一、毕业生基本情况

二、毕业实习的目的和要求

五、实习内容：

我是从**年*月份来到某公司工作，在我来的第一个月看到有的同事发工资发了6千多，当时我就告诉自己：别人能做到的，你也一样能做到。从此我对这个行业充满了信心，工作中有了激情，可以说我很热爱这个行业，后来经过我的努力，我做到了，而且还超过了当时的最好业务员，这样更加增强了我对这个行业的信心，做一个业务员不是我的目标，我要向更高一层发展而努力，所以我就在平时工作中学习和总结要作为一个管理者所要具备的条件与素质，从中发现问题，并向其他人学习，有一句话说的很好：“不想当将军的士兵，不是一个好士兵。”。我也要做一名将军，我在时刻准备着机会的到来。 现在我的机会来了，公司给了我这个机会，市场也给了我这个机会，从单方面来说，我所在的地区市场前景一片光明。城里的房价已经没有太大的突破，地铁线正在建设，在不久的将来这里的交通将会有一个飞跃性的转变，交通是促进一个城市发展的源动力。 我对市场充满了信心，对公司更是充满了信心，特别是晋升的这些日子，使我大大加强了我的组织能力和凝聚力，将所有员工对工作的激情调动起来，想要创造高业绩，工作气氛很重要，了解每一个人的心理，对客户从细节抓起，如何让客户选择你这是一个很有针对性的问题，我们要从着装，言谈举止，对行业的专业性，每一件事都很重要。我们还要逐渐的完善自己。

相信汗水不会白流，曾经的低落和高潮都是那么的美，那么的值得我们去回忆。从中总结经验，这会让一个人变得成熟起来，成功是信念与行动的结合 品，最值得回忆的是伱奋斗的过程，果实是必不可少的，要知道那些成熟的背后，是别人意想不到的辛劳付出。

经过这些年的工作， 我总结出了一句话：“人生，没有捷径。”。

我个人认为：人一生的时间的有限的，时间不等人，因为这是我初中生涯的最后一段时间，我不会放过从我身边飞过的每一寸光阴，挣取把握好身边的每分每秒。除经过了初中两年半的学习，我想我对于初中的学习已经积累了很多的经验，在这两年的学习生活中我也改掉了很多不好的习惯，也学会了不少，最大的一点就是开始知道什么才算得上是认真学习。

我认为，学习中不可忽略的一点就是要学会分析自己的学习特点，像我——学习和理解能力还算可以，老师讲的东西不是不懂，但却总出错(用家长们的话说就是不认真，粗心)，而且对于一些死记硬背才能学会的东西总觉得不耐烦，因此，在这点上，我希望自己能在新学期里对待学习更认真，更有耐心。

我觉得，在学习中，确定学习目标也是很重要的，学习目标是学生学习努力的方向，正确的学习目标更是能催人奋进。反之，没有目标的学习，就是对时光一种极大的浪费。我在新学期为自己定制了我自己的目标，已经深埋在我心中，我会按着这个目标努力，发奋图强，争取有新收获。

最关键的一点，就是要科学合理地安排时间。没有合理的安排，再好的计划也会付之东流。所以，在新学期里，我要合理安排学习、休息的时间，要把每一点一滴宝贵的时间都抓紧。虽说是初三，但必要的休息与锻炼还是必不可少的。我希望能在体育上不增加今后考试的心理负担，所以，加强体育锻炼迫在眉睫，也是最近几十天的一大艰巨的任务。

在具体的学习上，我认为，我应当注意薄弱环节，查漏补缺。我觉得首先应该做到的是认真听课，将老师课上所讲内容完全消化，让思维与老师同步。一般先以课本为先，书上的内容是基础。

在掌握的基础上，做专项训练，按层次补缺和提高。我还需要建立一本错题集，将在练习中做错的题目和尚未弄懂的题目及时记录下来，逐一解决，形成巩固。

在复习中应该提倡务实精神，也应该重视规范化和格式化，要养成科学，严谨的态度。因为任何一次不规范的答题都有可能造成失分。

计划写完了，我想，按照惯例，似乎还应该加上几句鼓励的话，但我觉得，有一句话会胜过许许多多鼓励的语言，那么，我就以它作为我学习计划的结尾吧，那就是——我行，一定行。

被动的处理工作，对待工作不能主动出击。工作梳理不够明晰，对于手头上的工作重点不够明确。本职业务不够熟悉，对外市场了解不够。工作进行中不懂得地方，未能及时请教询问领导。

今后的工作打算，进一步加强自身的服务意识，坚持诚信招商，服务为本。努力学习本职工作专业知识及业务。了解招商方面的资料，从报纸，电视，网络上学习招商方面的知识，充实头脑，放开思想，更新观念。空暇时间多去大型CED市场调研，统计数据用于实际工作中。多跑新客户，对新兴起的经营项目多方面了解储备客户资源。

The future work plan, to further strengthen their service awareness, adhere to the integrity of business, service oriented. Work hard to learn the knowledge and business of their own work. Understanding of investment information, from the newspaper, television, network learning investment knowledge, enrich the mind, release ideas, update ideas. 自己在工作中不足的地方，今后要加强学习，努力提高自身素质：爱岗敬业，做好自己的本职工作;对领导的关心下、同事的帮助中，成长为一名优秀的招商工作者。
