1、坚持听说领先，读写跟随上的原则

在任何语言中，听都是第一位的。没有听就没有说。听是信息的输入，有了足够量的信息输入才能有信息的输出。教师的任务就是要通过大量语言信息输入，使之内化为学习者的一种能力。听的能力包括听得见、听得懂、听得准。听是目的，也是手段，不听，不会听，谈不到会说。新编初中英语教材强调语言的功能，重视听说。听什么呢?一是听教师讲;二是听英语录音带;三是听同学讲。学习新语言项目总是先闻其声再见其形。教师在课堂上努力营造英语氛围，尽量用英语组织教学，课前，值日生做英语值日报告;有新生转来时，让其用英语自我介绍以训练听说。说依赖于听，就还应从模仿开始，先模仿老师，模仿录音，然后同学间学说，最终达到脱口而说，自然流畅。

一、学生基本情况分析

本期我担任三年级的英语教学工作，这俩个班学生从整体来看，学生年龄较小，习惯差，上课注意力不集中。但大部分学生聪明活泼、勤奋好学。这些学生基本上都未曾接触过英语，他们对英语感到好奇，对英语都有着十分浓厚的兴趣。所以我对俩个班的英语教学工作还是充满了信心。

一、教学目标：

以学生发展为本，加强对学生的听、说、读、写的培养。利用牛津英语教材的教学特点，注重学生人格的塑造，养成良好的学习习惯，培养学生的学习兴趣，是学生具有初步运用英语进行描述的能力。

小学阶段是英语学习的准备阶段，三年级又是是否打好英语学习基础的分水岭。因此，这学期要激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣和培养良好的学习习惯，并掌握一些基础性的英语技能。三年级是后三年学习的关键。本学期要求学生掌握222个单词，Yes， No –Question 和特殊疑问句Wh-question，祈使句的句型。主要通过看图，听录音，进行听说训练来培养学生能运用一些简单的交际能力，为以后的进一步学习打下良好的基础。

1、优化课堂教学，提高学生学习效率

本教材教学内容包括英语常用句型及准确地运用句型进行写作，掌握音标及部分音标组合，学会拼读单词，目的是使学生达到教学大纲规定的小学英语初级水平。训练按音标规则拼读和拼写单词，重点采用"语音拼读法"，少用或不用"字母拼读法"。朗读课文是教学中的必要的环节，语音、语调及句子重音应予以重视，训练根据图画写简单的句子。本册有了更丰富的歌曲、课本剧、游戏活动，开始要求学生用读和写的方法来学习英语，来逐步培养学生读写英语的能力。

四、教学策略及采取的措施

【教学策略】

1.抓好常规教学，从细小的环节抓起，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

2.遵循小学英语教学的规律，有浅入深，循序渐近，注重阶段性，重复性，连续性，趣味性。

3.采取互助的方式，来解决后进生的问题。充分利用课外活动时间对后进生进行辅导。同时加强实效性，优秀生充当小老师，乐教，差生充当小学生，愿学。

4.搞好家长与教师的沟通，共同教育好学生。

5.充分利用现代化的教学手段，增强英语教学的趣味性，激发学生的兴趣，提高学生的学习英语的积极性。

一、学生情况分析

三年级的学生已经接触英语一学期了，对英语学习有着强烈的好奇心和积极性，三(1)班上学期平均分89分，其中后进生较多，这些学生平时的表现也不是很好，上课不讲话，不违反纪律，也有张开嘴巴跟读，可是不大声，可能读出来的自己也听不见，学习比较被动，学习的基础较差。三(2)班学生上课活跃，发言积极，平时很乐于参与课堂上的一些活动，大部分学生上课的表现很好，有及个别学生很懒惰，也比较典型，做事慢慢吞吞的，态度也不是很好。上学期的平均分稍高一些，90分。主要的情况就是学生比较懒散，需要无时无刻的监督。

小学英语学生用书是本套教材的核心，共6个单元和2个复习单元. 每个单元分 ABC 三个部分，共10页， 复习单元为6页。英语作业本紧密配合学生用书使用，每单元的设计以学生用书中的 AB 两个部分的内容为主，共6页。此外，还有教师用书、教师卡片、学生卡片、录音磁带、课堂作业本等与之相配套。

1、会话教学(Let s talk/Let s play)

