一、指导思想

以科学发展观为指导，结合我校的实际情况和英语学科的特点，以“一案三环六步”为抓手，把提高备课组的质量作为主阵地，努力提高教师的教学理念和业务素质，研究课堂，落实有效教学，扎扎实实做好英语教学工作，不断提高英语课堂效率和质量，创造一个教书育人和谐奋进的优良环境，全面提高我校的英语教学质量。

二、工作目标

1.总体目标：培养英语学习兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，提高英语教学质量。

2.各年级具体目标如下：

七年级：注重学生英语学习习惯的培养，进一步培养学生学习英语的兴趣，平时注重口语的训练，强化基础知识学习和基本技能的培养。

八年级：加强阅读教学，注意让学生在阅读中慢慢体会到乐趣，在现有的基础上，强化培优补差，减少两极分化，力求进一步提升质量。

九年级：在总结反思的基础上，挖掘潜力，查缺补漏，加强学法指导和能力培养，着重对复习课型和中考命题方向和命题的基本原则、方法、思路的探讨研究，把握教学大纲，密切关注中考动向，为实现XX年中考的新突破打好基础。

三、具体工作

1.加强理论学习，不断更新教育教学理念。组织本科组的教师深入学习《义务教育英语课程标准》(20xx年版)等相关的教育教学理论知识，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生的综合实践能力，全面提高学生的素质。

3.进一步落实与深化教学常规，研究常态课堂，打造高效课堂。向45分钟要效率。

4.按计划上好研究课，做到个人备课与集体备课相结合，及时组织评议，加强教学方法研究，找出不足，共同学习，共同进步。

5.组织初三年级备课组的英语教师认真学习xx年xx中考的相关政策，积极参加省市组织的中考备考会、调研会，及时了解和掌握有关考试动态和信息，深入研究近三年镇江市的中考题，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究，结合我校学生的实际，扎扎实实做好第一轮的复习，要在落实基础知识到位的同时，抓好听、说、写等综合能力的培养，特别要重视学生阅读能力的训练。科学合理地分配三轮的复习时间，按计划，又要随机应变，引导学生扎扎实实地过好每一关，尤其是基础关，做题技巧关。

6.继续建设和完善本教研组的资源库。加强本组教师的教学案、教学反思、教学课件、试题的收集和整理。通过集体备课，公开课、网上收集优秀教案以及和外校交流等多种方式来丰富我组的资源库。加强团队协作能力，实现资源共享，提高我组教师的教育教学水平。

hi, my name is . im years old, a middle school student apparently. i love music very much although im not very good at singing.

ive been playing guzheng, an ancient traditional instrument for a long time and now im in level 10, which means a really high level among the amateurs.

apart from that, i also like to reading and writing. they both give me a lot of fun and build my unique personality as well as my goal and dream. i like wangfei very much. she could be my favorite singer....

personally, ive been considering i have a really complicated personality because sometimes dont really like to study, sometimes..... however, im very positive and look forwards to my future because im the one who will realize my goal.

being a doctor is one of the most admirable occupations in the world. since i were very sick the moment i were given birth to, i couldn’t have lived on without the power of these magical doctors and nurses. so i wished to be a good doctor at a very young age to help other patients like me.consequently, after the college entrance examination, i applied for this medical college and attended successfully.as we all know, medical study is much tougher than other professions. besides some fundamental courses, there are more

professional subjects that require a good memory. although i am aware that i’m not good at memorizing, i won’t give in and i believe that tears and sweats will surely bring me success and realize my childhood dreams.

一个寒假转眼间就过去了，新的学期又将开始，为了下学期更好地搞好七年级英语教学工作，特做以下教学计划：

一、指导思想

根据初一学生的生理和心理以及发展需求，英语课程的目的是：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使他们建立学习英语的自信心;培养学生的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，使他们形成初步运用英语进行日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。

同时用新课标理念，结合新课标精神，进行课堂改革，实行教与学的互动。采用任务型语言教学模式，努力用一套行之有效的课堂教学模式，提高教学效率。

二、教学目标：

学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。

能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到的差异。

三、学生基本情况分析：

本届七年级学生连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。

主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听不懂，学不会，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

针对种种问题，在本期的英语教学中，应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能;另外，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。采取任务型教学，运用灵活多变的方法。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

四、教学措施：

1、培养学习兴趣，引导学生掌握正确的学习方法和策略，提高学习效率;

2、用良好的师生关系，协调课堂气氛，培养学生开口说英语的勇气和信心;

3、任务型教学：教师提出指令，学生规范操作。听说领先，读写跟上。综合训练，扎实双基。抓好英语的常规教学，确保基础知识过关

4、有计划的加强学生的写作练习，提高学生的作文能力。

5、注重培养学生的阅读习惯，改进阅读方法，提高阅读能力，为以后的学习与中考奠定基础。

6、适应中考改革，加强学生课上听说能力的陪养，积极进行听力训练。

7、每天背诵课文中的文章。要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感，掌握语法知识的应用技巧。

8、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业。制定合适的学习评价方法，让他们树立学习的自信;

9、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量

在新的学期里，我们七年级的所有英语教师一定会倍加努力，为培养更多更优秀的学生做出贡献。
