4.设备包装应符合国家标准，以保证设备在运输过程中不受损伤，由于包装不当造成设备在运输过程中有任何损坏或丢失，由乙方负责。

5.设备由乙方负责送到施工现场，由乙方负责运输、卸车。

6.设备到达现场，甲乙双方均须在场并确认包装的完好性后，由甲方验货。乙方应按甲方安排的时间派人到现场，对货物进行清点验收，并签字确认。若发现货物与装箱单不符，乙方负责补齐或收回。如乙方不能按时到达，甲方有权开箱检验，并对缺件，损坏做出记录，乙方应认可并负责解决。

7.乙方负责设备安装及调试，直至设备正常运行。最终验收在此之后进行。如设备不能通过验收，乙方应退货，退还甲方所有金额。

8.乙方应自带用以安装、调试过程中所需的各种工具、仪器仪表及易损件。

监督电话：___________________________________为了维护合同当事人的合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国民法典》及相关法律法规，委托人与受托人双方本着自愿、平等、协商一致的原则，就受托人接受委托人的委托提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜，达成如下协议：

一、服务项目及费用

第四条 提供信息

1.受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等，内容真实。

2.受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

3.受托人应当向委托人介绍留学层次_________(属于就读所在国的高中、预科、专科、学士学位、硕士学位等)及就读专业的详细情况。

第五条 申请入学

1.受托人协助和指导委托人准备入学申请的相关材料。

2.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

3.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

4.受托人对委托人委托的留学申请，应当在_________年_________月前取得委托人申请留学院校的录取通知书。如到期不能完成(包括校方签发的录取通知书与委托人原申请的学校、院系及专业等不一致)，受托人应当在_________年_________月前，向委托人退回中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元。

5.受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第六条 办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

2.受托人收到委托人按委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，应当在____工作日内向委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆递交签证申请材料。如该使(领)馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求约定，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。

第七条 其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.受托人收取委托人的中介服务费，应当为委托人开具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前将收据换为有效发票。

3.受托人收取的中介服务费以外的其它费用，应为委托人出具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前，将收据换为有效发票。

4.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

有关受托人代收取的上述费用的退费规定按照合同附件或以委托人所申请的国外院校及海外合作机构的书面通知为准。

5.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

6.委托人同时申请多所院校的，其获得其中任何一所院校的(预)录取通知书，即视为受托人已履行为委托人办理申请入学的义务。三、委托人义务

第八条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第九条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十条 委托人应当自本合同签订之日起--日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料(详见附表)交与受托人，并应根据本合同的约定按时支付任何一笔款项。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

第十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。四、违约责任

第十三条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十四条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币(大写)________元，并在_______年_________月前，负责追回(或先行给付)委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十五条 受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的______%的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。

第十六条 受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应按本合同第十四条约规定承担违约责任。如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在_________年_________月前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向委托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币(大写)_________元。

第十七条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

第十八条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

委托人无正当理由拒付或不按本合同约定的期限支付本合同约定的任何一笔款项的，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

委托人因个人原因未能在约定的时间内提交留学申请所需资料或未能办妥护照或未能通过相关的体检而导致留学申请无法继续或拒签的;受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

委托人被前往国家或地区使(领)馆查实有非法移民犯罪前科等不良记录而被拒签的，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

委托人未按前往国家或地区使(领)馆签证要求提供所需文件及手续，并书面(正本)要求送签而被拒签的，受托人委托人缴付的中介服务费。

第十九条 委托人因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：

1.委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人尚未向外方送交该材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元。

2.受托人已向外方送交了委托人入学申请材料，委托人尚未得到申请留学院校的录取通知书，委托人要求解除合同，受托人知除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

3.委托人获得入学录取通知书后，要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

4.受托人尚未向拟留学国驻华使(领)信递交委托人签证申请材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

5.受托人已向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交了委托人申请签证材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

6.受托人在获得前往国签证预评估或正式签证后，委托人要求解除合同的，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。五、不可抗力条款

第二十条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第二十一条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起二日内提供证明。

第二十二条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。六、适用的法律及争议解决方法

第二十三条 本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

第二十四条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。如协商不成，同意按以下第_________种方式解决。

