导致学生这种学习状态的原因主要有以下方面：

1、对高中英语产生畏惧心理。很多学生对新环境、新老师、新方法一下子很难适应，再加上英语课程的难度加大，词汇量增大，课文中句子结构长而复杂，学生更是束手无策。很难应付。前一两次的考试成绩更是把相当一部分学生尚存的自信大得烟消云散。这时，很多学生就会对英语产生畏惧心理及厌烦情绪。

2、学习方法不得当。很多学生还是沿用初中的学英语习惯及方法，殊不知，高中英语与初中英语有很大差异，学习方法也就应随之而改变；还有很多学生爱用学理科的思维及方法学英语，很多东西爱问为什么、特较真，殊不知，英语有时更多的是习惯问题，没有为什么。

那么如何采取有效措施帮忙学生克服学习障碍，尽快适应高中英语学习呢?

一、帮忙学生克服对高中英语产生的畏惧心理，树立学好英语的信心。

三、帮忙学生养成良好的学习习惯

1、养成朗读和背诵课文的习惯

课前预习的第二个好处还在于知识和技能的再次认识和操练上。也就是说，语言材料经过预习和课堂上讲解与练习有两次接触机会，要比不预习的学习操练效果高出一倍以上，所学资料和技能务必扎实、牢固。知识和潜力积累的实效性与时间和次数成正比，这正是英语学习的特点。

课后复习是上好英语课又一辅助要素，也就是说是另一个先决条件。因为只有牢牢把握住先前的知识和技能才能进一步深入地学下去，获取新的知识。否则，前后脱节，新的资料不能很好的理解和掌握，旧的东西又离你而去，最终不会取得好的学习效果。

课后复习的作用还在于能够使学到的知识得以深化和完善。由于课堂教学所包含的知识量及其活动时间有限，因此，想透过课堂听课解决自己学习上所有问题是不现实的。从传授知识的角度而言，不管是从教师的主观努力来讲还是从课堂教学的客观来讲，都不足以包含每个学生实际需求量。这一不足应依靠于我们学生自身的努力，透过适时的复习，查漏补缺，从而全面、深入地掌握所学资料。

3.养成课下阅读的习惯

高中英语课程标准明确指出：“要透过提高学生阅读潜力，单纯透过教科书中的课文教学是不够的，还要根据学生的具体状况，有计划地指导学生在课外阅读必须数量的读物。”这是因为：第一，先行的课文教学担负着语言知识教学的任务，故课文生词和新结构的密度大，不是用于流畅阅读的训练；第二，精读实质上是综合训练，超多时间用于为语言点的复用掌握而安排的听、说、写操练上，读的专门训练不够。那里所指的课外阅读即泛读。首先是让学生独立阅读，但又不是“放羊式”的阅读，而是在教师有计划的指导下进行的课外阅读。所以，泛读既是阅读材料的问题，又是阅读方法的问题。

以下是我就这学年第一学期英语教学工作所作的总结。

一、加强研究，提高复习备考工作的针对性

在高考前我认真学习并分析了高考题的类型，目的是总结规律寻找突破口。从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性;找趋势;开拓性地抓复习备考，制定了针对性的复习。

二、制定计划，加强复习的目标性。

在期初我根据学生的具体情况，制定出了切实可行的复习计划，把复习分为三个阶段。

1、夯实基础，发展能力。

近年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查，对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。因此，在复习过程中，巩固他们的各项基础知识，只有地基根深，才能造起高楼大厦，同时通过不断的语言练习，掌握一定的技巧。同时还要训练他们的学习习惯和端正学习态度。在此基础上，再通过系统的训练，来发展能力。

2、回归基础，强化重点专题训练。

进入高三后半学期，随着高考的临近，就根据学生的具体情况把握中档、低档题，偶尔给几个尖子出一些难题，大所述学生对基础知识的掌握不牢固。这时，复习的重点就放在查漏补缺上。将做过的试卷整理后，建立错题档案，弥补知识漏洞，进行强化记忆和训练。

“三个突破”就是突破听力，突破阅读理解，突破书面表达。这三个大题在高考试卷中分值比重大，因此，我把它们列为高三复习的重点和难点。

听力训练坚持常规训练和专项训练相结合的思路。充分利用听力材料《维克多英语听力》。保证每天15—20分钟的听力练习;在听力课堂教学中，进一步强化听力技巧的训练。听前读题干及选项;听中记笔记或划出题干或选项中的关键词语;听后回忆信息，慎重选择答案。同时指导学生充分利用手头的听力原稿，找出出错的原因。在时间充裕的情况下，选择性的对照听力原稿再听。同时督促学生课后对出错的听力题原文朗读。

