3、课程标准与考试说明对本节资料的要求;

4、近几年高考试题对本节资料的考查情景;

5、学生对本节资料预习中可能存在的问题;

幼儿园教师应扮演什么角色、承担哪些职责，为胜任这些职责，幼儿园教师应具备什么样的素质结构，幼儿园教师在不同的专业发展阶段应确立什么样的发展目标，对这些问题的研究目前还停留在干研究者的理论探讨层面，远未在专业界形成清晰的共识。这一现状导致的结果一方面是理论界和研究者批评学前教育领域对教师角色和形象的设想理念落后，将幼儿园教师的职责重点放在看护照料和带领孩子唱歌跳舞上，或者组织正式的分科教学活动上，未能跟随学前教育领域的改革，构思新的教师角色和形象;另一方面，实践界批评从师范院校毕业的学生眼高手低，只会空谈理念，不具备幼儿园工作所需要的基本技能，不知怎样带班、怎样上课，更谈不上适应幼儿园改革和科研的需求。

一、以教师自评体系协助教师专业发展

学前教育领域的教师评价体系并不少见，如用于幼儿园教师职称评定和优秀教师选拔的标准体系，但是这些标准的制订往往从方便管理的角度出发，列出一些行政上可操作的指标，旨在对教师的履职情况和绩效进行外部评价，并不围绕保障和促进幼儿发展这一根本教育目的而详细描述教师应尽的职责及其尽责的应有表现，从而不能给专业工作者提供一套专业的行为准则，因此，不足以作为专业标准，给教师的专业发展以规范和指导，并切实地通过评价促进教师的专业发展。

近年来，与教师日常教育过程并行的教师自我评价开始被视为教师职前培养和职后培训之外的第三种促进教师专业发展的重要机制。[2]人们日益意识到，教师专业水平的不断发展，更多地依靠教师在教育教学实践中的自我锤炼，教师需要在自我反思、自我评价中实现自身的专业发展。[3][4]从教育评价的角度看，这体现了发展性评价的思想。但是倡导教师的自我反思和评价，并不排斥外界的帮助，恰恰相反，专业界应该采取一些措施，帮助和鼓励教师进行有条理的自我评价并支持其改进。从维持工作的专业水准出发，制订自我评价体系，促进他们客观地评价自己，给教师的反思提供一个支撑点，是一种有意义的、促进教师专业发展的途径，只是实际上这种体系十分缺乏。

在学前教育领域，近年来已经有学者和幼儿园从帮助教师反思和专业发展的角度，在编订幼儿园教师自我评价体系方面做了有益的探索和尝试。①上海市幼儿园教师专业发展自我评价体系的研制也是出于同样的目的发起的，特别是想为新任教师的在岗学习和入职辅导提供支撑，以弥补她们职前教育的不足，同时还试图为教师持续的专业发展指明道路。

评价体系所指向的专业发展，聚焦于教师与幼儿互动和创设、利用各种机会支持幼儿发展和自我专业发展的能力上，即保育、教育上的能力表现，而不是教师与其他行业从业者共同的普通素养，如语言表达能力、行为举止、一般道德等;或者教师在专门内容领域上的知识和能力，如关于自然、社会和艺术等某个领域的知识和能力，这些素质领域被视为专业能力的背景。教师在这些方面的素养并非不重要，同时也很难空洞地、脱离情境地衡量它们与教育素养和能力的相对重要性，②但是，教师的普通素养和专门领域知识必须具体体现到教师的教育工作中去，化为儿童能体验到的东西，对于教师这个角色才有意义。因此，本研究把重心直接放在教师实际的教育能力上。

二、上海市幼儿园教师专业发展自评体系研制的指导思想

研制教师专业发展自评体系，必须澄清以下几个基本问题：第一，在幼儿园中，为了保障儿童的健康、安全、学习和发展，教师需要承担哪些方面的职责?个体教师在全面承担这些职责的基础上，是否可以在不同领域中各有发展的侧重，从而使不同教师在不同的领域有专长或较高的胜任水平，使幼儿园逐渐达到高水平的分工与合作状态?第二，在评价体系中，应把教师的专业行为，还是专业知识，抑或专业态度作为核心的评价内容，才更有助于帮助教师自我反思?这也就需要考虑，在指标描述中应如何处理专业知识、专业态度与专业行为表现之间的关系?第三，教师的专业发展既然是一个持续的过程，需要经历若干阶段，那么，对不同教师的专业要求只做量上的区别呢，还是针对不同发展阶段的教师最关心的或最迫切需要解决的不同问题提出有质的差异的专业要求?

对于第一个问题，我们认为，由于幼儿园教育的特殊性，专业的幼儿园教师必须承担多种角色和职责，她不仅对儿童在园期间直接负有保教责任，特别是要把保育和教育两大类职责结合在一起，而且对帮助和支持家长负有责任，这是一种间接保教的责任;如果从增进幼儿福利和发展这一更广阔的视野出发，幼教行业要达到较高的专业水准，教师除了胜任现有的保教工作之外，还有责任保障和促进自己的专业发展，甚至有责任为整个专业领域的专业化做出努力。鉴于此，在专业发展的自评体系中，我们以保障和促进儿童的身心健康和发展为核心，尽可能全面地罗列教师的职责范围，使评价体系的指标涵盖一切影响儿童全面均衡发展的因素。

由此，在我们研制的自评体系中，不仅会涉及影响儿童身体健康和认知发展的工作，还会涉及影响儿童语言、自我意识、社会性、创造性、审美和表达等各方面发展的工作;不仅会涉及教师组织的专门学习活动，还会涉及教师在常规生活中与儿童的互动、环境的布置和创设、作息和活动规则的制订、与家长的沟通和合作。此外，自评体系还包含了教师促进自身专业发展的一些要求。

同样由于幼儿园工作的特殊性，我们认为，每个幼儿园教师在完成基本职责上都必须是多面手，但是，要更好地为幼儿及其家庭提供高质量的、专业的服务，同时又需要幼儿园教师有不同的专长，在一个高水平上分工合作。因此，在自评体系中，我们将新手教师的角色定位在多面手上，而将成熟教师的角色定位。
