经过培训，我懂得了怎样去爱学生。“爱”是一门艺术，能爱是一个层面，善爱则是另一个层面。作为教师，今后我要努力做到能爱、善爱，去关爱学生成长过程中的每一个微小的“闪光点”，要爱他们具有极大的可塑性，要爱他们在教育过程中的主体能动性，要爱他们成长过程中孕育出来的一串串的成果。我想，总会有一天，我会成为那个能在学生心中播撒阳光的教师。
