不断加强教育教学理论知识学习，每学期研读1-2本教育理论专著，及时了解新的教育教学理念，做好相关学习笔记;《新课程标准》提出基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神;使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力;培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神;帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异，拓展视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。《教师法》明确规定：“教师是履行教育教学职责的专业人员”。“中小学教育科研要以课堂为现场，以教学为中心，以学生为主体，是教师充满思想的行动，是教师进行反思的方式。”它既指出了“校本研究”的核心内容：中小学教师科研的指向，又阐明了它与“教师发展”的联系：教师的“行为”与“反思”。 通过学习教育教学相关理论知识，我力争将理论知识与实践经验相结合，努力形成自己的教育教学风格。

2、深化课堂教学，形成教学特色。

①进一步深化落实生活化情境化课堂教学，充分发挥自己的特长来吸引学生，使学生喜欢自己的课，并能在自己的课堂上得到发展，能满足学生成长和走上社会的实际需要，有足够的实践性教学环节。针对自己的教学特点拜名师学艺，使自己的教学水平逐步提高，教学经验日益丰富，寻找出一条适合自己的发展之路，争取逐步形成自己干练利落、灵敏机智的教学特色。

②业务方面要树立现代学生观，学会以发展的眼光看待每一个学生。相信学生的巨大潜能，并努力去探索发掘;在教育教学活动中发扬学生的主体精神，促进学生的主体发展，努力做到因材施教。

③充分发挥自己的特长来吸引学生，使学生喜欢自己的课，并能在自己的课堂上得到发展，能满足学生成长和走上社会的实际需要，有足够的实践性教学环节。

④坚持教学相长，在师生交往中发展自己。遵循"以人为本"的管理原则，增强自己的管理能力。

3、理论实践相结合，强化教学实践能力。

在教研与科研的实践中，发展自己，将自己所学知识运用于教学实践并通过实践与反思而与学生、教学环境不断互动的过程，通过这个过程来强化自己的教学实践能力，将学科知识能力和教育理论素养相结合，通过教学实践来整合自己的专业知识。在日常教学活动中，养成随时记录教学中的感想和学生的创新片段，养成写教学日记和反思的习惯，学会积累，学会研究。

4、激发学习动力,加强思想教育。

“后进生”认识意识稍差、思维能力不强，教师在讲课时要注意由浅入深、由易到难，尽量降低学习难度，分散难点，给予模仿性练习的机会。讲课语言应尽量通俗易懂，生动活泼。除此之外，在教学过程中，还要善于利用学生感兴趣的话题及内容激发后进生求知欲望。“后进生”经常处于被动的学习状态，也缺乏刻苦钻研精神和克服困难的意志，更缺乏学习的信心，他们的学习动力不足，他们往往缺乏学习的自觉性和主动性，认为“用功也学不会”，有自暴自弃的思想。因此，对于“后进生”学习动力的培养和激发有着特殊重要的意义。在教学中应结合所学内容向学生进行思想教育，多给他们介绍顽强学习、逆境成才的故事，帮助他们树立正确的学习态度，激发他们的学习动力，激发“后进生”学好英语的热情。

5、积极参加在职学习与培训。把在职学习与培训作为更新、补充知识、技巧和能力的有效途径，可以自己的专业发展提供机会，主动参与，养成持续学习的习惯，成为自己专业发展的主人。

6、积极参与课程改革，主动获得发展。

参与课程改革和课程开发，在课程改革的过程中积极参与各种专业发展，从而提升自身专业形象和专业素养。尤其是通过参与校本课程的开发，提高自己的工作满足感和责任感，对教学工作有更多的投入，并促进专业发展。

7、学习信息技术，动手制作课件。

电脑现已被运用到各行各业中，电脑的运用大大推进了社会的发展，效率的提高。电脑对于农村教育也已经不是什么新生事物，也在逐步的使用和推广。新世纪教育工作者应具备最先进的教育理念及驾驱课堂的能力，向40分钟要质量。农村教育网络的发展也是突飞猛进，以往单一的教学模式已经不适应现代的教育节奏。因而能够制作一些分散教材难点、突出重点的生动课件使用，无疑能够起到事半功倍的效果。利用多媒体信息技术整合教育资源，充分利用网络优势，分享和学习教育教学方面的新思想，新方式，运用新理论，提高教学效果。充分利用课余时间学习和掌握电脑技能，提高自己的计算机水平。

总之，在今后的专业发展中，我将不断地学习和反思，通过转变观念和积极实践，来促进自身的不断成长，走专业化发展道路，从而更好地服务于学生的发展。面对新的教育课程改革，我时刻告诫自己要追求卓越，崇尚一流，拒绝平庸，注重自身创新精神与实践能力、情感、态度与价值观的发展,使自己真正成长为不辱使命感、历史责任感的优秀英语教师。
