我叫某某某，来自某某某，毕业于某某某师范学校，所学幼师专业。请各位前辈多多指教。

20某某年毕业后，我先后到过某某某“某某某幼儿园”、某某某“某某某儿园”代课。我天生有一份对孩子的爱心、耐心和责任心，我非常喜爱幼师这个职业。历经生活的考验，如今，比起刚毕业时，现在的我积累了不少与孩子们打交道的经验，更多了一份成熟和自信。

教师这个职业是神圣而伟大的，他要求教师不仅要有丰富的知识，还要有高尚的情操。因此，在读师范时，我就十分注重自身的全面发展，广泛地培养自己的兴趣爱好，并学有专长，做到除擅长绘画和剪纸外，还会唱、会跳、会讲。当然，“学高仅能为师，身正方能为范”，在注重知识学习的同时我还注意培养自己高尚的道德情操，自觉遵纪守法，遵守社会公德，没有不良嗜好和行为。最重要的是，我很喜爱小孩，也非常受孩子们喜欢，我有很好的方法与之沟通和交流，我想，这些都是一名幼儿教育工作者应该具备的最起码的素养。

假如，我通过了面试，成为众多教师队伍中的一员，我将不断努力学习，为家乡的教育事业贡献自己的力量。

回顾了大学四年的不足，表达了在研究生阶段完善的决心。

很荣幸能够走进研究生院继续深造和学习，这是我自己努力的结果，更是大学时代老师的栽培和同窗的帮助。我的大学生活是我最开心，收获最多的一个阶段。

从在大学期间大学担任职务，再到和同学一起创办社团，让我受益匪浅，组织能力和策划能力有了很大的提高。尤其是在我们策划各种活动，对我的交际和团队合作能力也有非长大的提高。当然在组建社团的同时，我并没有忘记对自己学业的要求，顺利地通过了国家英语和计算机二级考试，在学有余力的情况下我阅读很多课外书籍。这不仅拓展了我的知识结构，也让我能够全面的发展。我认为虽然大学的生活不是万能的，但是如果能够利用好这些宝贵的时间和资源，我们还是有很大的收获的。

大学四年是我思想、知识结构及心理、生长成熟的四年。在大学期间，我自己认真学习专业技能，所以我掌握了较强的专业知识，并把理论知识运用到实践中去，期末总评成绩名列年级前茅，获得优秀学生奖学金二等、三等各两次，荣获校级三好学生称号。我所学专业是计算机，在熟练掌握各种基本软件的使用及硬件维护过程中，有独特的面试经验总结。顺利通过国家社会和劳动保障部高新技术办公软件应用模块资格高级操作员考试。同时，我发扬团队精神，帮助其他同学，把自己好的学习面试经验无私的介绍给其他同学，共同发展，共同进步。

纵观这四年的生活是非常精彩的，但是也留下了一些遗憾。但是这都是我人生路上的财富。所以我会在今后的研究生学习中弥补大学期间的不足毛病。争取在研究生阶段能够更加完善自我。

这段时间的教学工作让我感受很多，线上教学十分的异常，在以前这是没有过的经历，让我感觉十分的好，我也十分的珍惜这段时间的以来的工作经历，作为一名语文教师我一向都奋斗在一线，我也明白自我的职责所在，在工作当中本着一个自觉的态度这次的线上教学工作让我体会到了不一样的上课方式，也让我学会一个新的教学方式，当然这个过程当中还是会有一些问题的，可是我都是在努力的去解决，这些都不是什么大的问题，在网络线上教学的过程当中虽然说会遇到一些问题，但这也是一种磨砺自我的方式，对我的帮忙很大，这段时间的工作我也需要做一番总结。

在工作当当中我一向都坚持着十分端正的心态，无论是做什么都是一向奋斗再最前面，不是什么时候都能够给自我找借口的，这段时间以来的工作让我也承受了很多，我一向偶读期望自我能够在这个过程当中积累到必须的知识，我是相信我能够处理好相关的工作的，在这个过程当中一向坚持着比较自我的心态，我也明白作为一名教师就应当对自我的工作负责，这是必须的，线上教学不是一个十分简单的事情，这相比在学校教室里面上课还是有一些区别的，虽然说这样的区别也不是十分的大，可是这也是足够我去思考了，有些东西本来就是有一个稳定的心态去解决的，线上教学过程当中虽然遇到了一些难题，可是这无法阻止我去做好自我的本职工作。

这段时间我也沉浸了很多，用言语无法表达我这段时间以来的一些经历，我感觉自我在这个过程当中还是有很多收获的，我也是相信我能够在这一阶段的工作当中继续落实好这些，不是什么时候都能够忽视掉这些的，有些东西是靠自我自觉，自觉是比什么都重要，我也相信在未来的一段时间当中我能够更加努力的去处理好相关的工作，让自我做的更好，这是必须的，线上教学是一个很不错的经历，我也一向都在处理好自我本职工作，对于自我在上课期间的一个教学方式还是十分关心的，这段时间也有了一些提高，让我持续的在这条路上走的更加的远了，我必须会努力的坚持下去的，让自我坚持好心态，努力的坚持好状态，把身边的每一件事情都落实到位。

First of all, thank you judge a teacher, gave me an opportunity and platform to display themselves, to achieve my ideal. I am a cheerful, broad-loving girl. 20__年度，本人坚持四项基本原则，坚持党的各项方针政策，进取参加党组织的各项活动，并担任材料一系党支部宣传委员，做好党组织的宣传工作，同时，认真做好材料一系教研活动的记录工作。

在教学、科研及教书育人方面的工作作自我总结如下：

(一)教学方面

课堂教学方面，本年度共承担3门本科专业课程和1门研究生课程的课堂教学工作。在实践教学方面，承担冶金工程专业课程设计、生产实习以及毕业论文等实践环节的教学工作。教学过程中注重学生分析解决实际问题本事的培养，关注学生全方面发展。

全年教学工作量饱满，教学认真，效果良好，荣获优秀教学质量奖三等奖。

(二)教研方面

第一负责人，主持完成校级教改项目一项，新申请并获批校级教改项目一项和院教改项目一项，发表教学研究论文1篇。

(三)科研方面

课题：参加国家863、国家自然基金等省部级以上项目3项。

论文：发表论文5篇，其中1篇为国外SCI论文，另4篇EI收录。

会议：参加国外召开的国际会议和国内会议各一次，发表论文3篇。

(四)教书育人方面

为响应创新型社会对人才创新本事培养的需要，利用业余时间进取鼓励和指导学生参加课外科研活动，指导学生完成科研立项4项(全部结题)，申报并指导学生开展校级创新项目1项。