八、生效及终止条款

第二十九条 双方履行本合同的权利和义务后，合同终止。自费出国留学中介服务委托合同说明一、本合同文本为示范文本，也可作为签约使用文本。签约之前当事人应当仔细阅读本合同内容。

二、本合同文本中涉及到的选择、填写内容以手写项为优先。

三、对本合同文本中选择内容、空格部位填写及其他删除或添加的内容，双方应当协商确定。

四、在签订合同前，留学中介应当向留学申请者出示由教育部颁发的本留学中介的《自费出国留学中介服务机构资格认定书》以及营业执照。

五、本合同由教育部、国家工商行政管理总局负责解释。

甲乙双方本着平等互利原则，遵循国家有关法律和行政法规，协商一致，订立本合同。

第六条 甲方保证在合同约定的借款期限内偿还借款，如甲方不能按期偿还借款，甲方同意乙方处置抵押物或委托当地拍卖行拍卖。乙方处置抵押物所得款项，除收回借款本金、综合费和可能发生的孳息、违约金以及扣除 处置抵押物所需费用外，剩余部分退还甲方，不足部分有权向甲方继续追偿。

第七条 甲方承诺声明：本合同质押物一旦发生被乙方处分，甲方无条件、无偿向乙方提供合法有效的过户手续。

第八条 乙方应对甲方提供的证件妥善保管，不得遗失、损毁。否则补办手续费用由乙方承担。

第九条 本合同在甲方还清借款、综合费用后，乙方将甲方提供的抵押物和证件等返还甲方。本合同自行终止。

第十条 本合同附《抵押物清单》为本合同不可分割部分。

为了维护合同当事人的合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国民法典》、《消费者权益保护法》及相关法律法规，甲乙双方本着自愿、平等、协商一致的原则，就乙方接受甲方的委托提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜，达成如下合同：

第一条 服务项目

1、甲方同意委托乙方以甲方的名义申请赴 (国家)留学，留学类别属 (学历或非学历教育)。并同意乙方以甲方的名义与所赴国驻华使(领)馆联系，代为甲方办理申请签证手续。

2、申请类型、学校名单(标准)、申请数量和所选择的相关专业等以《院校专业确认表》(见附件)为准。

第二条 甲方的责任与义务

1、甲方应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

2、甲方须按照乙方的要求向乙方提供申请学校及申办签证所需的甲方全部资料，但以为实现合同目的所必须的资料为限。在申办过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求等有关方面的政策、规定发生变动，需要甲方补充材料时，甲方须在乙方根据相关国家、学校或使(领)馆规定而向甲方提出补充文件材料的合理期限内提供所需的材料。

甲方应保证及时、真实、全面地向乙方提供上述所有材料，如因甲方无法联系或提供材料不及时、不真实、不全面或提供不合法、无效的材料而导致申办不成，乙方不承担由此产生的后果。

如果因以上情形导致乙方遭受处罚或损失的甲方应当予以赔偿，但以直接损失为限。

3、甲方须提供有效联系方式，如更改联系方式应提前 日以(书面/ )的形式通知乙方，确保双方沟通途径顺畅。乙方按甲方提供的联系方式进行文件或通知的送达。

4、按照政府有关法律规定，甲方在收到乙方为其代为办理的校方录取通知书后，须自行在当地公安机关办理申领个人因私护照。按照使(领)馆规定，签证时甲方应自行到使(领)馆面签。如所赴国使(领)馆规定不需要面签时，甲方可委托乙方代为与使(领)馆联系办理签证手续，使(领)馆收取的签证费用由甲方负担。

5、甲方须自行承担在留学申请办理过程中发生的第三方费用，该费用由甲方自行向有关机构缴纳，缴费标准和缴费方式以相关收费机构对甲方的要求为准，也可选择委托乙方代为缴纳，委托缴纳需另行办理相关手续。甲方自行或委托乙方代为向第三方缴纳任何费用的缴费、退费事宜根据第三方规定的条款执行，乙方可以向甲方提供协助。

6、其它 。

第三条 乙方的责任与义务

1、乙方受甲方委托代为甲方办理申请入学的相关事宜。乙方应提供自费留学咨询服务，介绍相关院校的综合情况。乙方须向甲方提供校方所需文件清单，按照有关法规协助甲方准备材料，代表甲方与校方联系，为甲方办理相关手续。申请成功以甲方收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书为准(包括有条件录取通知书及无条件录取通知书)。

