(一)举办志愿者税法咨询活动。我局派出20名业务骨干，先后在法制广场、宜陵镇、双沟镇等多个咨询点开展了不一样形式的税收咨询活动，以“税收促进发展，发展为了民生”为主要资料，重点宣传与公民生活密切相关的税收收入、税收政策、税收管理和纳税服务等有关资料，加强了优化纳税服务和整顿、规范税收秩序的宣传。志愿者服务队派发各种税收宣传单1000余份，解答现场咨询，吸引了广大纳税人踊跃参与，取得了良好的社会宣传效应，树立了江都地税的良好形象。

(二)组织开展学雷锋”礼貌交通志愿服务周周行活动，城区六个分局80余名志愿者们利用周六休息时间，统一佩戴志愿者标志到交通要塞维护交通秩序，劝导行人与非机动车礼貌同行，以自身的具体行为，影响和带头身边人，为营造礼貌交通新秩序，做出地税人应尽的贡献。

(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作，透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱，促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识，，广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念，倡导礼貌新风。

(四)组织开展环境维护整治志愿服务活动。区局组织广大团员青年投入到邵伯母亲河的保护活动中，参与了团委组织的植树护绿、清洁家园、环境整治活动，让广大居民了解保护环境的重要性，提高环境整治在群众心中的配合与参与意识。

(五)开展“一帮一”活动，支持和服务新农村发展。志愿者服务队响应区政府的要求，开展了“一帮一”活动，走进农户、走进农民、服务“三农”。在活动中，以办实事、求实效为工作方针，深入开展了思想共建、文化共建、绿色共建、平安共建、和谐共建活动，为新农村建设带给智力支持、致富支持，有效地促进了新农村建设。

虽然我局的“学雷锋”志愿服务活动取得了一些成绩，可是，也存在的一些问题：如在队伍高速发展，志愿者数量增加很快的状况下如何管理;后备队伍骨干如何推选和使用;志愿者的整体素质如何提高，志愿者整体培训如何开展;怎样提高志愿者的宣传服务的用心性，让更多优秀志愿者主动申请报名并推荐加入志愿队;怎样开展更多志愿服务活动，提高队伍凝聚力等等。这些问题与思考也将促动我们在下阶段进一步努力实践。回顾过去，成绩鼓舞人心，展望明天，我们任重道远。接下来，我们将开展更多更丰富多彩的有益活动，围绕深化志愿服务内涵、拓展志愿服务领域、扩大志愿服务队伍、健全完善志愿服务机制等方面不断加强。大力弘扬志愿服务精神，彰显人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间和谐共存、相互关爱的理念，秉承自觉自愿、力所能及的原则，有效动员和整合各类社会资源，共同推进社会发展和提高，广泛动员社会力量参与志愿服务，为建设和谐社会作出应有的贡献!

被动的处理工作，对待工作不能主动出击。工作梳理不够明晰，对于手头上的工作重点不够明确。本职业务不够熟悉，对外市场了解不够。工作进行中不懂得地方，未能及时请教询问领导。

In this opportunity, as a good environment, as a lot of my personal problems, leadership of my criticism and concern, deeply touched me. Now the personal work and future work will be summarized as follows: passive treatment work, do not take the initiative to deal with the work. 今后的工作打算，进一步加强自身的服务意识，坚持诚信招商，服务为本。努力学习本职工作专业知识及业务。了解招商方面的资料，从报纸，电视，网络上学习招商方面的知识，充实头脑，放开思想，更新观念。空暇时间多去大型CED市场调研，统计数据用于实际工作中。多跑新客户，对新兴起的经营项目多方面了解储备客户资源。

The future work plan, to further strengthen their service awareness, adhere to the integrity of business, service oriented. Work hard to learn the knowledge and business of their own work. Understanding of investment information, from the newspaper, television, network learning investment knowledge, enrich the mind, release ideas, update ideas. Spare time to go to the large CED market research, statistical data for the actual work. More than running a new customer, the new emerging business projects to understand the reserves of customer resources.

自己在工作中不足的地方，今后要加强学习，努力提高自身素质：爱岗敬业，做好自己的本职工作;对领导的关心下、同事的帮助中，成长为一名优秀的招商工作者。

我们每个人，或多或少都有过自卑的心理，觉得自己不行。这时候，我们需要自己给自己一点信心，如果自己都不能相信自己，我们又怎么能期望别人相信自己呢?

为什么别人能做到的事情，我们不能呢?只要我们够努力，别人能做到，我们也可以做得到，甚至可能会做得更好。因为，我们并不比任何人差!

身在职场中，我们或许会遭遇到不公平的指责，会遭受排挤，会受委屈，会经历太多过去没有经历过的事情，这时候，我们更要冷静。

职场自有职场的规矩，新人难免受委屈，受委屈不要紧，就当做是对自己的磨练，在这种磨练中，把自己培养成为坚强的人。

以上是我在我的毕业实习中总结出来的心得体会。参加实习的几个月时间里，我收获得不仅仅是工作经验，还有许多的朋友和更多宝贵的人生财富。

I am actually a native of this city and entered -x university after i passed the higher educational entrance test. that is why i love this piece of land and want to make contribution for my hometown.

I have been working hard as a student and a part-time teacher. sometimes friends ask me whether im a tireless person. of course i am not. but i just like that sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. i enjoy the alternative roles: being an english teacher and a student at the same time.

In my class, i encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach english study in their unique ways, because i believe study is a personalized process. last week when i gave them the first class of this semester, i said,"everyone should become a critical thinker in my class, and i want to be a good teacher in its real sense". im not the traditional teacher. i try to reform the english teaching in my classes. hope i can do something to change the present situation of english teaching.
