3、专有技术指甲方拥有的专有知识、信息、专有资料、教学方法、经验、或其组合，并且未在任何地方公开过其完整形式的、未作为专有产权来保护的其他技术。

4、经营信息指有关商业活动的市场行销策略、资源情报、定价政策、不公开的财务资料、合同、交易相对人资料、学员名单等销售和经营信息。

5、甲方依照法律规定(如在缔约过程中知悉其他相对人的商业秘密)和在有关协议的约定(如技术合同)中对外承担保密义务的事项，也属本保密协议所称的商业秘密。

第二条 ：保密义务人

乙方为本协议所称的保密义务人。保密义务人是指为甲方提供相关服务而知悉甲方商业秘密，并且在甲方领取报酬或工资的人员。

保密义务人同意为甲方公司利益尽最佳努力，在履行职务期间不组织、参加或计划组织、参加任何竞争企业，或从事任何不正当使用公司商业秘密的行为。

第三条 ：保密义务人的保密义务

1、保密义务人对其因身份、职务、职业或技术关系而知悉的公司商业秘密应严格保守，保证不被披露或使用，包括意外或过失。即使这些信息甚至可能是全部地由保密义务人本人因工作而构思或取得的。

2、在服务关系存续期间，保密义务人未经授权，不得以竞争为目的、或出于私利、或为第三人谋利、或为故意加害于公司，擅自披露、使用商业秘密、制造再现商业秘密的器材、取走与商业秘密有关的物件;不得刺探与本职工作或本身业务无关的商业秘密;不得直接或间接地向公司内部、外部的无关人员泄露;不得向不承担保密义务的任何第三人披露甲方的商业秘密;不得允许(出借、赠与、出租、转让等处分甲方商业秘密的行为皆属于“允许)或协助不承担保密义务的任何第三人使用甲方的商业秘密;不得复制或公开包含公司商业秘密的文件或文件副本;对因工作所保管、接触的有关本公司或公司客户的文件应妥善对待，未经许可不得超出工作范围使用。

3、如果发现商业秘密被泄露或者自己过失泄露商业秘密，应当采取有效措施防止泄密进一步扩大，并及时向甲方报告。

4、服务关系结束后，公司保密义务人应将与工作有关的资料、名单，以及公司的所有资料交还。

乙方如违反本项规定的，应承担本协议第五条规定的违约责任。

第四条 ：保密义务的终止

1、公司授权同意披露或使用商业秘密

2、有关的信息、技术等已进入公共领域。

3、乙方是否在职、劳动合同是否签订，均不影响其保密义务的承担。

第五条 ：违约责任

1、保密义务人违反协议中的保密义务，应承担违约责任，并支付至少相当于其工作报酬或一年工资的违约金。

2、乙方如将商业秘密泄露给第三人或使用商业秘密使公司遭受损失的，乙方应对公司进行赔偿，其赔偿数额不少于由于其违反义务所给甲方带来的损失。

3、前款所述损失赔偿按照如下方式计算：全部按照10万人民币以上来进行赔偿，具体赔偿金额有甲方出具证明。

甲方因调查乙方的违约或侵权行为而支付的合理费用，如律师费、公证费、取证费等，应当包含在损失赔偿额之内。

因乙方的违约或侵权行为侵犯了甲方的商业秘密权利的，甲方可以选择根据本协议要求乙方承担违约责任，或者根据国家有关法律、法规要求乙方承担侵权责任。

4、因乙方恶意泄露商业秘密给公司造成严重后果的，公司将通过法律手段追究其侵权责任，直至追究其刑事责任。

第六条 ：争议的解决方法

因执行本协议而发生纠纷的，可以由双方协商解决或共同委托双方信任的第三方调解。协商、调解不成，或者一方不愿意协商、调解的，争议将提交---仲裁委员会，按该委员会的规则进行仲裁。仲裁结果是终局性的，对双方均有约束力。

第七条 ：双方确认

在签署本协议前，双方已经详细审阅了协议的内容，并完全了解协议各条款的法律含义。

第八条 ：协议的效力和变更

1、本协议自双方签字或盖章后生效。

2、本协议的任何修改必须经过双方的书面同意。

实习目的：到所学专业所应用的相关单位如外资企业、翻译公司、旅行社等部门对所学专业应用范围有一个初步了解从而明确学习目的、方向。以下是我的实习工作总结：

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

一、指导思想

以校领导对英语工作的要求为指导，以抓常规、创氛围、辅学困、搭舞台、抓速成的方针为主线，以全面提高英语教育教学质量为目标。突出两个侧重，即侧重隐性效应，即苦练内功，转差培优。进一步创设我校的英语特色教育，在全校创造浓厚的英语氛围，使英语教学工作不断推向深入，为我校英语成绩的提档升级而努力奋斗!