2、乙方受甲方委托代为办理申请签证的相关事宜。乙方须向甲方提供有关方面所需文件清单，介绍相关规定，协助甲方准备材料，办理相应手续。服务成功以甲方获得其申请的所赴国签证为准。

3、乙方有责任对甲方提供的个人资料予以保密，未经甲方书面同意，不得向国外院校、所赴国驻华使(领)馆、法律授权的机构以及为申请留学所涉及的相关机构之外的其他机构或个人披露这些资料。如乙方未经许可擅自泄露甲方个人资料，所导致的一切直接及间接损失由乙方承担。

4、在申办过程中，乙方应及时向甲方报告办理留学申请的进展、结果。甲方向乙方询问有关申请的进度、结果，乙方应当积极答复。如有关方面的政策发生变动，需要申请人补充材料，乙方须提前 日通知甲方。乙方接收甲方递交的全部资料时应向甲方出具接收清单，注明资料名称、接收时间等，并由授权代表人签字并加盖乙方公章。

6、乙方为甲方申请本合同以及《院校专业确认表约定所数学校，超过本合同以及《院校专业确认表》约定所数学校，每增加一所学校，甲方须另缴纳中介服务费(大写) 元整(￥ )。该费用应于确认增加申请院校之日起 日内支付给乙方，乙方在收到此款项以及完整的入学申请所需资料后，开始代为甲方申请新增院校的入学手续。

二、其他服务费

乙方为甲方提供本合同第三条约定的自费出国留学中介服务以外的下列服务，甲方须在中介服务费之外另行支付费用：

1、甲方获取签证后，如需要安排住宿、接机等服务，乙方可为甲方联系，服务费标准为 ，涉及的第三方费用须由甲方自行承担。

2、乙方可为甲方办理 次录取通知书延期申请，服务费标准为 。如院校要求甲方重新提交入学申请时，则视为加申学校，延期结果由申请院校决定，延期不成功乙方延期服务费不予退还。”

第五条 退款条款

本合同生效后，在以下几种情况下可以办理退费(乙方退费范围仅限于乙方按照本合同第四条中约定并实际收取的中介服务费，不包含咨询费、其他服务费和乙方受甲方委托向任何第三方缴纳的费用)

1、在双方正常履行合同前提下，如甲方在 年 月之前未能获得任何一所院校的录取通知书，或校方签发的录取通知书与《院校专业确认表》中所载明的申请类型、院校、专业等不一致的，甲方可向乙方提出退款要求，乙方须在十五个工作日内将中介服务费人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )退还给甲方。

2、在双方正常履行合同前提下，甲方签证申请被拒签后，可向乙方提出退款要求，乙方须在十五个工作日内将中介服务费人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )退还给甲方。

甲方可以在不申请退款的前提下要求乙方为甲方再一次申请同国签证，涉及第三方费用由甲方自行承担。再次申请成功的，不退费;再次申请不成功的，甲方可向乙方提出退款要求，乙方须在十五个工作日内将中介服务费人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )退还给甲方。

3、在上述1或2的情况发生时，乙方须协助甲方按校方退款政策索还甲方支付给校方的费用，具体退费金额以学校政策为准。

4、甲方已向乙方提供入学申请材料，乙方尚未向外方送交甲方该材料，甲方要求解除合同，乙方收取中介服务费总额的 %，共计人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )，剩余已收中介服务费须在收到甲方书面通知后的十五个工作日内予以退还。

5、乙方已向外方送交甲方入学申请材料，在收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书前，甲方要求解除合同，乙方收取中介服务费总额的 %，共计人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )，剩余已收中介服务费须在收到甲方书面通知后的十五个工作日内予以退还。

6、在甲方收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书后，乙方为甲方提供签证方案设计前，甲方要求解除合同或因甲方原因导致合同无法继续履行的，乙方收取中介服务费总额的 %，共计人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )，剩余已收中介服务费须在收到甲方书面通知后的十五个工作日内予以退还。

7、在甲方收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书并获得签证后，甲方要求解除合同，乙方已履行了合同所约定的所有义务，已缴纳的中介服务费不予退还。

