综述

首先，要坚持不懈的运用日常用语，将日常生活与教学内容紧密联系起来。在生活中，将双语生活情境贯穿幼儿一日生活中，抓住一切机会与幼儿进行交流，努力消除上课与生活的界限，不断丰富幼儿的语言，使生活与教学连接起来，打破固定情境对幼儿英语发展约束的认识界限，使他们在生活情境中自如地运用英语，让他们学得无意，学得随意，学得乐意。

其次，创设物质情境，激发幼儿主动学习英语。

在幼儿英语学习中，语言环境起着非常重要的作用，因此，要有计划、有目的地设置安排一定的情景画面、活动工具和动手材料。在观察、操作中引发他们对英语的反应和使用。如：墙面设置，它是幼儿园环境布置中最大最为醒目的画面。它如同一幅大的广告，浓缩了教育内容和目的，还渗入了思想道德教育，给幼儿以直接的刺激和潜移默化的影响。又如英语活动角，它是一个让幼儿通过对实物、图片、头饰等物品的摆弄和操作，在游戏中运用英语的一个区域。十分吸引孩子，孩子们只要一有空，就会主动地指读单词，或是拿起指偶，两两结伴玩语言游戏，愉快地游乐于英语语言一气氛中。

三、家园配合，帮助幼儿学好英语。

孩子们在幼儿园学习的英语需要在家庭中不断强化，才能使他们完全掌握，家园配合帮助幼儿学习英语有着非常重要的作用。幼儿不仅仅要在幼儿园多听、多说、多联习，在家也应该坚持天天听、天天说。只有家园配合得好，孩子掌握英语，运用英语的能力才能不断提高。

在为期十天的实习期间，我学会了很多，也懂得了很多在生活上没法获得到的知识和道理，回顾这十天，虽然做了不算多的工作，而且工作重复而繁琐，可是却体会到了历久以来最多的做人道理。

从第一天黄科员把我安排到办公室的时候，我的工作正式开始了。我的指导负责人是牛科员，首先他给我介绍了自己的日常工作流程，如何利用电子邮件来进行对工商局信访邮件的回复和管理。清晰明确的步骤，妥善安全的备份，保证了人民群众的利益以及对人民群众负责任的态度，我在工作上得到了牛科员以及办公室领导的认可和表扬。

之后的时间钟科员分配一个任务给我跟另外三个同学：对各部门报废电脑的回收、储存和归档处理。结合我们计算机专业数据库知识，如何有程序的把电脑有序的存放和记录归档，如何系统地规划整个流程，确保准确性和每个细节都要处理好，面对繁琐复杂的工作，我没有懈怠，而是更认真地、更细心地完成好每一项工作，不能马马虎虎。

在短短时间的锻炼里，给我的仅是初步的经验积累，对于踏出社会远远不够的，所以必须要获取更多学习的经验和社会实践能力，学会待人处事，注意礼节，注重团队精神和集体观念，加强思想学习，主动与领导沟通，在领导指导下，我对实习有了更深层次的理解，更明确了工作目标。

在思想上，使我对没来的工作有了新的认识，在行动上使我对未来人生有了新的规划。在工作上一定要保持谦虚谨慎，认真扎实的做事情，要肯用心，肯出力，肯吃苦才能完成下达的任务。

在实习期间，严格遵守工商局的各项规章制度，未曾出现过无故缺勤，迟到早退现象，并能跟同事和睦相处。工作积极主动、高效，学习认真，待人诚恳，听从上级指挥，积极观察、体验、思考，定能灵活运用自己的知识解决工作中遇到的问题。
