综述

自XX年6月20日起。作为旅游英语专业的专业实训课便随之一一拉开帷幕，直到30日双选会的来临才会结束。之所以要进行专业实训课无外乎是想要我们做好顶岗实习前的训导准备。都说三百六十行，行行出状元。要想在各行各业出人头地的前提出了对职业拥有莫大的热情外还必须懂得其中运作的规矩。其实这也是我们在校接受教导的最后一次机会了。可以说每天安排的科学而合理的实训课程避免了我们在等待双选会期间虚度光阴。而且每堂实训课都是有针对性的进行的，所以对于我们每个人来说是有百利而无一害。

主体

为了让大家更深刻的体会有关导游这门行业，21日那天一大早我们全班就随着班车踏上了去墨江的旅途。并花了两天时间分别游玩了墨江的北回归线标志园和国际双胞文化园。当然我们是带着任务去玩的，除了聘请个导游姐姐的讲解外，我们每个人都必须亲自再走一遍景区并讲导游词给老师和同学们听作为考核的方式。还值得一提的是我们有幸应邀到该地珠宝行进行参访，负责人很热心的请出了我们上一届的学姐为我们解说这里的大概行情。放眼望去直觉店里的珠宝首饰琳琅满目不失让人挑花了眼。幸好有热心的服务员在一旁为我们指点着迷津。接下来负责人还带领着我们在售茶区入座畅谈，比品茶更有趣的是他们毫不吝啬的向我们解剖了他们所认为的导游。此番言谈的确令我们增进了不少有关导游这门职业的别样见解。

除此之外，让我难以忘怀的课程当属胥佳老师上的有关服务方面的礼仪礼节课。她的课素来倍受青睐，这次也不例外。她一点也不浮夸，所以教授的都是些特实际而实用的知识。最主要的是她愿意让我们当场运用所学的知识。瞧，我们最后是在女生化着美美的妆容和男生打着美美的领带中愉快的结束这门实训课的。与此同时，我也时刻没有忘记朱建青老师不辞辛劳的教我们有关导游业务方面的知识，特别是接待服务方面的细节问题正是有了他的提点才让我们更深入的了解到想当一名合格的导游那是相当的不容易啊。

28日这天也是充实的一天，我们有幸邀请到了旅行社的经理来为我们上实训课，她的确是见多识广之人。课间言词展现的都是她在实际带团中所遭遇到的各种问题和需要注意的地方，哪怕是遇有游客食物中毒也能处理的四平八稳。果真彰显了果断干练和沉着冷静的优良品质。我便不经在省思若是换做是自己遭遇此类种种问题是否能够像她一样胜任的游刃有余。

总结

俗话说“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行！”在短暂的实训过程中，当面对老师一些假设性的提问时总让我深深的感觉到自己在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏，再思及以后的工作中难免遇到此种困难，便让我感到十分的难过。本以为自己在学校学的不错，一旦接触到实际，才发现书到用时方恨少，这时才真正领悟到“学无止境”的含义。可见，注重理论联系实际的学习方法当真是学习的不二法门。最后，很感谢学校能够提供这样难得的学习机会让我们提前意识到自己有诸多的不足，好为顶岗实习之日的应战做好最充分的准备。

一、指导思想与思路

以学校总体工作为依据，以新课程改革为契机，以更新教育教学观念为先导，以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点，紧紧围绕课程实施中的基本问题，深入而全面、扎实而有效地开展教育教学研究。总结课程实施过程中形成的经验，寻找解决问题的方法，为学生的发展服务。进一步加强教育教学常规建设，努力营造英语教育教学的良好氛围；进一步加强师资队伍建设，努力提高每一位英语教师的教育教学水平和质量。

二、工作重点与措施

（一）抓理论

教研组的活动要改变单一的听课和评课形式，增加教研组学习的新内容。本学期将继续学习《英语新课标》中的教学理念，建立全新的教学观念，灵活的课程体系，多元、开放的课程评价标准，重视基础，适应个性需求，关注学生情感，提高学生自主学习能力，为学生构建发展的平台。努力将新观念、新思路渗透到英语课堂教学之中，真正做到理论与实践相结合。明确英语课程在基础教育阶段的基本要求，用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。向学生学习，研究学生的学习心理，不断提高在小学英语教学领域里实施素质教育的水平。真正开展好活动，让教研组的活动发挥其实际的作用。本学期我们重点提高学生的听说能力。

2、通过教研员对我们的新课程与新教材的培训，使教研组成员对英语课堂教学重点及难点的确立更加明确。

3、集体备课，集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。为此，本教研组要积极组织集体备课，做到有计划、有目标、有实效。本学期将继续坚持每月的集体备课活动，集体备课的活动时间是以确定的时间和不确定的时间相互结合为主，每月确定的时间集体备课时，每次的集体备课都要定主题、定地点、有分工、有记录，每位教师都要写好备课笔记。平时利用不确定的时间交流教学心得和教学方法，切实解决英语教学中的一些问题，努力提高课堂教学质量，完善英语教学。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生.。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!
