2、培训未完毕，但因不可归责于乙方事由使培训不能完成时，甲方也应向乙方支付报酬。

3、乙方在承办培训过程中，甲方应指定有关人员积极协助配合，给予工作方便。

八、双方的权利

按照国家有关民办职业教导的规定，保证培训的合法性。培训过程中，若一方未履行

合同书，另一方则有权终止该合同;若一方因培训未尽事宜，另一方有向国民法院起诉的权利。

九、违约责任