8、其它 。

第六条 违约条款

1、自合同生效后，如因甲方单方面解除、终止合同，造成甲方申请留学不成功，属甲方违约，甲方所缴纳的中介服务费按本合同第五条相关退款条款执行。

2、自合同生效后，如因乙方单方面终止合同或因乙方过错导致合同无法继续履行，造成甲方申请留学不成功，属乙方违约。甲方所缴纳的中介服务费全部退还，并承担因此给甲方造成的损失。

3、本合同解除或终止涉及第三方费用返还的，则以第三方的相关规定为准;乙方不对甲方无法向第三方主张返还的费用承担责任。

4、如甲方申请留学不成功，并符合本合同退款条款时，乙方须在甲方提出退款申请后的 日内向甲方退还相应款项，如未能按本合同规定按时退款，属乙方违约，并承担由此给甲方造成的损失。

5、如甲方违反所就读学校的规定或所在国的法律法规，造成甲方经济损失，由甲方自行承担。

6、由于政治原因或地震、台风、水灾、火灾、战争以及其他不能预见并且对其发生和后果不能防止或避免的不可抗力，致使直接影响本合同的履行或者不能按约定的条件履行时，遇有上述不可抗力的一方，应及时通知对方，并应在十五日内，提供不可抗力详情及本合同不能履行、或者部分不能履行、或者需要延期履行的理由的有效证明文件，此项证明文件应由不可抗力发生地区的公证机构出具，按其对本合同的影响程度由双方协商决定是否解除合同、免除或者部分免除履行合同的责任，或者延期履行合同。

第七条 附则

1、本合同书双方签订后自甲方付款之日起生效。如是外地邮寄合同汇款客户，以款到之日起生效。有效期至合同履行完毕之日。

在办公室与同事进行适当的交流是可以的，但上班时间的闲聊必须有一定的分寸。如果你花太多的时间与同事聊天，就会给人留下一种无所事事的印象，同时还会影响你的同事按时完成工作。

很高兴能和大家一齐分享我的入党感想。我将从入党前，入党中，入党后三个方面浅谈我对入党的感想。

首先，我觉得入党是需要条件的，更确切的说是要具备全面的条件的。

我觉得我自从高一确定为入党进取分子到大一下学期发展成为预备党员的过程是一个逐步准备条件的过程。在高中阶段的整个准备的过程应当和大家一样，从一名普通的同学成为一名入党进取分子的过程是类似的，只是我比较愚蠢，准备的时间比较长罢了。然而量变到质变是有一个过程的，进入大学后，在高中准备条件的基础上，充分利用学校的一切平台，全面的挖掘出自我的潜在的价值，最终在20__年6月10得到党组织的认可，成为一名光荣的预备党员。然而就在我成为预备的党员的那一刻，我的脑海里浮现出这样的一副画面――已经不记得有多少个漆黑的夜晚，从辅导员办公室走出，沿着寂静的校道走回宿舍;已经不记得有多少个节假日，在办公室一个人默默看着党务系统，敲打着键盘;已经不记得有多少个夜晚，坐在案桌前苦苦思索每一次的活动能够给同学们带来更多的成长成才。这是一个枯燥又乏味的过程;这是一个漫长又艰巨的过程。然而却造就了一个思想端正，心态沉稳，毅力坚定，求真务实，行为谨慎，研究周全，的与高中前决然不一样的另一个张伟均。我想这也是党组织认可我的一个表现吧。

其次，我觉得入党是需要恒心的。仅有持之以恒才能更好的认识中国共产党，仅有持之以恒才能更好的履行党员的义务。

自从成为预备党员的那一刻，我明显感觉到身份的转变，所承担历史职责的转变。我已经不是一个简单的个体，我是一个有组织、有信仰、有梦想、有历史使命的人。我的言行举止都将要对我的组织、信仰、梦想以及所承担的历史使命负责。因而成为中国共产党预备党员以后，我总是时刻铭记自我是一名党员，在各方面要做到榜样作用。这个意识的转变及践行对我的成长是相当的宝贵的。

