I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept

With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

14.2 Under FOB terms,the Seller shall undertake to load the contracted goods on board the vessel nominated by the Buyer on any date notified by the Buyer, within the time of shipment as stipulated in Clause 8 of this Contract.

一、思想方面：

在这一年来，我热爱教育事业，始终不忘人民教师职责，爱学校、爱学生。遵守职业道德，顾全大局、服从安排、爱岗敬业、关心学生、廉洁从教。作为一名教师，我从自身严格要求自己，通过政治思想、学识水平、教育教学能力等方面的不断提高来塑造自己的行为。

二、教学方面：

首先做到提前备课，备课时认真钻研教材，学习好大纲，虚心向同事学习、请教，力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。其次认真学习“主动教育”模式，积极参加学校组织的听课、培训、教学交流，上好考核课。平时课堂上运用模式努力，实现自主、合作、探究的学习模式，让学生快乐学习，并运用多种教学方法，调动学生学习的积极性，培养学生的学习兴趣。再次我热爱每一个学生，尤其是对待后进生多给予他们一些温暖，用爱改变他们，理解尊重信任他们。作为低年级老师，我有责任引领他们走进知识的殿堂，学到更多的知识;我有责任引领他们插上智慧的翅膀，翱翔在无尽的天空。

三、努力方向：

1、加强自身基本功的训练，课堂上做到精讲精练，注重对学生能力的培养。

2、对差生多些关心，多点爱心，再多一些耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。

3、利用各种方法，培养学生良好的行为习惯。

4、在教学上下功夫，努力使班级学生的成绩在原有的基础上有更大的进步。

教育工作，是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。一份春华，一份秋实，在教书育人的道路上我付出的是汗水和泪水，然而我收获的却是那一份份充实，那沉甸甸的情感。我将用我的心去教诲我的学生，用我的情去感染我的学生，我无愧于我心，我无悔于我的事业。我愿把一生矢志教育的心愿化为热爱学生的一团火，将自己最珍贵的爱奉献给学生，相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾，明日一定能盛开绚丽的花朵。