二、教学目标

1.总体目标：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心。在整个教学过程中，让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累，并形成正确人生观、价值观，有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力，积累学习方法。

我们使用的是《仁爱版英语》，由北京市仁爱教育研究出版社于依据《英语课程标准》在教育部成功立项，依据《英语课程标准》编写，它起点低，循序渐进，方便初学者培养英语学习兴趣，从而很快进入英语学习的状态。三年六册学完后，均可达到《英语课程标准》之要求五级水平，可以与任何版本的高中课程英语教材衔接使用。

三、教材特点

1、注重学生语言运用能力的培养，突出语言的实践性和交际性，同时也突出语言的真实性和实用性。如：阅读内容题材新颖，语言鲜活，能够激发学生浓厚的学习兴趣。通过阅读训练，提高学生的英语理解能力和语言运用能力。培养学生根据不同的阅读任务，运用适宜的阅读策略获取信息的本领。

2、注重注重教材的灵活性和可操作性。图文并茂，轻松活泼地呈现教学内容，把语言学习和实际生活结合起来，增强学生的听说能力。形式多样的写作练习，既能培养学生的想象力，又能提高学生的写作技巧。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上，开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识，提高学生的语言技能。

3、为学生提供良好的英语学习环境，帮助学生拓展自我发展的空间。了解英语交际中常用的体态语，鼓励学生借助手势、表情等非语言手段来提高交际效果，从而培养学生的文化意识和跨文化交际的能力。

4、注重中外文化的双向交流，为满足不同层次的学生的需求，使学生通过学习，自学能力和学习策略得到培养，为学生的进一步学习或终身学习奠定基础培养未来跨文化交际所需要的能力。

5、注重融合学科内容，加强学科之间的整合和渗透，让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科的知识。结合贴进生活的图片学习目标语言，使学生能在现实中的不同场合运用所学到的评议知识。

四、教学重难点突破

本册教材内容的重点是语法归类，如：现在完成时、直接引语和间接引语、被动语态等，难点也是语法和基本句型，这些重难点都应通过在语言材料的学习中及时强化和总结，呈现图文并茂的教学内容，把语言学习和实际生活结合起来，增强学生的听说能力;并通过开展各种任务性活动，巩固所学的知识。鼓励学生通过思考、体验、参与、合作等方式来学习，增强学生独立思考的良好习惯以及口语表达和合作学习的能力。

利用教材形式多样的写作练习，既能培养学生的想象力，又能提高学生的写作技巧。并及时总结语法和日常用语，巩固所学语言知识;同时注重学生学习兴趣的培养，以不同方式最大限度的激发学生的学习动机。使学生对语言功能的认识，由感情上升到理性。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上，开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识，提高学生的语言技能。以达到巩固、掌握和运用的目的，最终形成语言技能。

五、教学方法与措施

1.认真备课，钻研教材;认真备学生;抓紧课堂教学，根据教材的以康康等四个小主人公相识、相知、成长、学习、生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终，生活气息浓厚。每个模块由单元话题功能任务构成。特点，落实好每一个语言知识点，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。

2.运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学，师生多用英语交流，有目的地进行口语交际训练。

3.在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。

4.多为学生营造一些学习氛围，在学中用，用中学，如：创设英语角等等。

5.要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。

6、多看英语画报，多读英语故事，多看英语书籍。

My hometown is Guangdong Maoming which lies in the south coast of China. I study in Shiyan High school and Im in grade 2.Our campus is very beautiful and there are much charming view.

I study hard every day and I wish to go abroad for further education.I have some hobbies such as basketball,tennis,swimming and so on.I like making friends with others.
