边角柱判断成功，软件也不会正确计算。

感谢老师带领我们学习各种工程软件，让我们熟悉操作流程，为我们以后的就业创造更有利的竞争条件。虽然各种软件能为我们以后的工程制图、算量、计价提高效率，但我觉得对软件我们不能过分的依赖，不要希望它能解决所有的问题，算出所有的量，我们一定要运用自己的智慧，把软件的很多功能结合起来，找出最快最好的方法和技巧。真正的要软件为我们所用，而不是软件来主导我们!

I use these two programs were established through the forum, the first time I was using the Phpwind then I switch to the Discuz (I was just a little knowledge of HTML and CSS), forced me to renounce the use of Phpwind Forum program is mainly due to Phpwind forum interface does not look good (now phpwind design team seems to have made improvements in this regard), and the second is that many features are very difficult to get a clear idea, plug-in installation is very cumbersome. In fact Phpwind features a little bit stronger than Discuz.But now weve found that most of them will access the site are based on Discuz established. Why Phpwind Discuz than the market depends critically on interface design and user experience design.

Also Apples iPhone sold very popular, iPhone hardly high-end hardware, but also what a powerful phone features no R & D (Apple hand some basic pieces of software features intelligent machines can be installed) but Apple is selling good! Everyone know because iPhone industrial design interface design and user experience design well done!

Combined with various examples, we will find people to improve the cultural quality, application software can not merely meet the functional needs.

Also you need to have aesthetic and cultural connotation of the demand. Now the main force of Chinas labor force is 70 80 (decade after 8090) and most of these people have received a good education is not had it tough, these people know how to aesthetic has its own personality, more selective. This requires us to work in software interface design and user experience design. This will cater to the various needs of users. Customer satisfaction, get a good reputation.Develop a broader market.
