对于我来说这卷子是很容易的，可是难点就在要怎么讲述给同学们听才能让他们比较容易接受。这时候我发现做老师的不容易了。初中高中老师不容易，一个小学老师更加难。高年级学生还有一个自己的语法语料库，低年级学生不仅知识少，而且接受能力也不强，讲深了等于对牛弹琴，直接将答案讲出来又没什么效果。当老师真的是意见看似简单实质很难的事情。

实习目的：到所学专业所应用的相关单位如外资企业、翻译公司、旅行社等部门对所学专业应用范围有一个初步了解从而明确学习目的、方向。以下是我的实习工作总结：

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

大学生英语课堂教学实习报告

在三个月的英语教学实习中，先后完成了听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课任务。期间，指导老师、实习老师们、学生们都给了我很大帮助与启示。现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。

一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课等教学情况的概述

自9月610号起开始听课，先后听课大约有100多节，并且作了听课记录。听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流，将心得体会记在日志中。听完公开课后，也与实习老师们一起评课议课，获益匪浅。在自己正式讲课前，认真备课、修改教案;曾多次试讲.自第一次走上讲台正式讲课后，就不断听取指导老师，实习老师们及学生们的意见，在不断总结与改进中探索有自己特色的讲课技巧与风格。先后在高一(1)班、高一(6)班讲课4个单元;评讲考试试卷3次及周清试题若干次;批改作业，早、晚自习辅导也不曾落下;监考，阅卷，组办英语文化季活动，参加学校的各种教研会议、各项活动也都尽力做到最好。

二、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结;

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“ppp”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

6. 声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

7. 对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

8. 在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

三、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

四、对英语课堂教学与英语教学法的思考

实习期间和许多实习老师一样，我也觉得在大学所学的教学法在这很难应用，是我们所学的教学法有问题吗?是它太先进而不能应用于这里的落后实际吗?到底问题在哪?

首先在这我自己得重新审视一下大学里所学的教学法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的认识，觉得它在教学中至少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不管我们衡量一节课上的好坏，还是评价一个老师教学水平的高低，我们都在有意识或无意识地用教学法课上学到的知识去衡量。这远比只看考试成绩要合理的多。既然是标准那也就是方向，也就是我们作为老师不断完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让学生喜欢的老师，简单地说既要有学识魅力，又要有人格魅力;课堂上教学严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与学生打成一片，时刻提高自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎么做才能有学识魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照教学法课上所学，一点一滴的去慢慢学习、积累、探索了。

写教案从何下手，修改时应注意哪些问题;评课，议课应遵循什么样的原则;与学生交流以及上课处理意外情况应该朝着哪个方向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要继续发扬的等等这些具体问题的解决我们都需要参照教学法。

第二条线，它相当于一个脊梁、一副骨架支撑起了课堂教学这副身躯;相当于葡萄枝，把一个个像葡萄一样既好吃又好看的独立活动连成一节课;相当于曲谱，只要放进歌词就可以成为完整动听的音乐。脊梁、葡萄枝、曲谱我们不常看见，也不大关注，但他们的存在却不容忽视，他们的作用也是不容忽视的。

小学高年级英语教研组寒假读书计划

一、指导思想

进一步构建“书香校园”，提升我组教师人文底蕴和专业素养为目标，让组内教师在交互阅读中碰撞、激荡、升华，不断更新教育教学理念，促进自身专业发展，打造学习型教师群体。

二、活动目标

1.通过读书活动，转变教育观念，提高教育教学能力、教育创新能力和教育科研能力。

2.通过读书活动，实现教师有效积累，补充教育理论知识，改善自身知识结构；提升教师理论和实践水平，将读书所得运用于实践，推进课程改革进程，有效改进自己的教学行为，促进教师专业发展。

3.通过读书活动，树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和教师职业观，丰富自身人文涵养，强化自身修养，建立新型的师生关系，塑造良好的教师形象。

4.通过读书活动，加强教师队伍的建设，形成积极进取、努力学习的氛围，构建有特色的书香校园文化，形成校园文化特色。

三、读书内容

1.每位教师寒假期间阅读一本教育教学专著（参见育才小学教师推荐阅读书目）。

2.每位教师寒假期间观看教育类影片一部。

（推荐影片：风雨哈佛路(homeless to harvard: the liz murray story)，是美国一部催人警醒的电影，通过一位生长在纽约的女孩莉斯，经历人生的艰辛和辛酸，凭借自己的努力，最终走进了最高学府的经历，表达了一个贫穷苦难的女孩可以用执著信念和顽强的毅力改变了自己、改变人生的主题。风雨哈佛路也被评选为最励志的电影。）