学生很爱玩，好表现自己。用表演和游戏的形式来进行交流，学习、运用语言，是恰当的。在会话教学中，融会话教学与情景之中，与具体的实际相联系，让学生在表演中练，再交际活动中用，这一点特别重要。本年级段学生会话表演应抓扎实，为以后的学习奠定坚实的基础。

本册书中有很多的歌曲和歌谣。如在课堂教学时间内一句，一句地教唱或领唱将会影响教学进度，而且效果也不一定好。要使歌曲和歌谣真正起到活跃教学，并服务于语言学习的作用，应该注意：

1、在每节课中渗透。

2、灵活运用在各个教学环节。

3、演唱结合，培养艺术素质。Let s chant部分可以运用教过的知识点去改编，发挥学生的创造性。

4、趣味故事教学

本册书每单元C 部分中趣味故事的作用不仅仅是给学生带来乐趣，更重要的是起到语言的扩展和对不同学生分层次教学的作用。

实习是大学学习阶段极为重要的时间环节。通过实习，是我们能在社会实践中接触和了解与本专业有关的实际工作，培养和锻炼我们运用所学知识的基础理论、基础技能的能力。在实习过程中，通过理论与实践结合，在提高动手能力同时，为以后参加工作积累了一定的经验，做了必要的准备。这应该算是我人生中的第一次实习，使我深受启发。在实习期间，经过自己的亲身体验和观察，我深切地感觉到，做一个高中老师真的很不容易，但我下定决心，不管如何辛苦，我也要在实习期间将做好一名的普通而又平凡的英语老师的工作。

为期两周多的教育实习，不但使我在英语教学上学到了很多，也增进了我对自己的认识。我实习的班级是高一年级(8)班。同学们聪颖、独立、有创新精神。开始与他们接触我还有些紧张，常被他们的提问难住，无所适从。但他们却反过来安慰我，鼓励我慢慢来。在他们的宽容与鼓励下，我进步了不少。尽量作到每次答疑都有备而来，每次批改作业前都把作业自己先做一遍。对所有可能出现的问题提前准备。几周下来，我回答不上来的问题就越来越少了。在他们中间，我才深刻的体会到大学老师常常提醒我们的一句话：“教师，就是为学生服务的。在学生眼里找自己的问题，才能获得长足的进步。“

我的指导教师和班主任老师给了我很大的帮助。作为教师，他们永远都是我的榜样，也是我想要超越的目标。在我讲第一堂课之前，指导教师把他自己的教案拿给我看。我虽然写了教案但是并没有准备讲稿。这样，给老师试讲的时候，由于准备的不详细，将整堂课的结构都破坏了。该讲清楚的东西一点也没交代清楚。他听完之后毫不客气的一一指出所有的错误和缺点，告诉我应该怎么讲。那时，我真的觉得讲课好难。自己的心态也摆的特别不好——因为我太想把课讲好了，压力特别大。当天晚上，我准备到2点多，第二天终于把课顺利的讲完了。从那堂课以后，我才真正理解“教师”与“好教师”的差距。对我来说，他的课就是标准：如果课讲不到他那么清楚，根本不能算是好课。在实习期间我的教学工作每走一步都是脚踏实地的，从没有丝毫的放松过。除了备课，上课以外，我还坚持每天帮助老师批改学生的家庭作业，做到批改后让学生及时改错误。我在教学设计上更多地趋向趣味性，加入了很多猜字谜，玩游戏等等，更注重运用他们喜欢的教学方式。在课堂上进行趣味教学，尽量吸引学生的注意力，组织好学生的纪律。渐渐地，在我的课堂上，学生的发言总是络绎不决，争先恐后，连一些差生的表现也积极了很多。

大家好，我叫stm，毕业于青山区任家路中学。我从小便喜好文学，对我而言，相比理科中奇妙的符号数字和多变的几何图形，我更喜爱文学中的那一片人文气息。无人时，我喜欢静静的看书，沉浸甚至沉醉于那一部部文学名著中。书中那片浓郁的人文气息，沁人心脾，让我不由的深陷其中，无法自拔。不知当年老残听到王小玉那犹如天籁般的说书声时，是否也有着这般感受呢？

不过由于过于以书为友，反而让我忽略了现实中的人际交流，在面对陌生的环境和陌生的人时，我会由于茫然不知所措而显得过于沉默乃至沉闷，这也算是我最大的一个缺点吧。
