毕业从事软件开发期间，我经常听到其它同行说他们客户的需求又要变啦。而且当时在做需求分析的时候，客户没有提出，等差未几做好时提出。假如要修改，而当时在设计数据库的时候没有考虑这个题目，修改数据库又要耗掉大量时间，增加开发本钱。假如不修改，项目又完成不了，无法收钱。

又或者软件在使用了一段时间，在使用一些查询功能的时，反应好慢。随着数据越录越多，这些查询功能就会越慢，假如要解决这个题目，一定需要修改数据库。而要修改数据库，对于软件开发来说，是十分痛苦的。

基本情况

1、课堂教学：完成教案数为8份，上课节数为12节

2、班主任工作：组织了一次“怎么样学好英语”的主题班会;在班上组织了一次以纪念长征胜利70周年的诗歌朗诵比赛,选送代表参加学校的比赛.带领学生出了一期以“安全意识”为主题的黑板报;参加了学生的广播操比赛的训练及体育课;检查学生的早操情况及卫生情况，帮助班主任做好两次家长会的前期准备工作。

这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，自己所拥有的知识，那只是沧海一粟，所以应该在以后的生活中继续学习，正所谓“活到老，学到老”，要坚持与时俱进，要让自己的知识跟上时代的发展，不然会被这个社会所淘汰的;另一方面我也深深地体会到教学相长的深刻内涵。教学，不仅是老师教，更重要的是学生学，老师也能在学生的学习过程中发现自己的问题，时刻反思，才能更好的促进教学。

首先，在英语教学方面。按照实习之初的计划，实习的前两周我们的主要任务是听课和评课。从实习的第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。真实的英语课堂与我们平日的模拟课堂是完全不一样的。实习期间试讲时，面对的也是自己的同学，每位同学都非常的excellent.但是，在真实的课堂中，学生的水平参差不齐，掌握知识的程度不一样，接受新知识的速度也不一样。而老师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。比如说当老师提出问题学生答不上的时候，老师该怎么办呢?站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是解决不了问题的。但这有是我们在上课时经常碰到的问题。再加上自己此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。往往在出现这种情况的时候，我会更加注意自己的引导方式并适当地简化自己的问题。

四、培训内容：企业文化、礼仪礼貌、职业道德

七、培训费用及支付方式培训费：共计人民币________万元整。

支付时间：甲方在培训班开始前先支付________元培训费给乙方，余款在培训班结束前付清，乙方提供行政事业单位正规收据给甲方。

支付方式：银行转账。

八、双方职责：

1、甲方职责：负责拟定培训要求;负责组织参训员工;配合乙方搞好参训学员的日常纪律管理;负责按本协议书约定向乙方支付培训经费。

2、乙方职责：负责按甲方的培训要求设计培训方案(计划)，并按双方确认的培训方案(计划)组织合适的教师实施培训;

九、违约责任及纠纷处理方式甲、乙双方必须严格遵守本协议，任何一方在未征得对方同意之前不得单方终止或变更本协议。

如因本协议发生纠纷，双方协商解决。

本协议书一式肆份，甲方一份，乙方一份，双方财务各一份，签字盖章后生效。本协议如有未尽事宜，由双方协商处理。