阅读坚持精读与泛读相结合、课上与课下相结合的训练思路。挑选难度相当的阅读文章，在课堂上进行限时阅读。坚持天天读的日常复习计划。利用难度适中的活页阅读材料，每天至少读2篇短文;注重阅读方法的指导，培养学生应对不同文体，抓主要信息点的能力。以细节题的解题能力训练为主，强化各项阅读技能训练，提高学生的解题技巧。在做题过程中引导学生做到：快读文章笼统抓大意;带着问题回读文章，找到相关信息，认真分析后，通过排除或对比来获得答案。从而够助学生减轻阅读压力，提高阅读的信心和效率。教学过程给学生充分的时间和空间，让学生通过练习、体验高考阅读的命题思路，并总结归纳适合自己的解题方法。

书面表达从审题、运用正确句式、词汇和语法、及语句连接成分三个方面训练学生的情景作文表达能力;从描述事物及过程和得体地表述个人的见解和想法两个方面训练学生的开放作文表达能力。利用区研讨会各校共享的写作材料，对写作常用的词汇、短语以及容易出现中式思维的高考作文原句进行单句翻译,同时找学生在黑板上写出自己翻译的句子，大家找出哪里好，可以学习借鉴，或哪有问题需要引起注意，培养学生互相学习，共同进步的意识。对学生写作训练进行有针对性的指导。引导不同层次的学生，找出自身的突破点。同时发挥优秀学生范文的引领作用。激发学生的写作热情，帮助学生增添自信。

3、 精选习题，优化训练。

针对高考能力考查的要求越来越高的特点，高三复习加大训练力度，让学生做足够量的练习题，是十分必要的。但训练必须讲求实效，不能不分试题优劣，不顾训练效果，盲目搞题海战术。在资料的选取上，我以精制滥，认真筛选，让他们训练，然后认真讲评，讲命题依据，讲命题特点，讲命题思路，讲解题技巧，力求收到较好的效果。

四、狠抓教学环节，优化课堂教学以促进备考。

深入细致地备好每一节课。在备课过程中，我认真研究教材，力求准确把握重点、难点。并注重参阅相关辅助资料，根据自己的学生特点，认真备教材。这个学期，为了提高课堂教学的容量和质量尽量利用多媒体辅助教学。在充分备课的基础上，每节课都能以饱满的热情，温和、友善的态度面对学生，尽可能地保证每节课的教学质量，提高课堂45分钟的效率。认真及时批改作业及试卷，并及时进行反馈，有针对性地进行讲解。每次写书面表达的时候，尽量给学生面改的机会。同时，多利用午休或其他空闲时间给一些英语瘸腿的同学进行补习。

五、 高三教学的一些反思

(一)高考试题选材求新、求异的特点和向语段、语篇的理解与运用能力的考查侧重，这就要求我们教师自身在注重本学科基础知识的系统性的同时，还要注意跨学科知识渗透能力和基本技能的培养。

(二.)要真正吃透高考考纲和高考对高三学生的能力考查要求，在复习教学过程中，一定要做到去粗取精，不要花费太多宝贵的课堂教学时间去讲解收效慢的知识内容。

(三)高考英语的总趋势要求高中教师要不断充电，迅速提升自身综合素质。同时要研究如何帮助学生形成适合自己学习需要的英语学习策略，这对于高三备考的学生有很大的帮助。

总之，在这一年里，我收获颇丰，和学生共同成长和进步，我会继续努力。

学习的方法是因人而异的，不要一味去模仿别人的学习方法，有些人总是认为高考状元的方法就是的，人家说怎么学就怎么做，鲁迅不写过一篇拿来主义嘛!学习上也一样，取其精华，取其糟粕。我觉得勤奋不等于不休息，有些人晚上睡很晚，中午还不睡觉，说不瞌睡，那是假的，虽然你上课确实没睡着，其实思维跟本跟不上，从生物角度说吧，神经已经部分在休眠。有个理论叫7大于8，就是说你学习小时休息一小时比你学八小时效率高。我是比较相信的，我在高中从来不熬夜的。
