About MyselfMy name is Li Hua. I was born in the city of Dalian, Liaoning Province. I studied in Guangming Primary School from 1984 to 1990. 3、乙方在承办培训过程中，甲方应指定有关人员积极协助配合，给予工作方便。

八、双方的权利

按照国家有关民办职业教导的规定，保证培训的合法性。培训过程中，若一方未履行

合同书，另一方则有权终止该合同;若一方因培训未尽事宜，另一方有向国民法院起诉的权利。

九、违约责任

甲乙双方按照《中华人民共和国民法典》承担违约责任。若甲方终止合同，乙方不退预收款;若乙方原因而终止合同，乙方退还预收款。