还记得在大一第二学期期末考试的时候，刚好要筹划06级同学毕业生的毕业典礼工作十分多。可是这时候大家都忙着要考试，所以绝大部分的学生干部都选择了投入到学习中，几乎很少同学会想到学院的事情。而教师们也不好意思让同学们因为学校事情而耽误了学生的考试，所以人手相当的紧张。当我发现这个问题时，我第一时间就想到自我作为一名学生党员，要在关键时刻要站出来，要起到党员的模范作用。所以在我很好的处理好学习的情景下，总是主动的跑到辅导员办公室协助开展工作。然而类似的事情在我的学习、生活、工作中已经记不清发生了多少次。慢慢这也成为了我一种习惯，帮忙他人，感受欢乐。

最终，我觉得入党应当追求思想上的入党。而不仅仅是追求组织上的入党。

从开始申请入党至今，已经接近四年了。然而，回眸一看，在这四年的时间里，我和大部分同学一样追求的是如何以更好的表现、品质及思想加入党组织。直到20__年6月10日成为一名光荣的中国共产党正式党员后，我明白只是简单的追求加入党组织而没有从思想的层面去向党组织靠齐(那里指的是要不断的补充政治理论知识)，即使加入了党以后，也将容易脱离党的思想、路线、纲领、方针、政策，直至失去了个人的信仰。所以当我深刻的认识到这个问题后，我时刻提醒自我要不断的加强自我的理论知识的学习。所以在这个暑期，我阅读了很多的有关党的理论知识的书籍。诸如《共产党宣言》、《毛泽东选集》、《党建工作辞典》、《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义概论》及十多本有关“党支部建设和工作”的书籍。从而对党的知识有了进一步的了解，增强了党性。

铭记入党的初衷，不忘祖国的和人民的恩情，用一颗真诚的心，回报党和国家的培养。

I live in Pakistan-a country destroying itself with bombs,guns and governments blabber to find justifications for what it is going through;a country where a former president is murdered in public,where the nations constitution and parliament are suspended at the same time,and where the voice of a common man is unheard.

Since the last few years, I had aspired to become a doctor.The idea of "scalpels," "opened chests" and "sutures" had always intrigued me.And then it happened!The recent unprecedented events in my country wiped off the dust of disillusionment from my eyes;I lost my will to become a doctor.However,the turmoil in the country led me towards newspapers and news channels,and hence Politics.

As I involved myself into politics,I realized that it is all-embracive-wielding its way over social and economic life-it is the omnipotent of Pakistan.It can mobilize public opinion,gear up propaganda machinery,make or repeal laws and what not.Backed up by public opinion,supported by the majority of the legislators,armed with the means to keep the people in a state of ignorance,political power crosses the limits of dictatorial powers.Political power,like the most powerful intoxicant,makes the persons in power to forget social ethics,political morality and obligations.

Most of the learned youth in this country consider Politics to be "a refuge for the scoundrels" and this derogatory remark may be true if we look at the deceptive and degenerated type of politicians indulging in a dirty game.All these political parties are votaries of democracy,but the way they conduct themselves inside their own parties is nothing but senseless authoritarianism.Therefore a very few students choose to pursue Politics as a profession,but what they dont realize is that if we dont take a stand the system can never be changed.Thus,I want to study Politics so I can come back to my country and contribute what little I can do for my homeland and its people.If I can inspire even a single person,it would be worth it.The world today is growing global.We are now not only to think of our own nation but as and when we think of it,we have to keep the international perception in mind;consequently,I chose Politics with International Relations as one of my courses.

Studying in UK will breed a sense of individuality and self reliance.I would be able to interact with people from everywhere and get to know about their culture.This would not only open new horizons for me,but would also clear some preconceived notions one has about the other.I have always been an active participant of debates.I have participated in 3 Model UN conferences out of which I was awarded with the Best Delegate award in two. I was also one of the two students to be selected from my school to participate in the English Speaking Union 08.Moreover, Ive taken part in Parliamentary style debates too.Therefore I believe I can communicate effectively in public and language will not be a barrier in my education.Furthermore, I have worked as an internee at Al-Shifa Eye Hospital for a month in summers.Here I learnt how to deal with patients,use the Auto Ref, handle files and punctuality.We also campaigned to a remote area near Murree where we helped the doctors in examining the patients free of cost.Another experience which taught me a lot was when me and my fellow colleagues volunteered to paint walls for the SOS Childrens Village.In addition,I worked with SUNGI (NGO) where a group of 5 of us had to organize an event to pay tribute to 1000 Women for the Nobel Peace Prize.