四、活动要求

1、读书以个人自学为主，并养成不动笔墨不读书的习惯，勤于做读书笔记，写好心得体会。每天确保半小时的读书时间，让读书成为自己的自觉行动，学习成为自己的一种需要。

2、充分利用网络，进行网上阅读，了解、把握教育教学的信息和动态。

3、坚持读书与反思相结合，带着问题读书，寻求解决问题的方法，在假期结束之前完成1500字左右的读后感一篇。

4、坚持读书与课程改革相结合，充分理解新课程，帮助自己在以后的课堂教学中融入新课程理念，实施新课程。

I was a character，cheerful girl，so my hobbies is extensive. Sporty. In my spare time likes playing basketball， table tennis，volleyball，skating. When a person like the Internet at home，or a personal stereo. Not like too long immersed in the world of books，and family members have told me，Laoyijiege is the best. Talking about my family，then I will talk about my family has. Only three people my family，my grandmother，grandfather and my own. My grandfather is a engineer，I am very severely on peacetime，the Church me a lot. Grandma is a very kindly for the elderly，care for my life in every possible way. Therefore，I have no parents in their care，childhood and growth were full of joy.

I like this hotel management professional，because I like to live in a strict order of the management environment. I have my professional self-confidence and hope，as long as the efforts will be fruitful，this is my motto. Since I chose this profession，I will follow this path，effort，perseverance path.

一、复习计划

首先，将每个单元的重点单词和句型进行全面的串讲与申述，帮助学生构建知识框架。然后把大纲上强调的重点，难点及平时练习中反映出孩子们掌握的的薄弱环节再一步地细化，分解，力求做到复习全面，不留“死角”；之后是强化练习阶段，具体计划是在学生熟练掌握课本上实用的单词与句型后，再穿插练习与测评，对学生在笔试练习与口语问答中出错频率高的题型（包括阅读理解）及句型进行及时，集中的纠正辅导；最后帮助学生再次整合归纳知识结构框架，总结应试和做特定题型的技巧。

二、具体目标与复习重点

1.通过有效的复习，进一步激发学生学习英语的兴趣，巩固本学期所学知识，同时提高自主复习、归纳的能力。

2.掌握四会单词、词组。

3.掌握每个单元的基本句型。

4.掌握日常交际用语及应答。

5.培养良好的书写习惯，能做到书写整洁、规范。

6.加强文化意识的渗透，进一步培养学生的跨文化意识，提高学生的礼仪修养水平。

三、复习策略与措施

第一阶段的复习，主要针对于教材的复习与梳理，把每单元的AB两部分快速地过一遍，通过教材的重现来归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时注意基础单词、词组、句型的过关，让学生对所学的英语知识进行“查漏补缺”。

第二阶段的复习是横向复习。根据各知识点的前后联系，将课本中零散的语言点进行整体归纳、小结，帮助学生构建紧密联系的“知识串”。例如，我们复习Are these/ those..的一般疑问句时就可以和单数形式的Is this/ that…对比起来学习，让学生通过问不同的物品体会单复数，再通过位置的不同区分它们的意思。

这一阶段的复习中我将遵循精讲多练的原则，让学生通过对比进一步加强理性认识，然后通过针对性练习题做到灵活运用。

第三阶段的复习是对各单元做总结，进行书面表达方面的指导。在学生对基础知识已掌握的前提下老师适当引导，鼓励学生运用学过的知识进行“练笔”，然后全班交流，相互学习，共同提高。

第四阶段的复习，有选择性的做一些练习题和模拟题，侧重对做题技巧的讲解和做一些学生易出错的题目，指导学生掌握一些做题的要领。比如做单项选择可以用排除法来做等等，通过分析和操练让学生掌握每题的做题技巧。

当然，在复习的最后阶段，对于重难点、易混淆、易出错的语言点,还应多加复习指导和练习，再拿出来跟学生细嚼，让他们重点消化吸收。对于“学困生”还要倍加关注。

总之，在接下来的复习过程中，我会力求以学生为主体，一切从实际出发，争取让每位学生都有不同程度的进步与提高，顺利完成本学期的学习任务，在期末考试中取得优异的成绩。