I enjoy Literature,especially the works of Shakespeare,Tennessee Williams,Thomas Hardy and Andrew Marvell.Id be delighted to study in a challenging atmosphere where I can focus on my studies.I commit to my work and my ability to think out of the box,keenness for Politics and my perception of things,I understand,gives me an edge over others.I believe in myself,and if provided with an opportunity,Id make the university proud.

I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

In contrast， foreign enterprises tend to welcome employees who have the ability to make decisions on their own， though the extent to which this is true depends on whether the supervisor is a local Chinese or an expatriate. These organizat Applied Program：Organizational Behavior

Mr. Wang was admitted in 1986 at 14 years of age into the SPECIAL CLASS for the GIFTED YOUTHS, my universitys unique program that caters to the intellectual needs of unusually talented Chinese youngsters. It was a rare privilege he earned with his nearly impeccable academic performance through the years of his elementary and secondary school.

He impressed me almost as he entered into my university, a major cradle of chinas scientific and technological talents. At the time, members of the Gifted Class all had to spend half a month studying by themselves the principles of calculus and then take an exam so that we could evaluate their self-study capability. Mr. Wang scored the highest grade in that exam. He also exhibited a keenly whetted mind during class discussions. To my regret at the time, his English was not as good as his mathematics or physics.(缺点介绍，公正真实) But I noticed he made a point of working especially hard in improving his English during his five undergraduate years with us. By now, he seems to be at least as proficient in English as most of his former classmates in the Gifted Class.

In my experience with Mr. Wang, I was impressed with not only his extraordinary intelligence but also his ambitions and persistence. I am sure that Mr. Wang will be an outstanding student in any doctoral program that he may care to enroll in. 材料供货合同的撰写需要注意以下几点：

1、合同当事人，即供货方和收货方信息。

合同的当事人，也就是买卖双方。当事人的名称和地址—定要清楚。企业或单位应当使用全称，保证与营业执照上的名称—致，可以将营业执照作为合同附件，落款处除了单位盖章，还需要企业法定代表人签字。如果是个人，姓名应当与其身份证上的姓名一致，同时写上身份证号码，也可以将身份证复印件作为合同附件。

2、合同涉及的货物基本情况。

要明确约定建筑材料的规格、型号、等级、数量等详细内容，尽可能把产品的各项标示都作为标的内容写进合同，还可以要求提供样品，以免以后对产品质量有纠纷。

3、货款结算及付款方式。

如果货物种类较多或进行长时间的供货，价款较为复杂，一旦约定不明，则极易产生争议。因此，合同中应明确产品单价、计量标准、数量、产品附件等。另外，支付方式也应当约定明确，价款支付是现金支付，还是用支票支付。同时，明确结算依据，比如，石材供货合同中一般会明确以收货方签字确认的送货单为结算依据等等。

4、货物签收。

货物的交付即收货、送货，是重要的内容，其涉及到货物风险的承担、所有权的转移等诸多问题，所以，应在合同中对交货方式，运输方式，交货地点、时间及运输费用的承担等事项约定明确，一般情况下，需要在合同中注明货物指定签收人，签收人可以是多个，同时需要注意的是，在后续供货过程中一定要指定签收人签字。

5、质量标准及验收方式。

合同一定要写上具体的质量标准，或者封存样品，避免发生质量纠纷时“没有规矩”;作为材料供应合同，验收是很关键的内容，目前很多供货合同在验收条款中，到底是对货物的验收还是对过程的验收不明确，甚至直接写明是对工程验收，且以工程验收作为付款前置条件，这是不符合供货合同本身的，也对很多供应商造成重大损失，应明确验收为货物验收，且应明确验收时间，在确定的验收期内未提出质量异议即视为货物符合质量要求。

6、违约责任的约定。

违约责任应在合同中作出较为详尽的规定，如约定定金、违约金以及赔偿金的计算方法等。

7、争议解决条款的约定。

纠纷解决方式在建材供应领域中一般适用诉讼，选择仲裁的很少。如果选择仲裁一定要约定明确具体的仲裁委，如果选择诉讼，建议约定为供货方所在地人民法院管辖，这样有利于供货商诉讼，否则，一旦打官司要去外地，将增加诉讼成本。
